Lin Bei's words left Catherine bewildered.

She glanced at Lin Bei, then turned to look at Robert.

Seeing Robert's somewhat serious expression, she couldn't help but hug Damian tighter and asked in a low voice, "Robert, is there something you're hiding from me? I hope you can tell me frankly."

Robert looked troubled and hesitated for a moment before whispering, "This gentleman... I don't know him, but I actually agree with some of what he said... I haven't told you this, but the reason I was transferred to this small city this time is not because of a promotion, but because of a demotion. My salary hasn't changed, but my actual power has been reduced. Moreover, since I arrived here, my work has been very difficult to carry out, and I have encountered a lot of resistance."

Upon hearing this, Catherine's expression changed slightly, but she still protected Damian in her arms: "Even so, it has nothing to do with Damian. Damian is only five years old. He's just a child. How could he cause such a big impact? I think you're overthinking it. How can you connect so many unrelated things?"

Lin Bei chuckled: "Of course it's Damian's background that's questionable, don't you think, Robert?"

Faced with Lin Bei's increasingly nonsensical words, Catherine could no longer maintain her good temper and angrily said, "What do you mean by that? Damian is of course my son. Are you trying to sow discord between our family?"

Robert hesitated for a moment, but ultimately sided with Catherine, feeling that he had been influenced by these two strangers.

He calmed himself down for a moment before stepping in front of Catherine and facing Lin Bei directly: "Okay, I admit I was confused. I should stand with my family and face everything together. You are not welcome in our family. Please leave and don't target my son."

Lin Bei noticed that when Robert changed his mind, Damian, who was in Catherine's arms, peeked out and stared at him.

Lin Bei narrowed his eyes slightly, knowing that Damian was giving Robert a hint.

He gradually influenced the family and brought them under his control.

Lin Bei chuckled, looking completely indifferent, and said, "Since you won't cooperate, I'll have no choice but to take action. Oh, by the way, before I do, I have to tell your wife a fact: this child is not your biological child."

Catherine's face stiffened, but she quickly recovered. She still held Damian tightly, covered his ears, and said angrily, "What nonsense are you talking about in front of the child? He is my own child. Get out of here immediately. The police are on their way!"

Lin Bei, growing impatient, snapped his fingers and activated the power of the Shadow Monarch.

Black liquid gushed out from beneath Lin Bei's feet and immediately rushed towards Robert and Catherine.

Robert and Catherine only had time to scream before the black liquid seized them and snatched Damian from their arms.

Damian burst into tears, reaching out to Robert and Catherine, calling out "Daddy, Mommy."

Robert and Catherine, their faces filled with shock and rage, cried out "Damian!" as they roared at Lin Bei, "Give us back our child! You demon, you heretic!"

Constantine, who was sitting on the sofa smoking, watched this scene and couldn't help but sigh, "Lin Bei, do you know what you're doing right now? It really looks like you're breaking and entering, or even kidnapping someone's child."

Mrs. Barack, lying on the ground and covered in black liquid, also screamed, "Damn heretics! Burn you all! I'll burn you all! Don't touch little Damian! Let go of my Lord!"

Unfortunately, her screams were drowned out by Robert and Catherine's shouts, so the crucial sentence in her words was not heard by the couple.

Just as Lin Bei lifted Damian into the air with the black liquid, police sirens sounded outside the door.

Robert and Catherine seemed to hear the voice of a savior, and their faces broke into smiles of relief: "See, I told you, the police are here! If you give up resisting, the police won't kill you! Give us back our child!"

Lin Bei remained unmoved, staring intently at Damian in mid-air.

Damian was still crying, and his face was even flushed from crying, making him look nothing like the incarnation of Satan.

Soon, a banging sound came from the doorway. After the door was forced open, a cacophony of footsteps rushed in from outside, followed by familiar shouts.

"Federal Police! Don't move!"

On the sofa, Constantine turned his head and saw dozens of policemen rushing into the living room, pointing guns at them.

