If powerful people intervene too much, once the catastrophe expands, it may turn into a quantitative catastrophe. At that time, it will not be as simple as just killing all living beings."

Vairocana Tathagata bowed and said, "Your Majesty, what you said is correct. Your Majesty, I, the Buddhist sect, have important matters to report to Your Majesty. I beg Your Majesty's approval."

The Jade Emperor said, "Play it."

The Great Sun Tathagata bowed and said, "Your Majesty, the Xuanxian Great Tribulation is being pushed out of control by someone. When that happens, the human world will be shaken and the earth will be in turmoil. However, the pilgrims are still on the road and have just passed the fourteen tribulations. In order to prevent the pilgrims from being affected by the great tribulation, our Buddhist sect has made some preparations in Xiniu Hezhou, and I would like to report this to Your Majesty."

Upon hearing this, the Jade Emperor nodded and said, "The great cause of obtaining the scriptures is related to the fortune of Buddhism. This matter should be treated seriously. Buddhism wants to make preparations in Xiniu Hezhou to ensure that the journey proceeds as usual. This is also human nature and there is nothing wrong with it. I will approve it."
