Chapter 597 Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, 8 Hells
Chapter 597 Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Eighteen Hells
At the foot of Lingshan Mountain, evil spirits are rampant!
Sun Wukong's expression changed, he turned to look at Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing, and said, "You stay here to look after the luggage, I will go to the underworld to find my master."
Tang Sanzang is very important to Sun Wukong. He is the reincarnation of Jin Chanzi and represents Lingshan. Without Jin Chanzi to obtain the true scriptures, how could those monsters achieve success?
He took a step forward and arrived at the Yellow Springs Road. Not far away, a red sedan was flying slowly on the Yellow Springs Road. Ghost messengers beating drums and gongs, as well as the Ghost King, filled the Yellow Springs Road all around.
When ordinary ghosts saw this, they immediately retreated.
Looking up at the void, above the gray sky, a cunning bright moon shone on the Yellow Springs Road, causing ripples. Sun Wukong's heart sank as water, and a trace of anger appeared on Lei Gong's face.
"The ghost bride in front, quickly let my master go."
A corner of the red sedan was opened, revealing a cold face. A pair of empty eyes turned to look at Sun Wukong and sneered, "Great Sage, you are no more than this."
Ah ~
Sun Wukong was a little furious as he was looked down upon and ridiculed by a female ghost.
The golden hoop in his hand smashed down and suddenly became larger in the void. The red sedan seemed not to notice it and continued to move on the Yellow Springs Road. The cold sea water caused ripples.
The moment the golden hoop fell.
The female ghost exhaled a breath of icy air, and the Yellow Springs was covered with frost, which froze the golden cudgel directly on the Yellow Springs Road.
Sun Wukong's expression changed slightly, and he was a little surprised. He was holding the golden cudgel in his hand, but he couldn't move it at all. For a moment, he asked anxiously: "Witch, what magic did you use?"
haha~
The female ghost smiled contemptuously, and the sounds of gongs and drums were led into the fog, leaving Sun Wukong with a look of loss on his face, not knowing what to do.
"and many more!"
Seeing that he could not catch the female ghost who was leaving, Sun Wukong saw a golden light flying over his head in the void. Sun Wukong shouted hurriedly, "I wonder if that Bodhisattva passing by can save me."
When Sun Wukong saw the golden light stay, he transformed into a man who looked like a Bodhisattva, and laughed and joked.
"You monkey."
Ksitigarbha looked at Sun Wukong in surprise. The pilgrim team was almost at the foot of Lingshan Mountain. Why did they appear in the underworld instead of continuing their journey west? Did something unexpected happen?
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has not made any move in the human world, which means that the fortune of Journey to the West has nothing to do with him.
So I don’t want to meddle in other people’s business.
Sun Wukong quickly explained: "Bodhisattva, my master was taken by a female ghost and taken back to be her husband. Don't you care about it? And at the foot of Lingshan Mountain."
"If I tell anyone, I'll feel ashamed!"
Sun Wukong complained.
If it were somewhere else, he would not have pushed the disaster onto the Bodhisattva, but they were clearly almost at Lingshan, so why were they encountering more and more demons, and their strength was getting stronger and stronger?
Seek the scriptures!
What kind of sutra is this?
Demons are rampant at the foot of Lingshan Mountain. Isn't it worse than the Tang Dynasty in the East?
Ksitigarbha looked at Sun Wukong with a smile and said, "You naughty monkey, you are blaming me again."
“Don’t you call yourself the Great Sage Equaling Heaven? Can’t you deal with a tiny female ghost?” Ksitigarbha joked with a smile.
Sun Wukong felt a little embarrassed and said, "Back then I was ignorant of the immensity of the world and thought I was the best in the world. Later I realized there are always people better than you." Sun Wukong lowered his head in shame.
Looking at the empty underworld.
Puzzled, he said, "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, the last time I came to the underworld, I didn't feel that the underworld was so huge. Is there some mystery behind this?"
Ksitigarbha smiled but said nothing. The last time Sun Wukong made a big fuss in the underworld, it was just a space casually arranged by the saint. If he hadn't been acting with him, Sun Wukong wouldn't have thought that the underworld was really only that small.
"The underworld is the other side of the wilderness. The underworld is as big as the wilderness and as high as the sky. You don't think you are going to the real underworld, do you?"
Ksitigarbha said jokingly. Sun Wukong looked pale and said coldly: "Bodhisattva, I am really just a chess piece. How can I be worthy of the gods to play with me?"
Ksitigarbha smiled and shook his head, "It's worth it."
Sun Wukong's origin is extraordinary. According to the arrangement of living beings by heaven and earth, Sun Wukong was born and raised by nature, and can almost be regarded as a congenital god and demon. He is much stronger than humans, demons, and witches.
The only thing he lacks is foundation and time.
Sun Wukong suddenly changed his tone and asked curiously, "Ksitigarbha, do you know where that female ghost came from? Why did she dare to kidnap my master at the foot of Lingshan Mountain? Tang Sanzang is the destined person to obtain the scriptures."
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva pointed to Yinshan Mountain, where the female ghost disappeared, and explained, "That female ghost is a corpse of an innate god or demon. She is extraordinary and her strength is greater than mine."
"Let's go find him and see if we can get him off on the right foot."
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva knew something about the female ghost. It was rumored that she had an affair with a monk from Lingshan. The vows they made to each other were ultimately broken, which eventually led to her turning evil.
Cough
Sun Wukong pointed to the eighteen levels of hell not far away and said: Bodhisattva, is hell a little too big? We have been flying for a long time but haven't arrived there. Sun Wukong did see many people suffering.
In the eighteen levels of hell, the sounds of ghosts crying and wolves howling can be heard at all times.
