Chapter 127: Qi Training and Spiritualization
As the sun rises, Mount Zhongnan is shrouded in clouds and mist. The clear cries of cranes resound through the sky, and a faint sound of chanting can be heard, like the whispers of gods.

"Brother Yuanliang, why do you have to send a visiting card and be so polite to those old bull noses? If it were me, wouldn't it be better to just force your way in?"

"Based on our strength, how can the rotten eggs and rotten sweet potatoes of the Quanzhen Sect be our opponents?"

Holding the reins in her hands, Huang Rong, wearing a goose yellow chest-length silk dress and a white shawl, looked at the Chongyang Palace on the top of the mountain, her eyes full of confusion.

As the daughter of the East Evil Huang Yaoshi, Huang Rong has been a rebellious person since childhood. She is not bound by worldly wishes and acts according to her own preferences. She does not like the seven Quanzhen disciples who have bad tempers and are stubborn.

"I am here today just to discuss the Dao, why do you have to be a bad guest?"

Dressed in a purple Taoist robe, with his jet-black hair tied up with a simple wooden hairpin, Shen Yuanliang looked at the fairyland-like Zhongnan Mountain in front of him and spoke calmly.

Wang Chongyang learned to read and write when he was young, and later practiced martial arts diligently. He organized an army to fight against the Jin army when the country was in ruins. Although he failed, his courage was commendable and he deserves the respect of Shen Yuanliang.

The Seven Quanzhen disciples strictly abided by the rules and regulations throughout their lives, and often went down the mountains to do justice and eliminate evil. Although they had stubborn tempers, they were still decent people.

Chongyang Palace.

"Master, 'One Punch Shatters a City' Shen Yuanliang has sent me a visiting card. He is at the foot of the mountain right now."

"How should our Quanzhen Sect respond? Should we call on other brothers and sisters?"

Tan Chuduan, the eldest of the Seven Quanzhen disciples, hurried into the smoky palace holding a bright red gilded visiting card and said solemnly.

A month ago, Shen Yuanliang led 3,000 Iron Guards to capture Zhongdu City, which led to the demise of the Jin Dynasty. The news spread throughout the world, especially the fact that he single-handedly destroyed a hundred-foot-long city wall with one punch, which made people even more afraid of him.

Wang Chongyang, the founder of Quanzhen Sect, was once one of the five greatest masters in the world. Even so, he probably couldn't destroy a city with one punch. Tan Chuduan couldn't help but worry, fearing that Shen Yuanliang had bad intentions.

"Shen Yuanliang? Is he the hero who destroyed the Jin Dynasty?"

"Open the mountain gate and follow me to welcome you!"

Danyangzi Ma Yu, who was sitting cross-legged on a cushion and doing morning prayers, slowly opened his eyes. A gleam of bright light flashed across his eyes, and the entire hall became much brighter.

After a cup of tea, at the foot of the mountain, the white-haired and youthful head of the Quanzhen Sect, Taoist Master Ma Yu, held a whisk in his hand, bowed, and said cheerfully: "Your distinguished guest has come from afar, and our humble home in Zhongnan Mountain is honored."

"Meet all the real people!"

Shen Yuanliang also returned the greeting and directly stated his purpose: "Mt. Zhongnan is the ancestral home of Taoism, and Quanzhen Sect is one of the most important Taoist sects in the world. I came here only to discuss Taoism."

"If the mind can enter into concentration, it will be peaceful. If it can enter into concentration to the extent of one-third and one-half, it will be peaceful to the extent of one-third and one-half. If it can enter into concentration to the extent of one-tenth, it will be peaceful to the extent of one-tenth."

“When one is always calm, one is always peaceful. When the mind is calm and peaceful, the qi is also calm and peaceful. When the qi returns to the mind and becomes one, the qi turns into the mind and becomes a fetal immortal.”

After offering three incense sticks to the Three Pure Ones of Taoism, Shen Yuanliang sat cross-legged on a cushion, looked around, and slowly explained his understanding of the Taoist practice of qigong to transform the spirit.

Shen Yuanliang has been studying the 5,481 volumes of Wanshou Taoist Canon seized from the Jin Dynasty's palace these days. Relying on his extraordinary enlightenment after a complete transformation, he has forced himself to comprehend a lot.

However, Shen Yuanliang was confused by many of the Taoist terms and some contradictions, so he made this journey to Quanzhen Taoism.

