The immortal stood barefoot, his expression solemn. After a moment, a look of horror appeared in his eyes, as if he had seen something. He then bowed repeatedly to the source of the auspicious clouds and apologized.

Such unusual phenomena, in ordinary terms, would dissipate in an instant.

But this time it's different; on the East Sea, on the shore of a fairy island.

"Now that the work is done, I will become a Primordial Golden Elixir, the Great Dao of Limitless Limits."

All the principles and myriad Daoist rhythms of this world transformed into boundless radiance, surging into Zhou Cheng's body.

All paths flow into the Golden Elixir, creating a Primordial Dao Fruit. The teachings illuminate the past and present, the body remains unblemished across all realms, able to observe the four continents, and comprehend all things in the universe.

There is nothing that cannot be understood, nothing that cannot be seen, and all paths that are clear; only then can one attain this Primordial Dao Fruit.

The sacred mountain is a place of ultimate bliss.

In the Great Thunderclap Temple, the World-Honored One, Buddha, sat on a seven-colored lotus throne, expounding the Great Dharma to all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Arhats, and others. Auspicious clouds rolled in, and before they dispersed, colorful omens appeared, and celestial music resounded, a cause for celebration by heaven and earth.

Such a great and extraordinary phenomenon is rarely seen even once in hundreds of millions of kalpas, which astonished all the Buddhas.

"May I ask the World Honored One, from which great virtuous person did you attain perfect enlightenment?"

The Bodhisattvas of the Sun and Moon paid homage to the Tathagata, chanting the Buddha's name and expressing their doubts.

The old Buddha laughed and said, "You are all wrong. Look at the golden body of the first Buddha in the Pure Land."

Upon hearing this, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas looked in that direction and saw, amidst the rosy light of Mount Ling and within the sacred land of ultimate bliss, the golden bodies of the true Buddhas shone brightly, while countless other Dharma forms were hidden in the void, awaiting their next rebirth to become true Buddhas in the world.

Suddenly, the golden body of the Buddha Namo Elementary True Suchness Venerable King descended and manifested in the land of Dongsheng Shenzhou, shining with Buddha's light.

"Homage to the Buddha of the Beginning True Suchness who has returned to his rightful place! Congratulations!"

The monks were overjoyed and offered their praises to the new Buddha.

However, before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas had finished their worship, the colorful clouds in the sky suddenly burst into flames, and the universal celestial music abruptly ceased.

This is not the case.

The strange phenomenon should have dissipated gradually, so why did it stop so abruptly? Could something have happened?
"Passing through the calamity of Nirvana, burning the golden body, incinerating the fruit of the path, returning to the dreamlike illusion, one attains Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi."

The World-Honored One, Tathagata, spoke the Buddha's voice, expounding the wonder of Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi.

The strange phenomenon just now suddenly dissipated, which was the initial state of true reality undergoing the eon of annihilation. Now, it has entered Nirvana from annihilation and attained supreme enlightenment.

On the shores of the East China Sea, Zhou Cheng's figure emerged from the silence, his image reflected in the light of time, revealing the figures of a true Buddha, an immeasurable celestial being, and a great emperor of the celestial realm.

In an instant, the three figures vanished, merged into one, and evolved into the Limitless Dao Fruit and the Infinite Dao Body.

After reaching the realm of half-step transcendence, one must sever one's supreme cultivation, but the insights remain. Now that the Golden Core has been achieved, one instantly manifests the Primordial Chaos, proves the Limitless, and returns to the realm of half-step transcendence.

Both women knew that Zhou Cheng practiced the Golden Elixir Dao in order to subdue his own mind and thus achieve Great Nirvana.

The two women had already learned about the God of War from Zhou Cheng.

“But even if all the gods are killed, the information of the transcendent beings in all worlds will still interfere with each other, unless all the transcendent beings are killed and only one transcendent being remains.” “Instead of killing the main god again and again, it would be better to let a being with a domain replace that main god, absorb all the chaos, and then transcend to the top.”

The reasoning behind this is not difficult to understand.

This was the thought of all beings transcending the worlds when they slayed the supreme god, and it was also their expectation of Zhou Cheng.

Of course, if Zhou Cheng doesn't choose this path, no one will force him to.

The Great Way is both ruthless and deeply compassionate.

Meanwhile, while Zhou Cheng was talking with the two women, a group of monkeys in the blessed land of Huaguo Mountain on the shore of the East Sea were also trembling with fear at the strange phenomenon.

Only after all the strange phenomena and boundless celestial music had dissipated did the monkey say with lingering fear, "I was terrified! I was terrified!"

"What just happened?"

"I don't know, I don't know."

"Your Majesty, what was that strange phenomenon just now?"

