Hui Neng had no tricks, but kept thinking;

When the mind counts when encountering a situation, how long is Bodhi?

You are in a state of warmth and nourishment, and your body has its own laws of operation, like the movement of the sun and the moon. You don't need to consciously interfere with this operation, and don't dwell on a fixed view.
Unlike ordinary people, when seeing delicious food, the mouth will naturally want to eat, and the mind will cause a corresponding reaction in the body. This reaction is not autonomous at all, and sometimes it will even intensify actively. Even if the stomach is not hungry, it will cause desire. However, this situation will not happen to Wang Zizai now.

If something happens, just do what you should do. Your actions will not affect your original intention, nor will they affect the nourishment of the Purple Gold Pill. This is what it means to walk, sit or lie down, and never leave this.
