It was this kind of mood that prompted me to embark on the path of writing fan fiction.

But when I was following the new anime, I found that I had lost this feeling.

But... that's it.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting older and my ability to empathize has decreased, but when I watch new anime, I no longer have thoughts like “I want to be a part of this”, “I would do this and that if I were in it”, “I want to interact with this character”, etc.

As a result, looking back, I still feel that the stories that impressed me the most are those so-called old anime.

This is definitely a sign of being out of touch with the times, right?

Being nostalgic all the time and obsessed with old things, doesn't it mean that our thinking is exhausted and we are no longer able to accept new things?

For this reason, in recent years, we have tried to be original and break away from those frameworks, but the results are obvious to all.

If you force me to write a new anime, it’s not that I can’t write it, or that I won’t be able to start writing.

But if Ruqing doesn't like these works, how can she make any contribution in them?

I am also trying to change my mindset, and I am even thinking about writing a manga for the working class. You know, I didn’t really want to write a manga for the working class in the past because it was too long. But this takes time and requires Ruqing to work harder.

There are very few worlds like this in new anime, maybe this is one of the reasons why Ruqing doesn’t want to write it?

Then, if the writing goes smoothly and the results are acceptable, Ruqing might write some spin-offs and write about worlds that no one has written about before.
