Chapter 469 Terrorist Attack!
Rowan went from being frustrated at first to gradually getting used to it.

He discovered that no matter how much progress he made, his teacher would always say he wasn't good enough. At first, he was upset, but later he understood—his teacher was trying to motivate him and prevent him from becoming complacent.

Moreover, although the teacher said he wasn't good enough, every time he encountered a bottleneck, the teacher would "casually" offer a word or two of guidance. These seemingly casual tips were actually crucial, saving Luo Wen from countless detours.

"My teacher has a sharp tongue but a soft heart," Luo Wen thought to himself. "He actually cares about me a lot, he's just not good at expressing it."

On the seventh day, while training in the hurricane, Rowan suddenly had a bold idea.

Since he can control hurricanes, why not try to create them?
Once the idea came to him, it lingered in his mind.

Rowan took a deep breath and began to try.

He channeled the power of the wind element within him, resonating with the surrounding hurricane. Then, he attempted to guide this power, shaping a small whirlwind according to his own will.

The initial attempts all failed. The cyclone was torn apart by the surrounding hurricane as soon as it formed.

But Rowan did not give up, trying again and again, improving each time.

Finally, on the seventeenth attempt, a small whirlwind about one meter in diameter took shape in his hands. Although small, this whirlwind was exceptionally stable and did not dissipate even under the impact of a Category 10 hurricane.

Upon witnessing this scene, Blood King's eyes flashed with intense shock.

"Seven days. He actually learned to create whirlwinds in just seven days?"

It's important to understand that creating a whirlwind requires not only a deep understanding of the laws of wind, but also precise control. This is a skill that only cosmic-level martial artists should master.

And Luo Wen, a seventh-level stellar-level martial artist, actually did it.

Blood King gave Luo Wen a deep look, having already made up his mind.

"This kid's talent is even more terrifying than I expected," Blood King thought to himself. "If he continues to grow like this, he'll definitely become a powerful figure in the future. But the more he grows like this, the less I can let him become arrogant. I must let him know that there are always people more powerful than you."

He walked up to Rowan, looked at the small whirlwind, and said coldly, "That's it?"

Luo Wen was taken aback: "Teacher, I..."

"You think creating a small whirlwind is anything special?" Blood King said disdainfully. "A whirlwind of this magnitude couldn't even hurt a single finger of mine. It's a complete waste of energy."

After saying that, Blood King casually waved his hand.

A massive tornado, a hundred meters in diameter, appeared out of nowhere, its terrifying power causing the entire mountain to tremble. The tornado only existed for a second before dissipating, but the power it displayed in that single second left Rowan speechless.

"That's what you call a whirlwind," Blood King said calmly. "Yours can only be called a breeze."

Rowan lowered his head. Indeed, compared to his teacher, his whirlwind was negligible.

But he was not discouraged; instead, he became even more determined.

“One day, I will create a tornado like that,” Rowan clenched his fist. “No, I will create one that is even stronger!”

As Blood King looked at Luo Wen, a barely perceptible smile appeared on his lips.

"Excellent, he wasn't discouraged; on the contrary, he's even more motivated," Blood King nodded inwardly. "This kid's temperament has certainly passed the test."

He turned and walked towards the stone house, leaving behind the words, "That's enough for today. Starting tomorrow, I'll teach you some real skills."

Rowan's eyes lit up: "Real skills?"

"Don't be too happy yet," Blood King said without turning his head. "With your current abilities, you'd be lucky to learn even one percent."

Although it was a discouraging remark, Rowan could hear the expectation in it.

The teacher is finally going to start teaching me properly!

Although the seven days of hurricane training were painful, they allowed Rowan to make rapid progress in his understanding of the wind elemental laws. He not only broke through to the seventh level of the stellar level, but more importantly, he truly began to understand what the "essence of the laws" meant.

"Although my teacher is sharp-tongued, she truly cares about me," Luo Wen murmured to himself. "I must work even harder to live up to her expectations."

Inside the stone house, Blood King Luo was sending a report to his master, Venerable Azure Sky.

"Master, Luo Wen's talent far exceeds my expectations," Blood King Luo wrote in his report. "In just seven days, he has completed what took me three months to finish. This child is destined for great things."

