Chapter 126 The Little Bear Cub Named Big White

Guo Mi's soft-hearted gaze hadn't yet returned when she heard Xia Tian's words. She paused, squinted at her, and after confirming that Xia Tian did indeed have this plan, she was momentarily speechless.

But then they thought about it again and it didn't seem like a bad idea. So the two mother bears stood there and seriously considered the feasibility of the matter.

However, in the end, Xia Tian gave up on the idea:

"Forget it, it's too weird for another bear cub to appear out of nowhere. If she lets something slip, your whole plan will be useless."

“You don’t look like this is your first time taking care of a bear cub.”

She opened her mouth, wanting to tell the little bear she wouldn't hurt her, but suddenly realized she'd never asked the little bear its name, so she turned and called to Xia Tian again:
"...Um, what's your little bear cub's name?"

Summer turned around, looked at her with a puzzled expression, and said matter-of-factly:

"Big White."

Guo Mi: "?!"

As soon as Da Bai saw her approaching, it scrambled back two steps, letting out an even sharper cry, and looked pleadingly at Xia Tian behind Guo Mi.

However, Xia Tian seemed not to hear her. She just sat there, her calm gaze unwavering, silently expressing what she hoped the little bear would do.

The little bear felt wronged and huddled in place, whimpering pitifully. He even ignored the "danger" Guo Mi in front of him and kept looking at Xia Tian with heartbroken eyes, hoping to soften his mother's heart.

When Xia Tian saw that she only knew how to ask him for help and didn't even spare a thought to pay attention to Guo Mi, whom she was afraid of, her eyes immediately filled with dissatisfaction.

Guo Mi noticed her ears pressed back and her claws digging into the soil, and shook her head inwardly.

Despite its cold and hard appearance, it's impossible for it to remain unmoved when it hears the little bear's cry.

Just as she was thinking this, Xia Tian gave her a wink, and the next second she stood up, turned around, and left!
Guo Mi was shocked. She just left like that?! Da Bai was shocked too!

She couldn't accept that her mother had abandoned her, and her first thought was to chase after her, but she was forced to stay in place and shout loudly because of Guo Mi who was blocking her way.

Guo Mi couldn't bear to watch anymore. She hesitated, wondering whether she should stay where she was or take two steps forward as Xia Tian suggested and push the little bear a bit more.

The little guy's cries are very loud; if he keeps shouting, the other two bear cubs might hear him.

Guo Mi had no choice but to bite the bullet, and just as she was about to raise her paw, a white ball of fur rushed towards her!
It turns out that Baymax was afraid of being abandoned by his mother, so he mustered up his courage to break through Guo Mi's "blockade"!
Seeing the aggressive little bear, Guo Mi stepped aside. The little guy missed and rolled on the ground twice before quickly getting up!

Guo Mi thought to herself that this little bear hadn't been taught badly and still knew how to use its claws. Then she took a step back, tilted her head to avoid the little claws that were coming at her, and gently nudged her head forward!
The little bear who stood up to pat Guo Mi suddenly lost his balance and fell flat on his back!

The bear cub, having failed in its second attack, rolled on the ground. As it got up, ready to try again, its eyes lit up, and it let out a joyful cry:
"mom!"

Guo Mi then realized that Xia Tian had returned sometime earlier and was sitting not far away again.

The difference this time was that her eyes were filled with satisfaction.

Da Bai suddenly felt emboldened and, ignoring Guo Mi, ran happily towards Xia Tian. However, when Xia Tian lowered his head to lick her forehead, his expression suddenly changed and he dodged away, puffing up his cheeks and moving further away, turning his back to Xia Tian.

Seeing the little one being sulky, Guo Mi was both amused and exasperated. She walked over to her and said before the little bear jumped away:
"Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you."

Of course, Da Bai knew that Guo Mi wouldn't hurt her, otherwise those two blows would have been enough for her to bite her own throat off, but she still felt wronged, both wronged and scared.

I hadn’t taken more than a few steps when I heard the sound of deliberately soft claws landing on the dry grass behind me.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Big White carefully raise its paw and gently step on the ground, then gently raise its hind paw and take two steps forward.

Guo Mi's mischievous side suddenly stirred, and she abruptly turned around, only to see the little bear frozen in place with its two paws in the air. After regaining its senses, it quickly returned to its original position, sitting with its back to them.