Constantine raised his hands, looking innocent with a cigarette dangling from his lips: "It's not my fault, officer. Look, it was all Lin Bei's doing."

Robert and Catherine cried out, "Officer, please save our children! This intruder has kidnapped our children, and he's going to kill them!"

The police were only focused on how many people were in the room.

They only looked up when Robert and Catherine screamed.

The police were shocked when they saw a five-year-old child being held aloft by a strange black liquid.

The police became even more nervous and, without even having time to warn Lin Bei to put the child down, they opened fire wildly on Lin Bei's back.

Countless "bang" sounds echoed in the living room. Catherine and Mrs. Barack screamed in fright. Robert shielded Catherine and hid behind the police. Robert looked at Damian in mid-air with a look of horror, hoping that he would not be hit by the bullets.

Everyone thought Lin Bei would collapse and die after being shot, which was the fate that a normal person would have.

But his accomplice Constantine on the sofa remained completely unfazed, silently smoking with his head down.

The bullet was stopped by a transparent wall as it flew toward Lin Bei's back.

The bullets all fell to the ground, making a crisp "clanging" sound.

Everyone present was stunned, not understanding what had happened.

The police emptied their magazines, and when the last shot rang out, everyone present was stunned.

Lin Bei remained standing in the same spot, seemingly unharmed.

The police officers looked at each other, at a loss for what to do, so they called for reinforcements and took out the stun guns from their waists.

This was the first time they had encountered such a situation, and they clearly didn't know how to handle it.

The officer in charge stared at Lin Bei with a serious expression and cautiously said, "Who are you? If you are willing to put the child down, we can let you leave. Please be sure not to hurt the child."

Seeing that the bullets were ineffective, Robert and Catherine finally quieted down. Their eyes were fixed on Damian, their faces pale, and they dared not speak again.

Damian continued to sob softly, touching the hearts of everyone in the room.

After the police entered, Lin Bei didn't say anything. However, when they opened fire, he thoughtfully used the Eighty-One Binding Techniques of the Void Severing Method.

This is to prevent innocent people from being harmed.

After all, these police officers were firing in an enclosed space, and there was a high possibility of stray bullets causing friendly fire.

Lin Bei sighed helplessly. He turned and glanced at everyone, his gaze landing on the stun gun in the officer's hand: "Come on, now all of you combined can't beat me, and you're threatening me instead? Get one thing straight, if I want to kill someone, I can kill them. And this five-year-old child is not as simple as you think. By the way, you're calling for reinforcements. I can only say that there's a very high probability that anyone who comes here will die."

The officer frowned slightly, completely failing to understand the meaning behind Lin Bei's words.

What threat could a five-year-old child pose to them?
The officer felt that Lin Bei was simply making excuses. He probably wanted to use the child's life to blackmail the couple into paying a high ransom.

The officer's eyes turned slightly cold as he took a step toward Lin Bei: "I don't know what you mean by that. Can a child destroy the world? Young man, I advise you not to talk nonsense. There are only two of you, but we have thirty police officers on their way. This incident is very serious, and we don't want things to get too ugly. What do you think?"

Lin Bei rolled his eyes, too lazy to argue with these ordinary people. He snorted and snapped his fingers.

Then a needle emerged from the black liquid, the long black needle aimed at Damian, and stabbed fiercely into his eye.

Robert and Catherine screamed again in fright when they saw this.

Catherine, in particular, went limp and fainted.

Robert immediately hugged Catherine, but he couldn't bear to look at Damian's fate, his face turning pale as he closed his eyes.

Some police officers couldn't bear the sight and screamed in shock.

Amidst the disbelief and astonishment of the crowd, the long black needle struck Damian's eye precisely, piercing deep inside.

Damian immediately let out a pitiful cry, struggling and whimpering, "Daddy, Mommy, save me, save me..."

The officer glared at Lin Bei, furious: "How dare you do this! How could you abuse a child in front of us! Young man, listen up, you will face at least ten criminal charges!"