"However," Blood King continued, "I will continue to suppress him, to keep him humble. The greatest fear of a genius is pride; only through sufficient trials can one go further."

After sending the report, Blood King looked up at the starry sky outside the window.

"Rowan, you have a long road ahead of you," Blood King murmured to himself, "but I believe that as long as you maintain this spirit, you will surely have a place in the future universe."

The next day.

Early in the morning, Rowan arrived at the cliff edge as usual, preparing to continue his hurricane training.

But this time, Blood King stopped him.

"We won't be practicing Hurricane today," Blood King said calmly.

Rowan was taken aback: "So what are we practicing today?"

"Come with me," Blood King said without explanation, turning and walking toward the helipad.

There sat a small, silver-white spaceship, its streamlined design exuding a futuristic feel. This was Blood King's private spaceship, incredibly fast, reportedly capable of traversing several star systems in a single day.

The two boarded the spaceship. Rowan, sitting in the co-pilot's seat, asked curiously, "Teacher, where are we going?"

“You’ll understand when we get there,” Blood King activated the spaceship. “Remember, from now on, don’t call me teacher, call me… Rakshasa.”

"Rakshasa?" Rowan asked, somewhat puzzled.

“This is my code name,” Blood King—now known as Rakshasa—said coldly. “We cannot reveal our true identities during the upcoming mission. You should also come up with a code name.”

“Code name…” Rowan thought for a moment, “Let’s call it Wind Blade.”

"Whatever," Rakshasa piloted the spaceship, bursting out of the atmosphere of Blood Luo Star.

The spaceship accelerated through space and soon entered the dark universe portal. After traveling in the dark universe for three hours, the spaceship emerged from the portal, and a blue planet appeared before them.

This planet is almost three times the size of Earth, with vast oceans and landmasses on its surface. The city lights twinkle on the night side, like scattered stars.

"This is Alpha X-17," Rakshasa explained, "a highly advanced technological civilization, whose technological level has reached the standard of a Type III civilization."

A Type III civilization means that it has mastered advanced technologies such as interstellar travel, antimatter energy, and artificial intelligence. In the universe, a Type III civilization is considered quite powerful. The spaceship slowly landed on the outskirts of a giant city on the planet.

This city, called New Dawn City, is one of the largest cities on Alpha X-17, with a population exceeding 500 million. Skyscrapers soar into the clouds, and countless flying vehicles crisscross the city. Traditional cars are absent from the streets; instead, there are hoverrails and teleportation portals.

"How magnificent!" Rowan exclaimed, looking at the futuristic city.

"It's all just superficial prosperity," Rakshasa said calmly. "Technological civilizations have their advantages, but they also have fatal weaknesses. Today, I'll show you."

The two entered the city. Although their clothing differed from the locals, they didn't attract much attention in this highly tolerant interstellar city. After all, tourists and merchants from different planets came here every day.

Rakshasa led Rowan around the city, finally stopping in front of a huge building.

The building is three hundred stories high, constructed entirely of special metal and glass, shimmering with a cold, austere light in the sunlight. Above the main entrance is a huge sign—a shield engraved with stars, below which reads "New Dawn City Public Security Bureau".

"The police station?" Rowan's expression changed. "Teacher, what are we doing here?"

“I told you not to call me teacher,” Rakshasa corrected, then a cold smile appeared on her lips. “As for why you’re here… of course, to give you a task.”

"Task?"

"See that building?" Rakshasa pointed to the police station. "We're going to raze it to the ground in a minute."

"What?!" Rowan's eyes widened, thinking he had misheard.

“You heard me right,” Rakshasa confirmed, “Destroy this police station building. That’s today’s mission.”

“But…this is a police station,” Rowan said urgently, “and this is a peaceful, technologically advanced planet. Why should we attack them?”

“Who said we were going to attack?” Rakshasa sneered. “I only said to destroy the building, not to hurt anyone. This police station has a well-developed evacuation system; if the alarm is triggered, everyone will evacuate within thirty seconds. Our target is only the building itself.”

Rowan still didn't understand: "But even if it doesn't hurt anyone, this is still..."

