Chapter 91 Buddha Wu Tian!

"Kinnara Bodhisattva?" Jiang Cheng couldn't help but show a look of surprise.

Some people may be unfamiliar with this name, but if you mention his other name "Mara", anyone with a little knowledge of Buddhism will be familiar with it.

That is the "devil" that even Tathagata cannot do anything about.

Also called "Demon King Mara".

He has a famous saying: When your Dharma ends, I will ask my disciples to infiltrate your Buddhist monastic community, wear your robes, and destroy your Dharma. They will misinterpret your scriptures and destroy your precepts in order to achieve the goals that I cannot achieve with force today.
These words made Tathagata cry, but he could do nothing about it.

In later and modern times, when Buddhism really flourished, most of those who wore robes were the disciples of Mara.

Eat meat, drink wine, and get married.

Monks are no longer monks, and being a monk has become a profession. Buddhism is no longer a pure land for those who do good, but instead has become a refuge for those who do evil to seek inner peace.

Of course, this is based on the understanding of "Buddhism".

"What is humanity?"

He had never heard of the "outlaw gangster", but he understood what Jiang Cheng meant.

The Mara in the scriptures cannot achieve his goal through force.

This explanation surprised Kinnara.

What Kinnara really asked was the attitude of "humanity" towards "Buddhism", so as to consider whether to join "humanity" and help Jiang Cheng deal with Guanyin.

“But I am Buddha!”

Kinnara, who was originally confused, suddenly realized what a "human" is. He immediately smiled like the Buddha when he picked up the flower and said, "I understand!"

To put it bluntly, they are just a group of hypocritical people with a sanctimonious appearance!

At this moment, his expression began to distort.

His magical powers are on par with Tathagata's. Even Sun Wukong cannot reach his level without the blessing of the relic!

"Regardless of whether one's heart is good or evil, judge by deeds rather than by heart?"

"That's right!"

It’s fine if you say I’m a human being, but what the hell do you mean by mentally unstable?

What the hell is destiny and what are the rules and regulations.

The evil side is full of desires, while the good side falls into self-blame because of this.

Kinnara was stunned by these words.

"If you put yourself in the position of a 'Buddha', of course you have violated the rules and regulations, but if you put yourself in the position of a 'human', you don't have to worry about anything. Because emotions are the essence of human beings, and emotions do not need to be suppressed. No one would be happy if they were treated unfairly." Jiang Cheng said: "This is human nature!"

These words were not just a lip service, but an explanation of "humanity" to Kinnara.

Explain Jiang Cheng's opinion of him.

"From today on, I am no longer a Kinnara, no longer a Mara! I will be 'Wutian', a person who dares to challenge fate! I will build the 'New Leiyin Temple' to let those hypocritical Buddhas and Bodhisattvas take a good look at what a true Buddha is!"
Because now, he is still Kinnara, the great sage of the demon world "Mara", not Wujitia!

"No need to be so polite, please take a seat." Jiang Cheng said.

You say I'm crazy? A lunatic?

Therefore, after thinking for a while, Jiang Cheng smiled.

This question made Jiang Cheng stunned.

The last sentence shows his attitude.

After a long time, he smiled and said, "A person whose mental state is not stable."

Yes, the edge of division. If explained by humanistic science, it means that true Buddhists are not suitable to live in this world, and only those who are cruel and evil enough can control Buddhism.

"I still have some doubts."

Since Buddha is already enlightened, why should he be so wedded to formalities?

If you really have no selfish motives, why do you need a golden body?
At first, he thought Kinnara wanted to ask about something related to "technology", but after a little thought, he ruled it out in his mind.

After arriving in front of Jiang Cheng, Kinnara put his hands together, bent down and bowed deeply to Jiang Cheng to show his respect.

"This poor monk pays homage to His Majesty the Emperor!"

"But it doesn't hurt to ask."

