The big man has a living father
Chapter 197 Huh? I object!
Chapter 197 (Long Chapter) Huh? I object!
Should we choose the virtuous or the capable? This question that has troubled people throughout the ages actually has an answer from the very beginning.
This issue is most needed in any field.
Even the emperor's family is the same.
May I ask, does the emperor’s family choose the virtuous or the capable?
Answer: Neither the virtuous nor the capable are selected.
If there is a legitimate son, the legitimate son will be established; if there is an eldest son, the eldest son will be established.
All emperors, including central officials, understood one thing: selecting talented people was unreliable.
Because selecting the virtuous is something that can be pretended.
Once you have power, you won’t pretend anymore.
How to solve it?
Choose the capable? How to determine who is more capable?
When it comes to choosing the capable, what is being tested is the ability of the successor or the ability of their supporters to talk big?
And establishing the eldest son as the heir is an alternative way of selecting the virtuous and capable.
The idea that the eldest son is naturally virtuous may be a bit abstract, but once the veil is lifted, you will know what it is.
First of all, the eldest son is the child of the emperor and the empress. The emperor is the head of the royal family, the ruler of the world, and the current owner of power.
If the inheritance rights are not from the emperor's descendants, the emperor himself would probably not accept it.
Therefore, the hereditary system and the hereditary monarchy appeared in various places in history. Therefore, Xia Qi opened the era of hereditary monarchy.
This was true even in the era when there were no emperors. Logically speaking, if the ideas are the same, then they are the same? Of course not. If anyone creates a party and says that their ideas are the same as the Democratic Party of the United States, and then says that they want to participate in the general election on behalf of the Democratic Party? Is it possible?
Therefore, rights themselves are based on bloodline and legal system.
What does the queen's son mean?
If the emperor himself can make sense, then the empress is likely to be a representative woman of the largest political power group other than the royal family.
If the emperor himself is exceptionally powerful, the empress is not a political marriage.
Then this family of relatives by marriage will need to become the representative of the largest political power group when the emperor is reborn.
It doesn't matter whether you get on the bus first and buy the ticket later, or buy the ticket first and get on the bus.
If neither.
Then it would be impossible for the heir to win the support of the people.
Although the eldest son may not necessarily be able to win the support of the people, there may also be talented people like Li Shimin and Zhu Di, but if he is not the eldest son, he will definitely not be able to win the support of the people.
Therefore, the so-called virtue does not really refer to whether a person is virtuous or not, but rather to whether this person can win the support of the people and whether this person is the representative of the major interest groups.
A country is essentially a strict collection of interest groups. It is not only a collection of interests of the ruling class, but also a collection of interests of the people.
But on the other hand, if a person is born into the ruling class but does not represent the interests of the ruling class, how can he become an emperor?
If there is no legitimate heir, then the eldest son will be made heir, because making the youngest son the heir will cause chaos.
Establishing elders is for the sake of order.
Therefore, whether a person is virtuous or not is strongly tied to a country. It can be said that a person's behavior may be very virtuous in one country, but in another country it may be just the opposite, and he may be extremely evil!
If there is a force promoting something like 'universal virtue', it is obvious that this country is trying to encroach on the interests of other countries.
Human society is a top-down society.
If this is the case with the inheritance of state power, what about the decentralization of power to various links in the state?
It's the same!
For example, the question of what should be tested in the current imperial examinations for selecting officials, in fact the answer has already been known.
The eldest son.
However, after being abstracted into such a concept, how do we determine who is the legitimate heir, who is the eldest, who is the virtuous, and who is the capable?
The tool of rule is legitimacy. The older the tool, the longer it lasts. The one who conforms to morality is virtuous, and the one who brings the most benefits to the country is capable.
At present, the most important things for the Han Dynasty are land and people.
When selecting talents, of course we only talk about people, and any place within the Han Dynasty will do.
When we talk about people, we are talking about rule.
In the early Han Dynasty, Huang-Lao Taoism was the solution and the best tool for ruling.