Meanwhile, the Monkey King, sitting on the stone throne, appeared to be still shaken and asked his attendants, "Does anyone know why the heavens changed? Why the heavens changed?"

Then a long-armed ape jumped out and bowed repeatedly, saying, "Your Majesty, this is a sign of immortality. I have seen records on stone carvings in the mountains. It is said that a virtuous and wise person cultivated immortality and heaven and earth celebrated it."

"Oh?"

The Monkey King was clearly intrigued and kept asking, "What is immortality, and what is death?"

The gibbon continued, “When we die, we are gone. Although we do not obey the laws of human kings, nor are we afraid of the might of beasts, when we grow old and our blood weakens, we will be secretly under the control of the King of Hell. Once we die, we will not have lived in vain in this world, nor will we be able to stay among the heavenly beings for long and enjoy pleasures and feasts.”

Upon hearing this, the monkeys all began to cry and shout, "I don't want to die!"

"I don't want to die either; I'm so happy to feast every day!"

"..."

The monkeys, one said he didn't want to die, the other said he wanted to enjoy life, but when they thought of the day when they were old and weak, they all cried out in grief, their cries sounding like weeping blood, which saddened the hearts of all who heard them.

"Then, you just said that such strange phenomena indicate that someone is seeking immortality. Doesn't this mean there's a way to avoid death and prolong life, allowing us to enjoy happiness forever?"

The Monkey King scratched his head repeatedly, jumping around the gibbon with long arms, looking very anxious.

The gibbon hurriedly said, "Congratulations, Your Majesty! Congratulations! You have truly awakened your Daoist heart!"

After a round of flattery, the old ape finally spoke: "Let Your Majesty know that among the five types of insects, only three are not under the jurisdiction of King Yama."

The Monkey King was overjoyed and quickly asked, "Do you know what the three classes are?"

The old ape, unhurried and unhurried, pointed three fingers deep and said, "These are the Buddha, the Immortal, and the Holy One, who have escaped reincarnation, are neither born nor die, and live as long as heaven and earth, mountains and rivers."

"If Your Majesty wishes to live forever, you must find these three things and seek a way to avoid death and prolong life."

Upon hearing this, the Monkey King nodded repeatedly, intuitively finding it reasonable, and continued to ask, "Good monkey, good monkey, quickly tell me, where can these three be found?"

The old ape immediately laughed and said, "I've heard that it can only be seen in the ancient caves and immortal mountains of the Jambudvipa world."

Upon hearing this, the Monkey King was overjoyed. He then looked around and said, "My disciples, I will descend the mountain tomorrow and travel to the ends of the earth to find these three things. I will seek a way to avoid death and prolong life, so that we may all share in immortality!"

Upon hearing this, a group of monkeys were overjoyed and shouted happily, "Sharing immortality! Sharing immortality!"

The next morning, the monkeys scattered throughout the mountains and forests, picking exotic fruits and digging for wild yams. They found countless fragrant orchids and rare herbs and flowers, intending to prepare a farewell feast for the Monkey King.

After the farewell banquet ended, the Monkey King instructed his attendants to cut bamboo to make rafts to cross the vast ocean.

Now, in the land of Xiniu Hezhou, there is a pure and immortal paradise.

Looking from afar, it was indeed a magnificent mountain. Within the misty clouds, one could see a thousand peaks arrayed like halberds, and towering cliffs spread like a screen. There were also scenes of sunlight reflecting off the mountain peaks and the dark green hues after the rain. One could tell at a glance that this was the abode of immortals.

Nestled in the mountains, pavilions and towers stand, their silhouettes faintly visible through the mist and rain, creating a scene reminiscent of an ink painting.

Inside one of the pavilions, Yu Yun and Taiwei Hua were playing chess.

“The land on earth is still the most pristine and comfortable place to live. The fairy islands at sea are far from offering this kind of tranquility.” Taiwei Hua placed a black piece and looked at Yu Yun.

Yu Yun pondered for a moment, then placed a white piece: "Don't try to interfere with my move."

Zhou Cheng sat down beside the two men, holding a halo in front of him, watching as the King of Qin swept across the land of Dongsheng Shenzhou.

Suddenly, Zhou Cheng's gaze shifted, and the halo in front of him changed.

The majestic palaces vanished, revealing a vast ocean.

The wind howled fiercely, and the rain poured down, creating towering waves on the sea. If an ordinary person were to witness this, it would surely cause them great fear.

And amidst these massive waves, a small boat can be seen bobbing with the tides.

There was a monkey clinging tightly to the raft, its whole body soaked through, its fur clinging to its body.

This monkey was none other than the Monkey King who had begun his quest for immortality.

However, we have only just set off and have not yet reached Jambudvipa.