"Human beings are a very complex species, with both good and evil. Even the kindest people have an evil side, and even the evilest people have a good side." Jiang Cheng said, "But mentally stable people will not burden themselves because of the good and evil in their hearts. A lawyer named Luo has countless lawless criminals in his heart, who have countless ways to do evil and escape the punishment of the law. But if he does not put them into action, then he is still Lawyer Luo, not Zhang San!"

After that, he showed a serious look and added: "I firmly believe that man can conquer nature!"

But, do we really have to give up some things?

Then he continued, "I can save everyone except myself. I couldn't suppress my mortal desires, and I became obsessed with them, and fell into the devil's way. From then on, I was a Kinnara on one side and a Mara on the other. The Buddhist sect regarded me as a traitor, the gods regarded me as a demon, and even the demons in the demon world regarded me as one of their own kind, and thought I was the most brutal demon."

Then, Kinnara asked directly without further ado: "Your Majesty, I came here this time because I was on my way to enlightenment and I have a question that I would like you to answer."

He wanted to know what the Human Emperor would think of him, so as to decide whether to join humanity and open up a "Buddhist sect" of his own in the human world.

He has not yet been divided into "White Wu Tian" and "Black Wu Tian".

Kinnara: “???”

"There is no Buddha in the human world, only enlightened people!" Jiang Cheng said: "Buddha originated in the West. The original translation was 'enlightenment'. Becoming a Buddha is just a sudden realization of the philosophy of life and the Buddhist path. But oneself is still a human being, not some other creature that should be separated from humans!"

At this point, he looked at Jiang Cheng and asked, "What am I in your eyes?"

Jiang Cheng fell into deep thought about this.

He was so conflicted that he was on the verge of a split.

"In terms of my deeds, I broke the precept of lust, fell in love with Ah Xiu, and also broke the precept of killing, because after I became a demon, I annihilated the people who killed Ah Xiu." Kinnara added: "I found that I still coveted the position of the Great Protector, and even wanted to go one step further and become the Buddha. I was full of resentment towards Uparatha, and even after he passed away, I hated the new Buddha Shakyamuni because of this. I resented the ancient Buddha Dipankara for not choosing me, resented the Jade Emperor for not clearing my name, and resented the sentient beings in the three realms, none of whom were willing to listen to my voice!"

"You should face up to your good thoughts, but you should not reject your evil thoughts, because essentially, you have done nothing wrong!" Jiang Cheng added: "If I were you, I would not get stuck in self-entanglement. I would continue to uphold my original intention, punish those who should be punished, knock down those who should be knocked down, and treat those who should be treated well - rebelling against Lingshan does not necessarily mean rebelling against Buddhism. Let go of the shackles in your heart, strengthen your mind, and break away from the destiny that was predestined!"

But Kinnara can!
"What's the question?" he asked curiously.

However, the devil does not call himself Mara, but "Kinnara", which indicates that it is not exactly the one in the scriptures.

Therefore, he may not be interested in technology.

This is the real purpose of his visit.

Practicing the way of heaven, the way of earth, and the way of humanity will not affect the practice of Buddhism.

But there is another more ruthless one, the Buddha Wu Tian, who directly said, "Either you go by yourself, or I will send you away!"

So, in a sense, Mara is stronger than Tathagata.

Compared with the "immortals and mortals cannot coexist" in heaven and the "six senses are pure" in Buddhism, the human way is mixed with too much worldly air and seems extremely complicated.

He said: "People are the foundation. If you don't become an immortal or a god, you are in the human way. In the human way, immortals are just a stage of human beings, and Buddha is just the enlightenment of human beings. If you consider yourself a human being, you are in the human way. If you cut yourself off from human beings, you are a demon!"

Kinnara recounted his experience in detail.

"Thirty-two thousand years ago, I was a monk in Xiniuhezhou, and was the great protector of the then Buddha Uparata. Later, I was ordered to preach and went to..."

Although Wu Tian is a demon, his belief in Buddha is firm and has never wavered from beginning to end.
