Chapter 38: The Rogue Trader Arrives

Something big happened early this morning.

Colonel Mamiko Romanoff was assassinated by the Sorcerous Kingdom.

According to relevant information, there were five assassins in total yesterday, all of whom were able to become invisible or use similar abilities.

A part of them was discovered shortly after sneaking into the camp. They were four humanoid insect monsters, which were destroyed by the heroic Imperial Army and the Space Marines who arrived.

But the Imperial Army still paid the price of dozens of deaths.

Then, while the insect monster was attracting everyone's attention, a humanoid monster sneaked into Colonel Mamiko's room alone and launched a surprise attack.

Fortunately, the assassin was killed on the spot by the powerful Colonel Mamiko.
After that, patrols were intensified at night to treat the wounded. Captain Mamiko also came out to comfort the dead and wounded soldiers.
