Harry returns from Hogwarts Legacy

Chapter 9 Pigs with Wigs

Chapter 9 Pigs with Wigs

Considering that the Dursleys' house was not far away, Harry and Hagrid chose the nine-Sickle meal and did not order a cup of hot cocoa or a towel or toothbrush.

The Knight Bus is very fast, much faster than any other means of transportation for Muggles, and all obstacles in its direction of travel will move to the sides. It is very safe and magical.

It took less than twenty minutes for Harry to reach the Dursleys' door.

"I won't take you in," said Hagrid, "after all I have to get back to Dumbledore."

"Okay, Hagrid." Harry put his hand on the cage containing Hedwig, "Bon voyage, and we'll see you at Hogwarts."

"See you at Hogwarts." Hagrid smiled and waved at Harry.

In the blink of an eye, the Knight Bus disappeared from Harry's sight.

The sky is still bright at this time. London is at a high latitude, and it will be completely dark around 7:30 in July.

The Dursleys did not fall asleep either. After all, such a big thing happened during the day. Petunia and Vernon had been discussing what to do since Harry left. They even ignored Dudley who was walking around in front of them in his Smeltings school uniform to attract attention.

Dudley was sitting at the door bored, and when he saw Harry suddenly appear, his fat face immediately became evil.

In the past, whenever he was in a bad mood, he would take it out on Harry and bully him severely.

Now that the punching bag was back, Dudley felt it necessary to give him a proper greeting.

He seemed to have completely forgotten what happened today.

"Hey, Dudley." Harry saw Dudley approaching with ill intentions, but he didn't care and said to him, "Please help me move these luggage into the house."

"Oh? Really?" Dudley rubbed his hands. "What if I say no?"

"You will," Harry said firmly, pointing at Dudley's butt. "If you want that pig's tail to disappear - by the way, has anyone ever told you that you look like a pig in a wig?"

After saying this, Harry remembered that this adjective was the nickname he had given Dudley before the Victorian era.

Because he... is so similar.

Dudley reached back and was surprised to find that a pig's tail had grown on his buttocks without him noticing.

"Harry Potter!" Dudley's face turned purple, just like his father Vernon.

Feeling humiliated, he opened his arms and rushed towards Harry.

Harry took out his wand and cast a small evil curse at him.

"What...what did you do to me?" Dudley screamed in horror, and his body began to dance involuntarily.

He wanted to stop, but he couldn't.

"Tarantella, a little spell." Harry admired Dudley's dancing, his arm resting on Hedwig's cage. "Hedwig, if you haven't seen a pig dance, now is your chance."

"Coo, coo, um~" Hedwig called out twice in response.

"Stop it now!" Dudley screamed in panic, "Dad, Mom! Help me! Help!"

His shouting was indeed effective. Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, who were originally discussing countermeasures, heard their beloved son's cry for help and no longer bothered to discuss it. They ran out of the house one after another.

"Baby Dada!" Aunt Petunia exclaimed, running forward and hugging Dudley.

However, her thin body could not hold Dudley down, and he continued to dance on his own.

Uncle Vernon rushed in front of Harry, his face purple and glaring at him angrily.

"What did you do to me, my son?!"

"Let him lose some weight." Harry spread his hands and said indifferently.

Uncle Vernon's eyes narrowed, and he pointed at Harry and was about to start cursing.

When Harry was thinking about whether to cast a spell on him, he saw him suddenly look around, and then he looked relieved. Was he looking to see if Hagrid was there? Harry wondered.

However, he was wrong. Uncle Vernon suddenly said, "You, stop your tricks right now! Come back with me!"

"What about my luggage?" Harry pointed to the bags beside him.

"I'll move you in!" said Uncle Vernon in an angry voice.

"Thank you, Uncle Vernon." Harry saluted Vernon and shook his finger at Dudley, who stopped and the pig's tail disappeared.

Uncle Vernon's face showed a look as if he had eaten a pound of flies. He glared at Harry fiercely, picked up the largest and heaviest piece of Harry's luggage, and trotted into the house without looking back, as if he was avoiding some plague.

Seeing that Dudley was about to follow in, Harry said, "Dudley, please help me take this package in."

The package wasn't big, but Harry was happy to put Dudley to work.

Dudley sniffled and reluctantly walked over to take the package from Harry.

After entering the house, Harry habitually went to the stair compartment, but Uncle Vernon suddenly said, "Your room is upstairs - I mean, your aunt and I have considered that you have grown up and it is no longer appropriate for you to live in the compartment. From now on, Dudley's other bedroom will belong to you."

"Why?" Harry raised an eyebrow.

"Don't ask why!" roared Uncle Vernon.

Harry remembered that bedroom, and God knew how much he had wanted to live in it. It was called Dudley's bedroom, but it was actually a spare room filled with some of Dudley's unwanted things.

After hearing this decision, Dudley felt like he was struck by a bolt from the blue.

He started crying loudly: "No, that's my room! I don't want him to move in! Daddy! Mommy! Make him move out! Don't come into my room!"

"Do you want to keep dancing? Dada!" Aunt Petunia said in a low, stern voice.

This was the first time Harry heard Aunt Petunia speak to Dudley in such a stern tone.

"Listen, kid." Uncle Vernon reached out and grabbed Harry's collar, warning him in a bad tone: "I don't care what tricks you have learned, and I don't ask you to be grateful to me and your aunt for raising you for so many years. I just hope that when you are playing your tricks, don't let the neighbors find out that there is a freak in our house, understand?"

Harry understood that this was what Uncle Vernon was afraid of.

The neighbors knew there was a monster in the house.

"One thousand pounds." Harry didn't mind being grabbed by the collar. Minors wouldn't be allowed to cast magic outside of school anyway, so it was no loss at all.

Uncle Vernon took a deep breath.

"five hundred!"

"Deal." Harry held out his hand.

Uncle Vernon let go of Harry's collar, looked at Harry deeply, and reached out to shake his hand, thus sealing the deal.

"I hope you'll keep your word," he said.

Dudley at the side also followed suit: "No, if you want me to move out of the room, I want one thousand pounds!"

Uncle Vernon suddenly felt a little tired. He said to Dudley, "Five hundred pounds."

Dudley looked at Harry.

"Half more," said Harry.

Dudley nodded and said to Vernon, "Two hundred and fifty."

"Deal!" Uncle Vernon was afraid that he was too slow to agree.

Harry held his forehead and sighed.