Five years ago, Confucianism was the solution and the best tool for ruling.
Today, science is the solution and the best tool for ruling.
Liu Che, with his expertise in economics and the industrial revolution, had already brought the Han Dynasty to a state of great success, and there was no way he could go back.
It’s like a person who, before buying a car, may be able to walk ten kilometers, but after getting used to driving, walking a hundred meters is okay, but if he wants to walk two kilometers, he must drive.
The efficiency is incomparable.
Therefore, di is science, while zhang is legalism.
Although Confucianism was an old school of thought during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, what did it have to do with the Han Dynasty? Confucianism was a latecomer in the Han Dynasty.
However, Confucianism is not completely out of favor. Today, the Han Dynasty needs the Confucian moral system as the national ideological system.
Therefore, Confucianism has gained a reputation as a virtuous school.
As we all know, if a prince has a good reputation, even if someone else becomes the emperor, he will not be liquidated or leave the court.
To put it bluntly, if we regard the imperial examination as an exercise to select the emperor's successor, the princes will divide the family property.
Science became the new successor, Legalism was the second choice, Confucianism was the wise king, and the last one, the one that made the most money for the Han Dynasty, was science.
Therefore, this heir is more valuable and there is no possibility of him losing from the beginning.
There is no unnecessary nonsense in Wen Weng's article [The Hundred Schools of Thought in the New Era - subtitled "Confucianism is the way to be a human being, and science is the way to govern a country"].
The point is that the country and the people are calculated separately.
In the article, Wen Weng talked about the power of science and technology, saying it is the only option for governing the country and must be adopted as a national policy. It is not even a national policy, but the foundation and root of the country.
The morality contained in Confucianism, assisted by the thoughts of Mohism and Taoism, is the principle of being a human being and everyone must learn it.
Everyone must have morals, but when the country selects talents, it needs to choose people with scientific abilities.
People who do not learn morality are not worthy of being human beings, so there is no need for assessment at all. The whole society should despise people without morals and make them become rats crossing the street. They should not even be human beings, let alone officials?
This really puts Confucianism in a difficult position.
This is very respectful of you. You have said so much.
You can choose not to be an official, but you can’t stop being a human being. If you don’t become a human being, then you are a beast, isn’t that a beast?
Given such a high status, aren’t Confucianists satisfied?
However, the article not only puts forward Confucianism, but also points out the status of Legalism.
The original words of the article, written by Weng are [How much a person's wisdom can accomplish is not determined by his smartest time, but by his most confused time.
The wisdom of a group is not measured by the smartest person, but by the most confused person.
Wen Weng also took the trouble to give several examples to illustrate this point.
It's true, when a lot of people get together, it's easy to lose your mind.
Therefore, Wen Weng brought out his own new viewpoint as a Confucian: "The morality of a country is not based on the highest person, but on the lowest person."
[We cannot be a country that is lenient with ourselves and strict with others, so we cannot use the highest moral standards to make laws. We are not a country with corrupt morals, so we cannot adapt to the moral standards of the lowest moral people. 】
Therefore, we should hold ourselves to a relatively strict standard, and in the country and society, we should establish a slightly looser but never bottoming standard as the moral bottom line, that is, the law.
[We cannot adapt to a person with corrupt morals, so we can kick corrupt people out of the ranks of Han citizens.]
Wen Weng is worthy of being a reader of the Spring and Autumn Annals. He is completely different from other Confucian scholars.
He did not immediately combine Confucianism and law and institutionalize Confucian morality, as the consequence of that would have been harsh rule and tyranny.
Wen Weng specifically mentioned the Legalists, who specifically separated morality from law.
Rules are rules, and requirements are requirements.
We can ask others to do something, but they may not necessarily do it. This is allowed, but we don’t understand it.
But everyone must follow the rules we set, otherwise they will not be allowed nor understood and will be directly expelled from the interest group.
