The Nine Heavens Ying Yuan Thunder God of Universal Transformation resides in the Nine Heavens Ying Yuan Palace;
The Great Emperor of Nine Heavens Thunder resides in the Nine Heavens Thunder Center Palace;

The Great Emperor Taiyi of the Upper Pure Purple Star Jade Palace resides in the Purple Star Jade Palace;
The Six Heavens Emperor of Dongyuan resides in the Central Palace of Dongyuan;

The Six-wave Heavenly Lord Emperor resides in the Six-wave Heavenly Palace in the Purple Sky Realm;
The True Lord Kehan ​​Sizhang lives in Kehan ​​Palace in Qingcheng;

Jiutian interviews the True Lord and lives in Jiutian Baoyun Palace.

These nine emperors are also called the Nine Gods in Xuanmen. They are said to be the incarnation of the nine qi of the original beginning, and they are in charge of creation on behalf of heaven and dominate all things. Therefore, these nine emperors are also the most powerful in the Eastern Ancestral Court under the Emperor of Heaven and the Queen of Heaven. They are also the most supreme and noble existences. They are the absolute first sequence in the Xuanmen Ancestral Court today, and no one else can compare to them.

Under the nine emperors, there are nine departments, three ministries, and three governments.

These courts, departments and ministries include the East and West Huatai, the Four Caos and Four Bureaus, the Great Brahma Ziwei Pavilion, the Xiandu Fire Thunder Pavilion, the Yushu Courtyard, the Five Thunder Courtyard, the Shiyang Courtyard, the Xiandu Fire Yuan Courtyard, the Taiyi Thunder Department, the Beidi Xuanwei Department, the Penglai Water Department, and the hundreds of millions of soldiers and cavalry of the various Caos and courts.
