Summer Kiss

Chapter 110 Happy Enemies

Chapter 110 Happy Enemies
Jiang Yuning did not recognize the Western man in front of her. Although he knew Fu Xicheng, she could vaguely sense that his so-called smile might be fake.

She doesn't like dealing with people like that.

She declined, saying, "I'm sorry, sir, I'd like to spend some time alone with my boyfriend, so it's not convenient for us to have dinner together."

Ellis's handsome face revealed an elegant smile as he looked closely at the Eastern girl in front of him.

Suddenly, Fu Xicheng stood up, grabbed Ellis by the tie, and left the restaurant.

Outside the restaurant.

Fu Xicheng dragged Ellis to a corner.

A ruthless glint flashed in his eyes. Fu Xicheng tightened his lips and said in a low voice, "Ellis, I advise you not to have any contact with my girlfriend. I don't want to involve her."

“I don’t want her to know about the business we do between the two of us.”

Ellis shrugged. It seemed that Fu Xicheng cared a lot about his girlfriend. He said, "Fu, I know what I'm doing."

Fu Xicheng pulled out the gun tucked into his waistband and handed it to Ellis.

"Thank you for helping me clean up the mess today, but even so, I won't give you a single percentage point in business."

Ellis lowered his head, quickly disassembled the pistol, and then stuffed it into his suit pocket.

He spread his hands. "Fu, I've never seen such a heartless person as you. At least I helped you today."

"By the way, what are you planning to do with that woman?"

Fu Xicheng touched his chin, feeling as if Shi Jiu had never learned his lesson.

This woman is like a ticking time bomb; he can't let her go so easily.

This time, he was determined to make her never forget it.

Fu Xicheng's eyes darkened, and he patted Ellis on the shoulder.

"It would be best to teach her a lesson, make her remember it, and let her know that some people are not to be trifled with."

Ellis understood immediately; he was an expert at torturing people.

He nodded and agreed.

When Fu Xicheng returned to the restaurant, he found that the dishes had already been cooked.

Jiang Yuning's eyes flickered slightly. "Fu Xicheng, have you reached an agreement?"

Fu Xicheng gave a soft "hmm," indicating that there were some things he needed to remind Jiang Yuning of.

"Ningning, don't talk to strangers in the future. Even if the stranger knows me, don't talk to him."

Jiang Yuning nodded, indicating that she understood.

Suddenly, she heard someone outside shout, "Meng Shuyu, I like you."

Jiang Yuning lowered her head and pinched her brow. Was she hallucinating?
How could she have heard Xie Linzhou's voice?

Fu Xicheng seemed to have heard the voice as well. He looked out the window and saw Xie Linzhou holding Meng Shuyu in his arms.

He observed their interaction with great interest.

Jiang Yuning looked up and realized that Fu Xicheng's attention was not on her.

She turned her body slightly to the side and saw Meng Shuyu and Xie Linzhou walking arm in arm down the street.

Just then, Meng Shuyu's eyes met Jiang Yuning's. She immediately pushed Xie Linzhou aside, keeping a certain distance from him.

Xie Linzhou was immediately displeased. Meng Shuyu pushed him away so easily. Did she even respect him?

He said angrily, "Meng Shuyu, you scumbag woman, you were throwing yourself at me just now, why are you pushing me away now?"

Meng Shuyu avoided her gaze, feigning a cough twice. "It's all your fault, you insisted on holding my hand. Now look what happened, Jiang Yuning saw us." "Damn it, so what if she saw us? Am I that shameful? You must not want to take responsibility for me anymore. Do you want to have a secret affair with me?"

Meng Shuyu rolled her eyes at him; she didn't want to talk to him right now.

At that moment, Xie Linzhou's cell phone rang.

Xie Linzhou answered the phone, and Fu Xicheng spoke very quickly, "Look to the left, come in and have a meal together."

Before Xie Linzhou could speak, Fu Xicheng hung up the phone.

Xie Linzhou looked to his left and saw Fu Xicheng and Jiang Yuning sitting by the window eating.

He chuckled and put his arm around Meng Shuyu's shoulder as they went inside.

Meng Shuyu sat next to Jiang Yuning, her head bowed guiltily, and remained silent.

Fu Xicheng called over the waiter and ordered a few more dishes.

He raised an eyebrow and tentatively asked, "Xie Linzhou, judging from your smug look, is this all that's going to happen?"

Xie Linzhou made no attempt to hide the smugness in his eyes. He boasted to Fu Xicheng, "Of course, don't you know who I am?"

Meng Shuyu really wanted to stuff a smelly sock into Xie Linzhou's mouth.

She hurriedly explained, "Mr. Fu, don't listen to his nonsense, Xie Linzhou, I didn't agree to that."

Xie Linzhou was furious. He spoke without thinking and blurted it out in front of them.

"Meng Shuyu, we've been sleeping together, do you intend to abandon me?"

Upon hearing this, Meng Shuyu blushed and almost jumped up to fight Xie Linzhou.

With others around, she tried her best to suppress her emotions that were about to explode, and she coldly uttered three words, "Shut up."

Jiang Yuning looked at the two of them carefully, a knowing smile in her eyes. She teased, "Shuyu, are you two progressing so quickly?"

Meng Shuyu picked up her chopsticks and began to complain to her best friend, "Yu Ning, I'm so angry with him. Xie Linzhou is such a brainless man."

Meng Shuyu criticized him to his face, she really didn't give him any face at all.

He pointed at himself and chuckled, "I may be brainless, but you still fell for me."

Jiang Yuning chuckled. They were like a pair of bickering lovers, fighting each other every day, which seemed quite nice.

Seeing this, Fu Xicheng was somewhat sullen. He regretted not inviting Xie Linzhou in for dinner.

Now, Jiang Yuning's attention is no longer on him.

He sighed; he could only blame himself for this.

Soon, they finished their dinner amidst laughter and cheerful conversation.

Fu Xicheng had paid in advance and suggested that they go ahead first.

He and Jiang Yuning walked out of the restaurant and strolled hand in hand through the streets of London.

Suddenly, Jiang Yuning exclaimed in surprise, pointing to a spot not far ahead, "Fu Xicheng, look, there's even cotton candy for sale here."

Fu Xicheng looked up, a faint smile playing on his lips. His girlfriend seemed to be a little glutton.

She had just finished eating when she started craving food again.

He put his arm around her shoulder, turned his head to look at her, and said, "If you want to eat it, I'll go buy it for you."

Jiang Yuning touched her stomach; she had eaten a lot that evening. She shook her head. "No, we just finished eating."

Fu Xicheng stared intently at her, his smile deepening. "If you can't finish the cotton candy, I'll eat it for you."