The Legalists mentioned here are actually not the Legalists of the Spring and Autumn Period, but should be called [Rules]. It can be said to be a combination of Mohism and Legalism.
Even Sima Qian couldn't help but nod when he saw this.
Wen Weng is worthy of being Wen Weng. As a veteran governor with thirty years of experience, he is not comparable to ordinary people.
Wen Weng used a way that ordinary people could understand but could not fathom the deep meaning, but officials could understand at a glance, to explain the national policy that the Han Dynasty needed now.
The reason why no one can understand the deeper meaning of what Wen Weng did not write is also to provide a layer of insurance for this article to avoid being liquidated in the future.
At the end of this article, it not only talks about Legalism, Confucianism and science.
It also talks about Taoism, Eclecticism, Diplomacy, Military Science, Agriculture...almost all the schools of thought are mentioned.
Wen Weng wrote: "All industries already exist in this society. Every industry needs relevant officials, managers, and development."
Therefore, different examinations should be designed according to the different disciplines and jobs to adapt to different environments. The Han Dynasty should recognize the abilities of these talents at the national level. If these talents have made contributions to the country, the court should also commend them. 】
[However, these industries need to be studied and improved in a scientific manner, and at the same time, they must not violate the ethics recognized by the public and must develop themselves and related industries in accordance with legal rules.]
Wen Weng is not without means or knives.
This knife destroyed all the families, leaving only the workers.
This means that it is best for all industries not to develop their own ideas.
If we want to develop, we should just make technological progress, don't think about fancy things.
Taoism? Taoism must also hold high the banner of the Han Dynasty, and advocate morality, law, and science.
Legalists? Legalists emphasize morality, law and science!
Confucianism? Confucianism also emphasizes morality, law and science!
This thing was specifically mentioned by Huo Hai.
Because Huo Hai remembered the incredible cases he saw when watching short videos.
It is said that Zhang Tang invented the crime of slandering others in one's heart, saying that if someone thinks something in his heart, he is guilty.
Although this kind of rebellion is against the law and seems to be moral, it is not scientific!
How do you know he really thought about it?
Even if one day someone really invents a mind-reading device, it would be impossible to be charged with slander.
Because it is immoral!
Unless the law stipulates that certain people are exempt, such as spies.
This is actually putting a noose around each party to prevent them from growing to an outrageous degree.
In fact, Sima Qian was very impressed by Wen Weng when he saw this.
To be honest, Sima Qian's goal has been achieved.
He made Confucian scholars see that they were fighting for Confucianism and fighting for the interests of Confucianism.
that's enough.
If I were to break it down one by one, I might not be Wen Weng's opponent.
Because Sima Qian's own things were actually all knowledge borrowed from reading history, while Wen Weng's knowledge was all practical experience from his thirty years as a prefect.
However, after reading the last paragraph, Sima Qian couldn't help but cheer for Wen Weng's superb skills.
It was not until the last moment that Wen Weng mentioned it in the article.
Nowadays, it is best for new-style education to be incorporated into official schools in the country. Once it is incorporated into official schools, everyone must learn Confucianism, but they do not have to be proficient in it. Everyone must have morals, but they do not necessarily need to understand its source.
The world is so big that it is beyond the imagination of people in the past. Nowadays, people in the streets of Chang'an are talking about Egypt, Rome, the New World and Alaska.
The world is so big, how many people still don't know "loyalty, filial piety, etiquette", "honesty, shame, honor and disgrace", "all under heaven is the king's land, all the people are the king's subjects"? If they don't know, they should be taught, otherwise, won't they always be ignorant of how to be human?
And this is exactly what Confucianism is good at.
Therefore, in the future, officials who will go abroad, especially those who are responsible for education and propaganda, should be more Confucian officials.
Especially now that there is a Confucian school that specializes in studying the distinction between noble and humble, the ambassadors sent abroad in the future must all be proficient in Confucianism. Otherwise, it is already miserable for them to be born in poverty and hardship. If they are not educated, wouldn’t it be the fault of the Han Dynasty?
