Shen Youran turned and went into the bathroom. Soon the sound of water was heard from inside. Ji Jinchuan strode into the room, threw his coat on the sofa, and leaned back tiredly.

Shen Youran came out of the bathroom and saw him holding his forehead with one hand and closing his eyes. She walked over and said softly, "The water temperature has been adjusted. You can take a shower now."

Ji Jinchuan opened his eyes, lifted the curtain to look at her, took off his watch, stood up and unbuttoned his cuffs while walking towards the bathroom. When he passed by her, he said in a warm voice, "You go to bed first, no need to wait for me."

Shen Youran didn't say anything. She only calmed down when she heard the sound of the bathroom door closing. She picked up the coat he had thrown on the sofa and planned to hang it in the cloakroom.

Hearing the sound of water splashing in the bathroom, she put her clothes back on the sofa and lay down on the bed, feeling very complicated.

Ji Jinchuan came out of the shower and saw that she was sleeping facing one side, leaving most of the space for him on the other side. He picked up the cigarette box on the table and took out a cigarette, then remembered that pregnant women couldn't smell the smell of cigarettes, so he put the cigarette back into the box and threw it on the table.
