While she was saying this, Ji Shaoheng stood with his legs crossed, leaning against the railing, just looking at her quietly.

After drinking several cups in a row, Fang Yaqing tilted her head to look at him, with a slightly tipsy look on her face and a hint of pleading in her tone.

"Ji Shaoheng, please give Tongtong back to me."

Ji Shao looked at her and said, "You've drunk too much."

"I'm going for a rest."

The next morning, Fang Yaqing woke up early while Fang Sitong was still asleep. She kissed her daughter on the cheek, got up from the bed, washed up, and went downstairs to make breakfast.

After Ji Shaoheng woke up, he washed up and came out of the room. He looked down the corridor and saw Fang Yaqing coming out of the kitchen and putting toast on the dining table.

He came to the bedroom, pushed open the door and took a look. Fang Sitong had just woken up and came out of the bathroom rubbing her eyes.

"Dad." Fang Sitong called him and asked softly, "Where's Mommy?"

"Mommy is making breakfast and waiting for us to eat downstairs."

Ji Shaoheng opened the closet that was specially used to store Fang Sitong's clothes, and was stunned to see that it was full of new clothes. He had never noticed it before, so he didn't know that Fang Yaqing had prepared so many clothes for her daughter.

He picked up a piece of clothing and put it on Fang Sitong. When he took her out, he saw Fang Yaqing coming up from downstairs.

Fang Sitong broke free from Ji Shaoheng's hand, ran towards Fang Yaqing, and called softly, "Mommy."

Fang Yaqing curled the corners of her lips. After a night's rest, she felt much better than yesterday. She put on makeup and didn't look haggard or listless.

The three of them went downstairs and had breakfast. Fang Yaqing quickly washed the dishes, came out to check the time, and said to Ji Shaoheng, "You take Tongtong to school. I won't be able to make it in time."

Ji Shaoheng asked: "Are you really going to work?"

She nodded and put her phone into her bag: "I haven't done it before, so there's nothing to be afraid of."

Ji Shaoheng didn't say anything, and the three of them went out together. Ji Shaoheng sent Fang Sitong to school, and Fang Yaqing took a taxi to the company.

She entered the office and saw three or four people gathered together, talking about something.

When those people saw her coming, they dispersed immediately and looked at her with strange eyes.

She acted as if nothing had happened, walked over with her bag and sat down in her seat.

As soon as I turned on my computer, I heard someone talking about how she still had the nerve to come to work.

"That's right. If I were her, I would just stay at home and not go out. It's really embarrassing."
