Chapter 2 Ivanka

The surveillance video starts playing.

The video has no sound and the angle is not very good, so only the garage of the villa where the crime occurred can be seen.

Two hours before the incident, a black unlicensed jeep stopped in front of the garage. A man wearing a hood got out first, used something unknown to pry open the garage door, then returned to the car and, together with another person, helped a sexy woman into the garage.

One hour and forty-five minutes later, the two masked men left.

The chief fast-forwarded the video fifteen minutes.

The police car driven by Roy appeared in the surveillance video and slowly stopped by the roadside. He opened the door and got out of the car, turning on the flashlight and shining it into the garage.

When we arrived at the garage door, we could see a figure checking the door and the figure's left hand holding his right shoulder.

Commissioner Gordon fast-forwarded again.

The picture froze at the moment when the supporting police car arrived.

Gordon smiled and nodded. "Roy, you are getting more and more skilled at this kind of thing. From the time you made the report to the time the support arrived at the scene, it only took ten minutes, and you were able to handle the scene so well. Here, this is your reward."

Commissioner Gordon pushed four rolls of US dollars in front of Roy:
"A total of 20,000, 5,000 per volume."

"So many?" Roy was a little surprised.

"The extra 10,000 is a tip from your employer. It's an encouragement to you."

Gordon had a sinister smile on his face.

Roy put away the four rolls of money.

With this money.

The hospital can last another seven days.

"I'll give you a day off tomorrow. Go to the hospital and stay with your sister. There will be a big job tomorrow night. The handling fee this time is 50,000 US dollars. Remember to be clean and tidy and don't leave any clues. Do you understand?"

Gordon handed Roy a white card with the time, address and some relevant details about the scene.

Roy took note and then burned the card in front of Gordon.

In his line of work, he must not leave any evidence behind. If he is not careful, going to jail is the least of his worries, but being silenced is the norm.

If the matter is not handled properly, the person who most wants him to shut up completely is the Commissioner Gordon in front of him.

It was thanks to this person that Roy was able to become a cleaner.

Originally, he joined the police force in order to find out the information of the hit-and-run driver, and then catch that person and torture him to death, chop his body into pieces, and grind his bones to scatter ashes.

After learning about Roy's family situation, Gordon first expressed sympathy, then organized his colleagues in the branch to raise funds, portraying himself as a good guy, which made Roy grateful to him.

During that time, Gordon not only took care of his work, but also gave him more time to go to the hospital to take care of his seriously injured and unconscious sister.

Roy respected and appreciated this big guy.

As they gradually became familiar with each other, Gordon began to hint to Roy that he could use his power to do something small, such as collecting protection fees from street thugs or some small gangs. This would make money quickly and relieve the financial pressure.

Roy, who was extremely short of money, was tempted by the fact that he could get money and was protected by a big boss. He began to collect protection fees secretly and turned a blind eye to the security situation in the neighborhood under his jurisdiction.

Of course, Roy is a sensible man. His experience in his previous life tells him that one should not forget the well digger when drinking water, and that it is necessary to have the necessary social etiquette.

The profit was split 70% to 30%, Gordon 70% and I 30%.

However, Gordon refused to take any money. When Roy first entered the Brooklyn police station, he almost recognized Gordon as his godfather.

After a series of tricks, Gordon was sure that he had completely won Roy's heart, and that he also had a bunch of evidence of Roy's crimes in his hands. Seeing that the time was ripe, Gordon revealed his cards and formally invited Roy to do big things and make big money.

Does Roy have a choice?

He did not.

Not only was he short of money, but Gordon also had the upper hand over him.

Even though he was extremely reluctant to do such a dirty thing at the time, there was nothing he could do. If he did not obey, not only would he lose his job, but his sister who was in the ICU and relied on machines to sustain her life would also be extubated because she could not pay for the treatment, and even the parts of her body might have to be sold to pay off the debt.

Compromise was his only option at the time.

The next morning.

Roy came to the hospital.

He deposited the entire $20,000 into the hospital account.

Roy came to the window of the ICU ward and silently watched Irene, who was full of tubes. The doctor told him that the probability of Irene waking up was less than 1%.

For Roy, as long as there is still a percentage, there is still hope. This biological sister with the same father and mother is his only relative in this world, and he will not give up no matter what.

Night falls.

Roy drove an old Ford pickup truck stolen by gangsters to a cliff outside New York. The back of the pickup truck was loaded with shovels, pickaxes, hand saws, gasoline and other tools.

This place is far away from the city and extremely remote. There are usually few cars coming here during the day, and you can't even see a ghost at night, unless someone comes to abandon a corpse in the wilderness.

He checked the time and found that he was fifteen minutes early. He then drove the pickup into the woods and hid in the shadows after getting out.

The cleaner has an unwritten rule that he does not kill people for his employer, he only deals with corpses, so he only needs to wait for the other party to send the body.

A moment later, lights came on at the foot of the mountain.

A car drove up.

The car stopped at the edge of the cliff.

The high beams went out, leaving only the fog lights on.

A masked man wearing a gangster's hood got out of the car.

After getting out of the car, the man began to look around. Seeing that the surroundings were safe, the masked man opened the trunk and pulled out a woman with her hands and feet tied.

The woman struggled hard, but because her mouth was wrapped in tape, she could only make whimpering sounds.

"Alive? Killed here?"

Roy frowned in the shadows.

Snapped--

The masked man slapped the woman hard in the face.

The woman suddenly calmed down a lot. She looked at the masked man in front of her with extremely horrified eyes and shook her head vigorously.

"Do you know why I didn't kill you just now?"

"That's because you're so beautiful. I want to play with you first and then kill you. I don't like playing with corpses. I like living people. Your little ass, suck it..."

The woman was so frightened by the masked man's words that she pushed hard against the dirt on the ground and moved her body backwards little by little, trying to get away from this pervert.

"You can't run away. Before you die, just let me have fun. I promise I will give you a good time!"

"Hahahaha!"

The masked man laughed manically.

Roy thought the name was familiar.

Roy, who was in the dark, used the moonlight and the light from the fog lights to see the woman's physical features clearly.

A white woman with blonde hair, tall and slender figure, delicate and three-dimensional facial features, about 20 years old. Roy felt inexplicably familiar with this appearance.

Definitely seen it somewhere.

Roy frowned slightly.

You know, killing people in front of the cleaners is a big taboo.

Unruly guy.

at the same time,

The masked man took off his pants...

Read the book and follow the plot. Even a cool novel needs to be supported by a plot. The tax issue is in the plot. As for the issue of medical treatment in America, it clearly tells everyone that America is not a country with free medical care. Some insurance companies refuse to pay or stop paying. There are also public and private hospitals.

Since I have written it before, the holes will be filled later.

The medical expenses were RMB 20,000 for seven days in the ICU of Presbyterian Hospital, which I wrote down too little.

After all, a fifteen-minute donut talk therapy and waist massage costs $5760.

Chen Wang spent more than $2000 just to talk to the dentist.