"The fetus is formed from the latent qi. The fetus is the spirit. This refers specifically to the primordial spirit, not the conscious spirit. This sutra specifically talks about the stage of refining qi into spirit. If you have not successfully refined the essence and entered the stage of refining the spirit, it is difficult to understand this."

Twisting his gray beard, Danyangzi Ma Yu eloquently explained the "High Jade Emperor Taixi Sutra" and explained to Shen Yuanliang the supreme mystery of the realm of Qi training and spiritual transformation.

For a moment, the entire Chongyang Palace was filled with the sound of a huge bell, which was deafening. Countless thoughts collided violently in his mind, sparking sparks of wisdom. Shen Yuanliang clapped his hands and laughed from time to time, suddenly realizing something, as if he had become an immortal.

For a whole month, Shen Yuanliang turned a deaf ear to the outside world and spent all day meditating and seeking enlightenment, analyzing the Wanshou Taoist Canon and the vast Taoist classics in the Quanzhen Sect's Sutra Library.

"Is this the Xiantian Gong? I didn't expect Wang Chongyang to hide it behind the statue of the Three Pure Ones."

"The sky has three treasures: the sun, the moon, and the stars. Humans have three treasures: essence, energy, and spirit. This book of immortals' Taoism is missing a part, and the foundation is incomplete. No wonder Wang Chongyang died young."

The moon was at its zenith, and the silvery moonlight shone on Shen Yuanliang's body, feeling cool and refreshing. He shook his wide sleeves and read Wang Chongyang's "Xiantian Gong" with relish.

"Use your luck as the furnace fire and refine it for me!"

After an incense stick of time, Shen Yuanliang pinched his chin and threw the "Xiantian Gong" in his hand into the ten-foot-high bronze tripod in front of him.

A burst of colorful light filled the entire east wing. Faint immortal sounds rang in the ears. Endless Taoist rhymes spread out, as if the great Dao of heaven and earth had descended.

Shen Yuanliang used millions of luck as the furnace fire, "Xiantian Gong" as the firewood, and Taoist knowledge such as the Green Emperor's Secret Technique and Wanshou Daozang as the guide to refine the "great medicine".

"boom!"

The moonless night sky was suddenly filled with thunder and lightning. Purple lightning streaked across the sky, and the exploding thunder sounded like the roar of heaven.

"Hoohoo!"

A violent wind suddenly blew up between heaven and earth, ghosts cried and wolves howled, an ominous atmosphere spread, and the bright moon in the sky gradually turned red. The blood moon hung in the sky, a sign of great disaster.

Faced with the sudden strange phenomenon, countless Taoist masters observed the sky at night and made divinations. Then, with a "puff", a mouthful of blood spurted out.

It twisted and turned, and finally formed two big blood-red characters "Xian Jing", which was very eye-catching.

"The Green Emperor's Immortal Scripture: Earth Immortal Volume and Human Immortal Volume."

Looking at the golden scroll "Qingdi Xianjing" in his hand, which was neither gold nor iron, jade nor silk, and was full of brilliance, Shen Yuanliang's mouth curled up slightly, and his eyes as bright as stars were full of joy.

"It's time to break through!"

Sitting cross-legged on the roof, Shen Yuanliang relaxed his whole body inside and out, with his palms facing up and placed naturally on his legs.

As his breathing rhythm became deep, long, even, slow and soft, Shen Yuanliang silently recited the mantra and circulated the golden magic power in his dantian.

Without wind, his robes fluttered as a ray of silvery-white moonlight descended from the sky, enveloping Shen Yuanliang like a beam of light. Passing through his eyebrows, the cool moonlight and the powerful magic power met in the Niwan Palace.

As soon as Jinfeng Yulu met, they won but countless on earth.

Nourished by magic power and moonlight, it was like a long drought finally ending in rain, and the empty room became bright. Shen Yuanliang's mental power continued to surge, and his chaotic soul gradually condensed and jumped out of his body.

An illusory "little man" appeared above Shen Yuanliang's head. It was three inches in size, hazy, and gave people a cold and gloomy feeling. This was the Yin God.

Volume 1 of Haiqiong Bai Zhenren's Sayings says: "One thought is clear and spiritual, and the soul consciousness has not yet dispersed, like a dream or a shadow, it is similar to a ghost, this is the Yin spirit."