Confucianism should shoulder its own responsibilities. Other students and scholars who are not mentioned in detail in the article should also shoulder their own responsibilities to ensure a better future for the Han Dynasty.
The last paragraph was indeed impressive in Sima Qian's opinion.
It did not explicitly say that the Confucians would be given the spoils, but it did say that the Confucians had an obligation to take responsibility!
It sounds like you would be letting the court down if you didn't become an official.
Even if a Confucian scholar was angry at the beginning, he would probably be confused after seeing this, and would already feel that this was a close friend.
Sima Qian put down the newspaper.
This time, Sima Qian also wanted to write an article.
But it was not about bargaining with Wen Weng, but picking fruits.
Sima Qian carefully analyzed why Confucianists were suitable to be ambassadors, why the Han Dynasty wanted to turn people from neighboring countries and even all countries in the world into obedient subjects of the Han Dynasty, why Confucianists could do this, and why Guliang School could serve as the backbone force in the middle.
Confucianism serves as ambassadors, with Gongyang Confucianism focusing on internal affairs and Guliang School focusing on external affairs. They are determined to make people all over the world learn to recite the legends of the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors and the kindness of the Han Dynasty.
We must make people all over the world understand that Han people are born superior to others, and that they must strive to become useful people in their own group.
What are useful people? People who can contribute to the Han Dynasty and serve the Han people are useful people.
Although Confucianism is not good at sugar-coating bullets, it is good at whitewashing.
In this article, Sima Qian wrote that Gongyang Confucianism, as a kind of thought, is suitable for the ruling class of the Han Dynasty to learn and for all soldiers to learn. Guliang School, as a kind of thought, is suitable for people outside the Han Dynasty to learn and for ambassadors in the Han Dynasty to learn.
But after reading the whole article, what I read is that Egypt is lacking in morality and Rome is a barbarian. It is simply outrageous for the Ice Man to give his wife to other people to sleep with?
They are not living well, and the industry of the Han Dynasty can save them. What should we do if there is something wrong with their thinking? We scholars should reflect on ourselves! Ask ourselves whether we have contributed to making the world a better place?
Sima Qian also gave various examples to illustrate how outrageous these currently known countries are.
Nonsense, if you look at other people's morality from the perspective of the Han people's morality, everyone is outrageous.
This set of ideas is still very confusing.
Logically speaking, when things happen at home, we should take a moral stand to protect our own interests. When things happen abroad, we should take a profit stand to protect our own interests directly.
But Confucianism has this skill, which is to integrate interests and morality.
Now, both the common people and the learned people understood. The common people were deeply distressed. They had thought that the Han Dynasty had been in decline for several years, but they had never expected that there were still so many miserable countries in the world. Did the Han army not have enough horses? Why didn't they save them? !
The learned people saw that the world was so big, there were so many people to rule, and there was a huge shortage of ambassadors who graduated from the Confucian School of the Han Dynasty. If they studied, they would be guaranteed to be officials, right? They should go and study now!
Originally, everyone was watching Sima Qian and Wen Weng arguing with each other.
Unexpectedly, Sima Qian stopped and instead agreed with Wen Weng, even explaining it in more detail.
It is at this time that many people realize that they should write articles!
Sima Qian was so smart that as soon as the new idea came out, he immediately marked the peach.
Looking back a few years or decades later, what is happening now will be ahead of the times and will lead the trend of the times!
Even though they are just following the trend after a few days, if we look at it from the perspective of decades or hundreds of years, aren’t they the first batch of knowledgeable people?
Chen An also wrote articles calling on workers to learn morality, law, and science, to be moral people, to understand the law, and to be useful to the country.
Now I am of some use to the country, and I hope that after learning, I can contribute 100% to the country.
Yang Liancheng also published an article calling on researchers to actively summarize teaching materials while conducting research, and to classify simple and easy-to-understand knowledge, intermediate knowledge, and advanced knowledge into different categories to create teaching materials.