"This is a trial for you," Rakshasa interrupted him. "You cultivated on Blood Luo Star for seven days, and your understanding of the laws has indeed improved. But that's just closed-door training. A true powerhouse needs to be able to survive and fight in all kinds of environments."

He paused, then continued, "Next, I will teach you how to survive in a hostile environment. And this environment is the pursuit of a high-tech civilization."

Luo Wen finally understood his teacher's intention.

This is a unique experience—becoming a wanted criminal in a technologically advanced civilization and then managing to escape capture.

"But..." Rowan wanted to say something more.

“No buts,” Rakshasa’s tone turned stern. “As a martial artist, you must learn to survive in any environment. Whether in the wilderness or the city; whether facing cultivators or technologically armed opponents. Only in this way can you truly grow.”

Rowan took a deep breath and finally nodded: "I understand."

“Very good,” Rakshasa said with a satisfied expression. “Then, begin the operation. Remember, only destroy buildings; do not harm anyone. If there are any casualties, your training will be considered a failure.”

"Yes!"

The two stood in the plaza in front of the police station. Passing crowds cast curious glances their way, but no one could have imagined what would happen next.

Rakshasa raised his right hand, and crimson power of law condensed in his palm.

"The Law of Blood - Shockwave!"

An invisible wave was released from Rakshasa's hand, instantly enveloping the entire police station building. This wave was not offensive; it simply triggered all the alarm systems within the building.

"Warning! Warning! Unknown energy attack detected! All personnel evacuate immediately!"

A piercing alarm blared throughout the building. Highly trained police officers immediately dropped what they were doing and evacuated along pre-arranged routes. Elevators, stairwells, and even emergency transport systems were activated, rapidly moving thousands of police officers and civilian staff to safety.

The crowd in the square noticed the abnormality and began to scatter and flee.

“In thirty seconds, the building will be empty,” Rakshasa said, glancing at the timer on his wrist. “Prepare to move.”

Rowan gripped his longsword tightly, the wind element surging within him. Although he still felt uneasy, he trusted his teacher wouldn't let him do anything wrong.

Thirty seconds passed quickly.

"Attack!" Rakshasa commanded.

The two attacked simultaneously. Rakshasa's crimson laws transformed into countless sharp blades, slicing through the building's supporting structure from the outside. Rowan, on the other hand, unleashed wind blades, shattering the building's glass curtain wall completely.

"Storm Domain - Gale Killing Array!"

Countless wind blades crisscrossed around the building, severing the 300-story skyscraper in the middle. The upper part began to tilt, and it looked like it was about to collapse.

“That’s not enough,” Rakshasa said coldly. “It must be completely destroyed; no part that can be repaired should be left.”

He clasped his hands together, and terrifying crimson energy condensed in them.

"The Law of Blood—The Power of Devouring!"

A massive, blood-red vortex appeared above the building, generating a terrifying suction force. Under this force, the entire building began to disintegrate. Steel bars, concrete, glass—all the building materials were torn apart, sucked into the vortex, and reduced to dust.

In just ten seconds, the 300-story police station building vanished, leaving only an empty foundation.

The surrounding crowd was stunned. They had never seen such terrifying power—destroying a massive building without using any weapons, solely through the abilities of an individual.

"Quick, call the police!"

"No, the police station has been destroyed!"

"Contact the military! This is a terrorist attack!"

Panic gripped the crowd, and they scattered in all directions.

Rakshasa turned to Rowan: "Mission complete. Now, it's time for your trials."

"What do you mean?" Rowan asked, puzzled.

"From now on, you will be on this planet for a week," Rakshasa said coldly. "Alpha X-17 has a very high level of technology; their surveillance, tracking, and weapon systems are among the best in the universe. The attack just now has been recorded, and your image, energy signature, and even genetic information will be analyzed. In less than an hour, you will be wanted across the entire planet."

Rowan's expression changed: "Then what should I do?"

“That’s the problem you need to think about,” Rakshasa said, taking a small device from his robes. “This is a space teleporter. It will automatically activate in a week, transporting you back to Blood Luo Star. Until then, you must find a way to survive and avoid being captured.”
