Chapter 200: Encountering Bodhisattvas and Entering the Buddha Cave
It is said that Tang Seng and his companions crossed the White Tiger Ridge and continued walking westward for several months. By then, autumn had arrived and the leaves had turned yellow.

On the mountain below, there was a fairy with a dragon bun on her head, wearing a white silk robe, with a fairy-like appearance, innocent bones, eyebrows as dark as distant ink, red lips, a solemn expression, and a dignified look. She was standing on the top of the mountain with a willow bottle in her hand.

Sun Wukong's eyes lit up, and he immediately pressed down the cloud and flew down. He stepped forward and bowed, calling out, "Bodhisattva, why are you here?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva looked at Sun Wukong and smiled, "I have come here on my journey, and I don't want my mount to get lost in this mountain, so I am waiting for it to come back."

When Sun Wukong heard this, he immediately laughed and said, "The Bodhisattva has boundless magical powers. If the mount gets lost, we can just count on our fingers and find it back. How long are we going to wait here?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said: "Everything is predestined. When the time comes, it will come back. If it doesn't come, you won't be able to find it even if it is right in front of you."

Sun Wukong waved his hands and said with a smile: "Bodhisattva loves to play tricks, but I, Sun Wukong, don't understand this principle."

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "You helped Tang Monk to obtain Buddhist scriptures in the West. Now you are here, but where is Tang Monk?"

Sun Wukong pointed down the mountain and said, "Master is at the bottom of the mountain. He was just hungry, so he sent me out to beg for alms."

Guanyin Bodhisattva asked: "You are out begging for alms, aren't you afraid that the monster will catch your master?"

Sun Wukong shook his head and smiled, "With Xiaobailong, Bajie, and Junior Brother Sha protecting me, it won't be easy for ordinary monsters to capture me."

Guanyin Bodhisattva nodded and said, "In that case, you can go and beg for alms. I will continue to wait here for my mount to return."

Sun Wukong said, "Okay, Bodhisattva, please take a seat. I will take my leave now."

After saying this, Sun Wukong bid farewell to the Bodhisattva, rose into the clouds again, and disappeared into the vast mountains.

Seeing Sun Wukong leaving, Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled. She stepped on the lotus and flew into the air. After a moment, she arrived above the heads of Tang Seng and others.

Tang Monk, Zhu Bajie and Sha Monk, who were sitting there to rest, did not notice it. Instead, Little White Dragon was the first to notice it. His face changed and he quickly stepped forward and bowed, saying, "Disciple pays homage to Guanyin Bodhisattva."

When Tang Seng heard this, he was stunned for a moment, then he looked up, and then he quickly stood up and bowed, saying: "Disciple Xuanzang, I pay my respects to the compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva."

Zhu Bajie and Sha Seng also stood up and greeted him, but Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "Tang Sanzang, how many years have you walked to get here?"

When Tang Seng heard this, he was silent for a moment, then said: "Reply to the Bodhisattva, I have been walking here for three years and five months since I set out from Chang'an."

"Yes." Guanyin Bodhisattva nodded slightly and said, "The journey to obtain the scriptures is extremely difficult. It is not easy for you to get here. The Buddha is grateful for your sincerity and has set up a Buddhist place in this mountain, waiting for you to come."

Upon hearing this, not only Tang Seng was very surprised, but even Xiaobailong and the other two were delighted.

Buddha's fate? Needless to say, it must be an opportunity bestowed by the Buddha!

Tang Seng clasped his hands together, bowed to the west and said, "Buddha, have mercy on me." Then he asked, "May I ask the Bodhisattva, what is the Buddha's fate?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "Everyone has his own destiny. The power of the Buddha is beyond my comprehension. You all should follow me and seek the Buddha's destiny."

Upon hearing this, Tang Seng immediately asked Little White Dragon to lead the horse, Zhu Bajie and Sha Seng to carry the burden, and prepared to follow Guanyin Bodhisattva to seek Buddhist fate.

But at this time, the little white dragon stopped Tang Seng and said, "Bodhisattva, our eldest brother hasn't come back yet. Can we wait for him to come back before we go?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva laughed and said, "Do you suspect that I am a monster?"

Little White Dragon said quickly: "No, no, it's just that our eldest brother has gone out to beg for alms and hasn't come back yet. If he comes back and doesn't see us, he will definitely be worried."

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "I just saw Wukong on the top of the mountain and talked to him."

Upon hearing this, Tang Seng said, "Wubai, how can a Bodhisattva be fake? And which monster dares to pretend to be a Bodhisattva?"

Little White Dragon said: "Master, I don't doubt the Bodhisattva, I just want to wait for my senior brother to come back."

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled slightly, then raised her hand and pointed towards the mountain. With a hum, a cave suddenly appeared in the mountain. Inside the cave were hundreds of lifelike Buddha sculptures.

Moreover, the grotto was emitting thousands of rays of Buddha's light, so bright and dazzling that it made people feel like they were bathed in a spring breeze.

Tang Seng and his companions were bathed in the Buddha's light, and they immediately felt relaxed and at peace. Guanyin Bodhisattva said with a smile, "Do you find this Buddha's light strange? Follow me now. The Buddha's fate waits for no one. I will guide you when Wukong comes back."

