Chapter 47 Fierce Battle

How is it possible? How could a human being have such power?

Matt struggled desperately, but he couldn't break free from the big hands that were strangling his neck.

The last time I encountered such a powerful force was the monster I encountered that night.

If it weren't for his good luck and the fact that the monster had no reason, Matt would have died long ago.

The man who was pinching his throat today was many times more powerful than the monster that day.

What on earth is going on in this world? Why have the powers of everyone become so exaggerated? Am I not keeping up with the times?

Matt couldn't help but wonder in his heart, could it be that those gods really exist?
Matt's heart was filled with unprecedented shock and confusion. The reality before him seemed to tear his long-held beliefs and cognition into pieces.

"You...who are you?"

Matt's voice was hoarse and weak, and every word seemed to be squeezed out from the depths of his throat.

The man ignored Matt and continued looking in the direction of the church.

Then he threw Matt away like trash and walked straight towards the church.

"Your power... cannot be possessed by only humans... Who are you?"

Matt managed to utter these words with difficulty, and struggled to get up.

Although the man just threw it casually, Matt, who had just recovered from a serious injury, was still seriously injured again. He felt unprecedented despair, but there was still a trace of unwillingness burning deep in his heart.

"Are you finally beginning to feel the greatness of the power bestowed by God? My name is Bronski, and I am the only spokesperson for the Blood God in this world!"

"Oh, is that so? But why did I hear that the spokesperson for the alien demon named Blood God is the red giant Bruce Banner?"

A sarcastic voice floated over from the direction of the church. Bronski turned around angrily to see who was so reckless as to say such a thing. Didn't he want to live?

Whether it is blasphemy against the gods he believes in or saying that he is not as good as Bruce Banner, it is what he cannot tolerate the most!
"Who are you? How dare you blaspheme the great Blood God? I, Bronski, am the warrior truly chosen by the Blood God. Bruce Banner is just a failed experiment. He cannot fully control the power of the Blood God!"

The group of people in robes in front of him aroused Bronsky's anger. How dare these pagans blaspheme like this?

"It's just a demon. Compared to the great father, it's nothing."

Evans shook his head in disdain. As the second in command of the Church of Dagon, apart from the Great Father, the rest were nothing more than demons at best. Only the Great Father was worthy of being called God!
As Evans's disdainful words fell, members of Dagon's Church surrounded him, their robes swaying gently in the breeze, as if every strand of cloth contained an ancient and mysterious power.

A strange energy fluctuation began to spread in the air. It was the power given to them by their God.

Seeing this, Bronsky's eyes widened with anger. He roared and rushed towards the group of pagans who dared to provoke him. Every step he took made the ground tremble slightly.

His muscles swelled in anger and a dark red glow could be seen faintly under his skin, a sign that the power of the Blood God was boiling in his body.

"How dare you, ants, question my power!"

Bronski roared, clenched his fists, and prepared to annihilate this group of pagans in one fell swoop with a thunderous force.

However, Evans just smiled coldly, he slowly raised his right hand and silently recited an ancient spell.

Instantly, the air around the church seemed to freeze, and then, chains made of shadows emerged from all directions, wrapping around Bronski like they had life, trying to restrain this violent warrior. Bronski roared, struggling with all his strength, but even though the chains were extremely tough, they seemed fragile in the face of this huge force.

Bronski broke free from the chains and rushed forward like an enraged bull.

Seeing this, the people of Dagon's Church did not dare to delay and used their proud magic to try to stop this humanoid tank.

But in front of Bronski who showed his full strength, these magicians were still a little immature.

Before the magic could fall on Bronski, he rushed to the front of the people of Dagon Church and grabbed Evans with one claw.

Seeing that the situation was not good, Evans immediately teleported away.

When Bronski saw that his claw missed, he suddenly grabbed another priest next to him and twisted him hard.

"Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah!!!"

With a crackling sound of broken bones, the priest screamed in severe pain before he could use magic to escape.

Bronski ripped off his lower body, allowing him to successfully lose weight.

After cutting him in half, Bronski rushed behind another priest at lightning speed.

Immediately afterwards, the priest's head was fired out like a cannonball, hitting one of his companions in the chest, creating a big hole in his chest on the spot.

This was not the end yet. There were several people standing in a straight line behind him. They were all pierced by the human head shells and finally hit the wall, exploding with a bang.

The white and bloody brain matter scattered all over Matt.

The priests, with their chests opened, looked at the big holes on their chests in disbelief. They were silent for a long time, and finally fell down neatly in a row powerlessly.

With Bronski's current strength, he can even dismantle a tank with his bare hands, not to mention the fragile human body.

Moreover, the pleasure of tearing the enemy into pieces at such a close distance is something that you can never forget.

Bronski is addicted to the pleasure of killing. Perhaps, in the eyes of Khorne in the future, he will be a warrior more pleasing to Him than Banner?

There was a gleam of madness and bloodthirstiness in Bronski's eyes. Every time he swung his fist and every time he tore a life apart, he felt an unprecedented pleasure and release of power.

His laughter echoed through the streets, a chilling mixture of triumph and madness.

Matt curled up on the side, his heart filled with fear and shock. Once again, he was helpless, and this time he didn't have the strength to fight back.

He had never thought that humans could possess such terrifying power, and he had never expected that he would become a witness to this struggle between gods.

He felt that his worldview was being completely overturned. Things that he once thought only existed in legends were now appearing so realistically before his eyes.

He wanted to stop the fight, but the severe pain in his body made him unable to get up.

Even if he could stand up, how could he stop the battle between the two sides facing such a group of monsters?

There was nothing he could do except curl up here.
