Chapter 116 Dean's Meeting
Zuko, or Professor Zuko's office was thoughtfully chosen by Dumbledore on the eighth floor, between the headmaster's office and the Ravenclaw Dean's office, probably with a hint of inspection in mind.

As for the classroom, the original choice was an empty classroom next to the Charms class, but because no one had used it for many years, it was almost full of potholes and dust due to disrepair. Although Dumbledore said that he would arrange for students to come and clean it, it would probably not be able to catch up with the first week of classes - tomorrow during the day, the students will return to school one after another, and a new batch of young wizards will also enroll in school to participate in the sorting ceremony in the evening.

Therefore, Chu Ke took the initiative to choose the outdoor fountain garden for the first week's teaching classes.

After taking Zuko to the office, Dumbledore and Zuko went to the principal's office separately. This time he did not choose to use Apparition, but walked slowly with his head down, thinking about something.

Before entering the office, Dumbledore waved his wand and sent out a message.

[All deans please go to the principal's office for a meeting. ]

Just as the old man sat down, there was a knock on the door.

"Please come in."

The first person to walk in was a short, bald old man with a gleam in his eyes. He was holding a magic wand tightly in his hand and was panting as if he had just finished a marathon.

Behind him was a graceful tabby cat, which transformed into a serious old woman wearing square glasses and a witch's hat after entering the principal's office.

"What happened Albus?" Although she was asking normally, she couldn't help but give people a serious feeling.

"Professor Flitwick, Professor McGonagall." Dumbledore nodded to the two of them and said, "I have just recruited a new teacher."

"New teacher? Hasn't the teacher for Defense Against the Dark Arts been recruited?" Flitwick asked curiously.

He still remembered that the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher was his former student Quirinus Quirrell. Back then, he looked like an outstanding graduate full of the aura of Eagle Academy. But after not seeing him for a few years, he turned into such a coward, which was a pity.

"No, he's not the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher." Dumbledore kept it a secret and signaled the two to stay calm.

In just a few minutes, two scripts came from far away.

The first person to enter was a tall man with long, straight, somewhat greasy hair, deep eyes, and a hooked nose. He was wearing a black robe that fluttered as he walked quickly, like a giant bat.

Following him was an old lady with a head of gray winged curls under a patched pointed wizard hat. She had a kind face and her hands were covered in mud, as if she had just come from the fields.

"Snape, Professor Sprout." Dumbledore nodded to the two of them again, and then repeated what he had just said.

"New professor? You convened the dean's meeting just for this?" Snape frowned slightly.

At Hogwarts, although professors' resignations were rare, they did happen all the time, and a single admissions professor resignation was not worthy of such a solemn meeting.

In Snape's opinion, this meeting might not be as important as the potion he was brewing.

"No, the important thing is not that I recruit professors." Unexpectedly, Dumbledore shook his head, picked up a cockroach with his index finger and thumb and put it into his mouth: "Oh~ Do you want some?"

"."

"Well, well, it seems that I have to taste this delicacy by myself." Dumbledore sighed, and then his face became serious: "Today's Dean's Meeting is mainly to discuss one thing - just now, I am going to open a new course in Hogwarts."

"New courses?" This time it was Professor McGonagall's turn to frown: "There should be no need for Hogwarts to offer new courses, right?" The curriculum of Hogwarts had been set dozens or hundreds of years ago. Even when the professors were still studying at Hogwarts, they took these courses. They already covered all aspects required of an excellent wizard, and it was an extremely comprehensive course arrangement in the eyes of wizards.

If the professors did not know Dumbledore's character, they might have suspected that the old man wanted to insert his relatives in to eat public funds for free. After all, as one of the best magic schools, Hogwarts' salary is also quite considerable.

"Is it related to the new professor?" Sprout grasped the key point.

"Well, you guessed right, Professor Sprout." Dumbledore took a sip of the cloyingly sweet black tea beside him. "Just now, I met him. He is a wizard named Zuko who claims to be from the Rhea Lukalia School of Magic."

"As far as I know, there should be no magic school with this name?" Professor Flitwick thought for a moment and found no relevant information.

"Yes, it is said that the academy has disappeared. The point is not here. The point is that the young man showed me a kind of magic that is different from traditional magic in its origin, a different system of magic!"

"Ancient magic?" As a master of spells, Flitwick offered his own insights.

"No, I have some knowledge of ancient magic, but it is still part of the same system as modern magic. The magic displayed by that young man, called pyroxene magic, is different from all of these." Dumbledore showed a thoughtful expression: "It is a kind of magic from the stars. Anyway, I will call him over later so you can get to know him better."

The professors were stunned, then nodded.

They knew what Dumbledore meant by getting to know him - Dumbledore was worried about the new professor. This was a crucial plan involving the Philosopher's Stone, so there couldn't be any mistakes.

"understood."

"Well," Dumbledore raised his wand, "I'll call him over then."

"That's right." The old man suddenly turned his head and looked at Snape: "Snape, please, please, please don't use Legilimency on him."

"There are some very scary things in his mind."

Dumbledore's tone was slightly frightened.

He remembered the crazy fire he saw at that moment, and the three divine fingers.

Could the destruction of the Rhea Lukalia School of Magic that Zuko mentioned also be related to that thing?

"." Snape looked at Dumbledore deeply: "I understand."

In his memory, that person was probably the only one who could make Dumbledore look so frightened.

But Snape was not a fool. Since Dumbledore said so, he would not risk his life by checking Zuko's memory.

Less than five minutes after Dumbledore waved his wand, a handsome young man knocked on the door and entered.

With a smile on his face, he glanced at the professors around him, and finally fixed his eyes on Dumbledore: "Principal, you are looking for me?"

 There will be more later