I don’t know why, but Zhang Daoli, who was far away from here and went to Chengdu to study cannons, also published an article.
Calling on Taoists to learn science and serve the country.
Luo Xiahong, a master of astronomy and a marquis, also published an article stating that those who study astrology should come out of retirement to serve the country. The Han Dynasty needed a large number of astronomical talents both in navigation and in its westward expansion.
Zhang Tang couldn't help but write an article, "On the Standardization and Scientification of Laws", to put an end to the supernatural and weird talk, as if he was also a Confucian scholar.
If this had happened a year ago, Zhang Tang would never have come out to write a single word, because writing would be tantamount to taking sides.
I am a cruel official and should not take sides.
However, after receiving guidance from Liu Che, Zhang Tang had become interested in the position of censor, and he also knew that Liu Che had trained two more "cruel officials", one named Du Zhou and the other named Yi Zong.
Du Zhou is from Wancheng and is very skilled in investigating cases.
When attacking the Xiongnu, Du Zhou went there to check the weapons. As an employee of the Xiongnu Company, he was just an ordinary employee, but he was promoted three levels in half a year and became an internal inspector of the Xiongnu Company.
He was valued by Emperor Wu of Han and transferred out.
If Du Zhou is successfully trained, he will undoubtedly be the best successor to the Chief Justice.
And Yi Zong is Yi Shuo's younger brother.
Yi Zong and Yi Shuo are two completely different people.
Let’s put it this way, Yi Shuo is the Lingzhuzi and Yi Zong is the Mowan.
At the beginning, Liu Che wanted to reward Yishuo and said that he would let Yizong become an official. At that time, Yishuo refused, saying that her brother was strict and eccentric, and liked to treat people harshly. If he became an official, the local people would suffer.
There was nothing that could be done about it. Yishuo's parents went to treat the plague and both died.
Leaving behind Yishuo's sister and brother. At that time, Yishuo was still young and ignorant, let alone her brother.
Later, when Yishuo grew older, he began to learn medicine from his adoptive father. His younger brother had no interest in studying medicine, but in such an environment every day, he was used to seeing people's limbs and birth, aging, sickness and death, which made him develop a heart as cold as ice.
Later, Yi Shuo became the Queen Mother's personal medical officer. With this power, could Yi Zong, who had been an orphan all his life, get better?
It would have been better if she didn't say anything. Once she said it, Liu Che became more interested.
Liu Che was originally looking for talents who could become cruel officials. How could a knife maker stop after producing Zhao Yu and Zhang Tang?
Therefore, Yi Zong also became an official.
But like Zhang Tang, he did not explode when he first became an official, but instead learned the rules cautiously.
Unless he climbs up a step, it will be impossible for him to expose his nature as a cruel official.
But sometimes, oranges grown in the south of the Huai River are oranges, while oranges grown in the north of the Huai River are tangerines.
Now that we have the reins of morality, rules, and science, will a wild horse still be a wild horse? Will a wild horse become a good horse?
Zhang Tang was also afraid that the person Liu Che found would not be able to replace him, so he trained his own person, Wang Wenshu.
So far, all members of the Han Dynasty’s cruel official team have appeared!
I just don’t know how they will develop after being constrained by rules, morals, and science.
But one thing is certain.
A purely cruel official will not have a good ending. Shang Yang was torn apart by five horses, which is something that every generation of cruel officials should know when they start working.
In addition to these people, many others have come forward to call for action.
To put it bluntly, it means calling on people from his school to become officials and make contributions to the Han Dynasty.
The hidden meaning is to shout for the people of his own school, to tell the court what his school can do, and to let the court take a quick look at him.
Because so many people posted articles, the Dahan Daily simply became a collection of petitions.
It has directly made it possible for leaders from all walks of life to raise their arms and call on their peers to serve the country!
Those who didn't understand the interests involved cried after watching it.
This guy, are everyone so enthusiastic?
Why did you go early?