Little White Dragon came back to his senses from the Buddha's light. His heart was shaken at this moment, but he still said: "Master, why don't we wait for Senior Brother?"

Before he finished speaking, Tang Seng raised his hand to stop the little white dragon and said, "Such a holy Buddha light must be a Bodhisattva. Disciple, do not doubt it. Quickly lead the horse and carry the load, and follow me to listen to my Buddhist teachings."

Little White Dragon stopped talking and just bowed and said, "Yes."

After everything was packed, Guanyin Bodhisattva waved her sleeves, and a cloud of auspiciousness rose from under the feet of Tang Seng and others, then carried everyone straight to the Buddhist cave in the mountain.

All I saw was golden light shining in front of the Buddhist cave entrance, and the Buddha's light was sparkling, with thousands of Buddha statues, each with their own precious appearance.

Tang Monk immediately straightened his hat and clothes and bowed to the Buddha statue in the cave in front of him.

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "Buddha's fate is in the grotto, you can go in."

"Yes." Tang Seng walked into the Buddhist cave with a pious heart, a solemn look, and his head held high.

Xiao Bailong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Seng worshipped the Buddha statue in turn, and then wanted to enter the Buddha cave, but the three of them were blocked by the Buddha's light at the entrance of the cave.

"Bodhisattva, this..." Xiaobailong and the other two looked at Guanyin Bodhisattva with confusion.

Zhu Bajie asked, "Bodhisattva, why don't you let us in?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "The Buddhist cave is sacred, and you are not allowed to bring any killing weapon into it."

As he spoke, Guanyin Bodhisattva pointed to the stone platform under a Buddha statue on the left side of the cave gate and said, "Take down all your magic weapons and weapons and place them on the stone platform, then you can go in."

The three of them suddenly realized what was going on. Then, Little White Dragon placed his Suhuo Sword, Zhu Bajie placed his Nine-toothed Rake, and Sha Seng placed his demon-subduing staff on the stone platform.

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "Now it's OK."

The three of them bowed and walked into the cave.

Looking at the three people entering the cave, Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled slightly. At this time, a cloud flew down the mountain. It was Sun Wukong who came back from begging for alms.

When Sun Wukong returned to the place, he found that his master, three fellow disciples, the purple dragon horse, and Xingli were all missing. He was shocked and immediately began to search all over the mountains and plains for them.

But after searching for a long time, there was no sign of anyone.

At this time, Sun Wukong noticed that there seemed to be a flash of golden light on a stone cliff in the mountain, and he immediately flew over.

When he arrived at the cliff, Sun Wukong discovered that this was actually a cave, and Guanyin Bodhisattva was standing outside the gate of the cave.

Sun Wukong quickly stepped forward and bowed, saying, "Bodhisattva, has your mount returned?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva shook her head and said with a smile: "Not yet, have you managed to gain the affinity?"

Sun Wukong held up the bamboo basket in his hand and said, "I have eaten the vegetarian food, but my master is missing." At this point, Sun Wukong looked at Guanyin Bodhisattva and said, "Bodhisattva, do you know where my master and fellow apprentice have gone?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and pointed to the Buddhist cave behind him and said, "Of course I know. I was afraid that they would encounter monsters in the wilderness, so I guided them to this Buddhist cave."

When Sun Wukong heard this, he looked towards the Buddhist cave, but he didn't see any human figures. Instead, he saw the weapons of Xiaobailong and the other two.

Sun Wukong immediately went forward to check, and indeed, they were the weapons of Xiaobailong and the other two.

Sun Wukong hurriedly walked towards the Buddha's cave, but heard a hum, and a beam of Buddha's light immediately blocked him. Seeing the swastika seal in the Buddha's light, Sun Wukong was awed and immediately stepped back, asking, "Bodhisattva, what does this mean?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "This Buddhist cave is where the ancient Buddha Dipankara attained enlightenment. It is a sacred and solemn place of Buddhism. You are not allowed to bring any killing weapon into it. Put your golden hoop on the stone platform and you can enter."

Sun Wukong suddenly realized and said with a smile: "So that's how it is. Let me take a look."

After saying that, Sun Wukong took a step forward, walked behind Guanyin Bodhisattva, suddenly turned around and shone his flaming eyes at Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Under this light, all one could see were thousands of rays of Buddha's light, the image of Guanyin, the majestic and solemn appearance of the Buddha, and the natural bones of the Buddha, without even a trace of evil spirit.

Sun Wukong blinked his eyelids and immediately retracted his fiery eyes. At this time, Guanyin Bodhisattva turned around and smiled, "What's wrong, Wukong?"

Sun Wukong laughed and said, "It's nothing. You can't bring any killing weapon into the Buddhist holy land." After that, Sun Wukong took out the golden cudgel from his ear, placed it on the stone platform, and then jumped into the Buddhist cave.

Seeing Sun Wukong put the golden cudgel on the stone platform and enter the Buddhist cave, Guanyin Bodhisattva laughed and then raised her hand and pointed.

A ray of Buddha's light flashed on the stone platform, and the weapons of Sun Wukong and others disappeared in an instant.
