Chapter 134 An acquaintance visits, wanting to sleep in her bed
Jiang Yuning felt helpless; Fu Xicheng's sudden change in attitude caught her off guard.

She took his hand and placed it on her abdomen. "Listen, even it's protesting."

Fu Xicheng laughed heartily, "Ningning, do you know what you look like right now?"

A hint of doubt crept into Jiang Yuning's heart; she couldn't fathom his thoughts at all. "Like what?"

"It's like you've brought a little life into my life, and I'm gently touching it."

Jiang Yuning was dumbfounded. She glared at him fiercely. Fu Xicheng had such a wild imagination that he could say anything.

“Fu Xicheng, if you continue to talk so glibly, I’m going to kick you out.”

"Then you can have a good taste today."

Fu Xicheng nodded slightly, stepped aside to make way for Meng Tingchuan to go in.

After taking out the trash, he went into the living room and found Jiang Yuning talking to Meng Tingchuan. Fu Xicheng poured Meng Tingchuan a glass of hot water, then sat down next to Jiang Yuning.

Looking at the happy smile on Jiang Yuning's face, Meng Tingchuan realized that Fu Xicheng hadn't lied to him; he could tell that Jiang Yuning really liked Fu Xicheng.

He said, "Yu Ning, can I talk to your boyfriend alone for a while?"

Jiang Yuning nodded, taking this opportunity to clear up the misunderstanding, and gave them some space.

"You guys chat in the living room, I'm going to the bedroom."

Jiang Yuning returned to her bedroom. Instead of eavesdropping, she closed the door.

Without even thinking, Meng Tingchuan went straight to the point: "Fu Xicheng, if you dare to treat Jiang Yuning badly, I, Meng Tingchuan, will not let you off the hook."

Is Meng Tingchuan trying to cause trouble?

Fu Xicheng stared at him, his voice deep and powerful, "Since I've chosen someone, I will be with her for life. Mr. Meng, you don't understand the feelings between Yu Ning and me."

"I don't understand, and I don't know how you all met, but as Yu Ning's friend, I naturally hope to see her doing well."

Meng Tingchuan conveyed his message effectively. He knew that Fu Xicheng was a sensible man and would understand without further explanation.

He didn't stay there long and left Jiang Yuning's house.

Fu Xicheng stood up and went to the bedroom, where he found Jiang Yuning lying on the bed reading a book, her long, slender legs swinging leisurely.

He walked over and gently knelt down beside Jiang Yuning.

Jiang Yuning turned her head slightly and asked in confusion, "Are you done talking so quickly?"

Fu Xicheng nodded, recalling Meng Tingchuan's serious expression. He could tell that Meng Tingchuan cared about Jiang Yuning.

Meng Tingchuan only hoped that Jiang Yuning was doing well; he couldn't tell from Meng Tingchuan's expression that he liked Jiang Yuning.

Fu Xicheng's tone was slightly amused, "It's nothing more than asking me to treat you well. What's so difficult about that? Ningning, don't you think Meng Tingchuan is too attentive to you?"

Jiang Yuning didn't feel that Meng Tingchuan had any feelings for her. He was Shuyu's brother, and their relationship was fairly good. Even if they bumped into each other by chance, she rarely spoke to him.

She couldn't understand why Fu Xicheng would have such thoughts.

"Ningning, I was just joking. If I really slept in your bed, I probably wouldn't see the sun rise tomorrow."

Jiang Yuning pressed her tongue against her cheek. She really wanted to kick him over right now; his mouth could be extremely infuriating at times.

She looked him down with sharp eyes. "I'm a good citizen of this country. I won't kill you."