If you had come out a few years earlier, wouldn't you have fought your way to Anxi?
After six or seven days of continuous appeals, Emperor Liu Che brought up this matter at the court meeting and invited many representatives to the meeting to discuss the issue.
You know, theoretically, this grand court meeting, in which a large number of non-official scholars were invited to come in and argue, should have only occurred during the Salt and Iron Court Meeting during the reign of Emperor Xuan.
In the court, almost no one stopped it.
Theoretically, the people who can take the lead are Li Cai and Zhang Ou.
Li Cai never stands out.
What about Zhang Ou? He fought with Huo Hai a year ago, was defeated, and retreated.
No matter who stands up now, their voice will not be loud enough.
If the volume is not enough, then we can only compare the quality. How can you compare the quality with experts in various fields?
Even many people's perspectives are so tricky that they are jaw-dropping.
When Jin Bei stood up, Liu Che patted his sleeves and said, "Jin Bei, are you here today to speak on behalf of the rubber industry?"
Jin Bei is now the general manager of Dahan Rubber Company.
Various rubber products are currently under research.
The most important thing is the tires and seals.
If either of the two succeeds, the company can go public immediately, bringing tens of billions of profits to Huo Hai and Liu Che, and they will immediately have money to start new projects.
But, it’s not done yet.
So Jin Bei is currently mainly leading people to study tires and seals, and at the same time trying to make shoes using existing materials.
Because shoes are closely related to most people, the current needle-piercing method causes all shoes to always have poor waterproofness. If truly waterproof shoes can be made, rubber will immediately become famous.
We have achieved some results recently and are now distributing the products in large quantities.
Jin Bei chuckled: "Hehe, Your Majesty, I am not here on behalf of the rubber industry."
All the officials were confused.
What is rubber? What is the rubber industry? I've never heard of it.
He calls himself a minister? Who is he?
I do not know!
Wait a minute, this guy looks familiar.
Liu Che stopped patting his sleeves and looked at Jin Bei in confusion: "Huh? If you're not representing the rubber industry, who are you representing?"
Jin Bei stood up straight: "As the person who dug up the largest single gold nugget in history, the natural gold man, I am here on behalf of the gold miners!"
As soon as these words were spoken, everyone in the audience reacted.
In the middle of the year, someone dug up a natural golden man that looked like a human in the Xiongnu Gold Mountain.
This is so shocking.
Because even if you dig up a golden bean, it would be a terrifyingly good thing.
Digging up a piece of gold as big as a person?
Then there is a saying that although the birthplace of the Huns was the Daqing Mountains, their ancestral vein was the Qilian Mountains. Jinshan is located at the southern foot of the Qilian Mountains and is the place where the Huns’ destiny lies.
The Huns had a long tradition of offering sacrifices to heaven with golden men, so the Mandate of Heaven naturally formed a large golden man.
In the past, the General of Cavalry snatched back the golden man that the Huns used for offering sacrifices to the sky. Now, his men have dug up a natural golden man in Jinshan, which means they have dug back the Huns' destiny. From now on, the Huns will belong to the Han Dynasty.
I don't know who came up with this idea, but it sounds quite right at first glance.
So Liu Che had no choice but to secretly ask Huo Qubing to remove the ordinary stones and soil from the natural "golden man" and fill it with gold, so that it would look as natural as possible.
Then it was transported back to Chang'an.
At this time, Huo Hai found Jin Bei and asked Jin Bei to stand out as the representative of getting rich quickly and attract people to go to Jinshan and go west.
That’s why Jin Bei became famous.
If we say that Jinbei represents gold miners, then that is really appropriate.
Not to mention representing gold miners, I represent all the miners in the world, who would not be convinced?
Liu Che: "Oh? What suggestions do you have? Tell me."
Jin Bei: "Your Majesty, I know that the Han Dynasty has a policy that all nobles must pay a certain amount of gold to the court every year."
Liu Che nodded: "There is such a rule. If the gold paid is not pure enough or not heavy enough, the title will be revoked."