Lin Bei sighed softly, finding them noisy, but he didn't have time to pay attention to them right now, and just continued to look up at Damian.

Damian, suspended in mid-air, cried and looked down at everyone below.

Seeing that none of them dared to come forward, and even Mrs. Barack was tied to the ground, he gradually realized that the humans present could not help him.

If he doesn't reveal his true form, he will likely die here in the form of a child.

He doesn't want to.

He finally managed to have an incarnation in the human world; if he were to die, all his hard work would have been for nothing.

Thinking this, Damian gradually stopped crying and stopped complaining of pain. He just stared coldly at everyone below.

Soon, the police noticed that the child's crying had stopped. They stared in astonishment at the air and found that the child's expression was somewhat strange.

The officer frowned slightly: "What's going on?"

Soon after, more and more people realized that something was wrong.

Constantine was initially worried that Lin Bei might cause trouble by doing this, but now, seeing the little boy's expression in mid-air, he knew that Lin Bei hadn't made any mistakes, just like before.

Constantine sighed helplessly: "Just as you said, something's wrong with this child. How can a child be so badly injured and not cry or make a fuss?"

He glanced up at Damian and continued, "Oh, even a normal human couldn't retract blood and heal a wound, could they?"

These words echoed in the living room, and everyone gradually regained their senses, looking at Damian with shocked expressions.

Catherine had woken up. She stared blankly at Damian's face as the wounds gradually healed, and asked in confusion, "Robert, did I see wrong? Why... why did Damian look like that?"

Robert was pale. He held Catherine tightly, trembling all over. "I knew it, I knew Damian... he really did have a problem... my premonition was right..."

While they were still in a panic, Damian had already recovered from his injuries and stopped struggling, staring blankly at the ground below.

Lin Bei met his gaze calmly, waiting for him to speak.

Damian sighed and said coldly, "I know you're different from ordinary people, but I didn't provoke you, did I? I just wanted to kill this family, what's wrong with that?"

Lin Bei chuckled: "I don't care about all that. Now that I'm here, if you don't show your true skills, don't blame me for taking action now."

Damian stared at Lin Bei with a gloomy face. Seeing that Lin Bei was unyielding, he sneered and then, in front of everyone, split his body in two.

Everyone in the living room gasped, especially Catherine, who couldn't accept that her child was a monster. She screamed and cried out before fainting again.

Robert's lips trembled, and his gaze toward Damian was filled with complex fear. He felt that this was no longer his concern, and could only take Catherine and hide in a corner.

Lin Bei watched as Damian split open from the middle, and a blood-red adult man with ram's horns emerged from Damian's frail body.

This is Satan's true incarnation on Earth. Unfortunately, his power in Hell has not been fully transformed yet, but Satan feels that it is enough to deal with these few humans.

Satan scanned the surroundings with a gloomy face, but finally focused his gaze on Lin Bei.

The person in front of him is the biggest threat, so he should be dealt with first!

Thinking this, Satan suddenly swooped down and attacked Lin Bei. Lin Bei just stood there watching him gather power to try and pierce through his body. He smiled slightly, made no defenses, and simply took Satan's attack head-on.

However, when the ball of light, which contained all of Satan's power, struck Lin Bei, it simply vanished.

Satan was taken aback, but Lin Bei clearly wouldn't give him a chance to fight back.

Lin Bei uttered a single sentence calmly: "Divine Sharpness Without a Shadow."

As soon as he finished speaking, a white light blade appeared out of thin air, spinning wildly as it rapidly attacked Satan.

Satan didn't even react before the white blade of light pierced his neck and severed his head.

The black liquid surged forward and completely swallowed the head.

A master strikes in an instant; before anyone can react, Satan is already dead.

Constantine, witnessing this, whistled: "Wow, Satan is dead! The world is finally at peace."

Lin Bei thought so too.

He glanced around and, seeing that the humans were still in shock, gave Constantine a brief look: "The explanation is your responsibility now. I'm leaving."

In the unknown world, Lin Bei's journey continues.