To put it bluntly, it had never been enforced before. Emperor Liu Che forced all nobles to pay the full amount on the grounds of tombs. In fact, all nobles did not pay enough, so Emperor Liu Che often used this reason to strip some marquises of their titles.
No one can say anything.
I really can’t collect enough.
Jin Bei: "Now that the Han Dynasty is developing industry, a large number of people have to work as coal miners and textile factory workers, and they don't have time to pan for gold. For professional things like gold panning, professional students should be trained in official schools, and then lead the mining teams to search, rather than letting the various princes search for it."
"In the past, we asked the princes to search because we had to cast a wide net to collect enough gold. Now it seems that it is more reliable to train students to study gold mines."
When the nobles heard this, their eyes lit up.
I don’t have to listen to what those people said just now, but Jin Bei’s suggestion is good!
I can never dig enough gold, so the title has always been in His Majesty's hands. If His Majesty is unhappy one day, he will give it to me.
If there's no need to dig for gold, this won't be a problem and it'll be safer, right?
Liu Guang jumped out and said, "Your Majesty, this is good advice and a good policy! The world needs a lot of workers now. Labor prices are skyrocketing in many places, but there are still not enough workers. Gold mining is a job that requires a lot of manpower. Instead of sending so many people to gold mining, the various vassal states might as well send them to build roads for the court!"
"Yes, yes!" Cao Xiang stood up and said, "Your Majesty, even if we find several thousand people to pan for gold all year round, we will not get as much as professional miners can dig in a gold mountain in one day."
"The right way is to train people who can find gold veins, and secondly, to train professional miners."
Everyone agreed.
Liu Che: "Oh? Do you also think that the system of establishing official schools, cultivating talents in various industries, and selecting talents through examinations is more reasonable than the previous system?"
Cao Xiang looked over and thought, wow, he's waiting here! Could this Jin Bei be a stooge? !
Cao Xiang was actually not afraid of losing his title, but some people were.
The whole court was filled with people saying, “I think it’s OK!”
"I think official learning is good! Official learning is wonderful!"
"Official schools must be promoted, and private schools must be fully linked to official school courses and class hours!"
"Good test results. We will send ours to take the test in the future as well."
Some people wanted to stand up and object, but were stopped by the people around them.
"Why are you stopping me? I want to object! If everyone has to take an exam to become an official, how can someone as stupid as my son become an official?"
The person who stopped him said: "You said your son is stupid, but you are not stupid?"
“The examination policy is to prevent us from monopolizing the path to becoming an official, but it doesn’t say that we can’t go.”
The person who objected: "You are stupid. There are tens of millions of people studying in the whole country. Why should my son be one of tens of millions?"
The person next to him said: "You are confused. You say that millions of people are competing for it, but don't we have any private land? If we set the admission requirements for some majors to be nobility, wouldn't that be the end of it? Do you really think someone will come to snatch it?"
Those who opposed it were confused: "Ah? Is it really possible? Why didn't you report it in the newspaper at the beginning? I thought our family was doomed."
"I told you you're stupid and you're still lamenting about it. Can this be reported in the newspaper? Do you really think that the exam is completely fair? Some majors can only be studied by nobles, and some majors have extremely high tuition fees. Isn't that destined? You're so stupid. Just watch later. Don't make a sound today and don't make trouble."
Seeing that most of the nobles agreed, Liu Che smiled in his heart.
Arranging childcare is good.
The key to gold is grasped accurately.
Liu Che looked around, saw Huo Hai, and said, "Marquis Huo Wu, what do you think?"
Huo Hai was dozing off when his name was suddenly called. He looked up in confusion: "Huh? Who? Me?"
"to you."
"I object."
As soon as these words came out, everyone in the audience was shocked.
Isn’t this new knowledge invented by your Huo family?
Isn’t it you, Huo Hai, who is in charge of this new policy?
Now everyone agrees, do you object?
What the hell? ! ! !
