Chapter 327: Second Grade Begins

Chapter 327: The Beginning of the Third Grade

"What an absurd start. Before the third grade started, it actually started with two professors falling into the lake."

Andrew sighed, went to the greenhouse and ordered a bouquet of flowers from Professor Adams, and told a joke about the professor today.

Normally he doesn't like to spread rumors about professors, but today is different from the past. He has to say it, at least to prevent other professors from making the same mistake.

"I'll read more tomorrow, and take a day off the day after tomorrow while waiting for school to start."

Andrew sighed - when other chores at school piled up, he finally realized how difficult it was for Professor McGonagall.

-

"Sorry Hermione, excuse me, have you seen Harry?"

Hermione, who was tanned, started looking for her friend Ron after boarding the Hogwarts Express, but was stopped by Neville.

"Harry, he shouldn't be here," Hermione looked at Neville, "He should have returned to school early. Is there anything you want to talk to Harry about?"

"Those Slytherin guys are trying to sneak attack!"

Neville was in a hurry.

"First day of school?"

"Of course, after all, I can cast spells today!"

Ron squeezed over with some excitement, "I was delayed outside for some time, come here, where is the fight, let's go!"

He had been holding back for a whole holiday - Hogwarts had been peaceful for too long, so the students were no longer peaceful. In addition, their wands had been banned for a whole holiday, so they happily started fighting as soon as they boarded the Hogwarts Express.

Before Hermione could even stop him, Ron rushed directly in the direction where Neville came from, "Neville, go call for help!"

After leaving these words in a hurry, Ron disappeared.

"Where are the prefects?"

Hermione shook her head helplessly and began to look for a group of people who could manage her.

"The prefects are still in the meeting room. Don't go inform them, Granger. It's time to show those Slytherin guys how powerful we are!"

The Gryffindors on the side fanned the flames and began knocking on the box door to call for people - while the prefect was away, they wanted to have a fierce battle first.

Anyway, there are some common medicines on the train, so there is no need to worry about any problems.

"Oh my god, what's the reason?"

Hermione didn't even know why the fight had started, or who had started it - but it was over before the prefects arrived.

Gryffindor's fighting power has improved so rapidly in the past two years that without the seniors taking action, Slytherin was almost completely defeated.

-

"A great victory!"

The Gryffindor students gathered in the same carriage, cheering and celebrating. Although the prefects began to stop them, they did not seem to be taking it too seriously.

However, the cause was soon discovered.

It's so simple that I don't know what to say - for some reason, there are more pure-blood students this year than in the past, and a group of freshmen gathered together, developing a "we are very strong" mentality, and began to provoke in a more excessive way than in previous years.

Then the battle was about to begin - and then this is what it is now.

There was nothing to say about these prefects. After all, Gryffindor was the one being provoked - and there was no way to deal with it since they hadn't enrolled.

Although those students keep saying that they are Slytherin and they will almost certainly be sorted into Slytherin, the sorting has not yet begun and the students' colleges cannot be defined arbitrarily.

But getting other grades involved is another matter...

"Write a letter to the school and see how they handle it..."

The class leaders met and realized that there was really nothing they could do about it, so they had no choice but to write a letter.

-

"Ah?" Andrew, who was quietly waiting for school to start, opened his mouth wide - No, what's going on this year?
There is no branch yet?
Just because there were more Slytherins booked, they started fighting in the car?

Really yours.

He sighed, took the letter and began to ask the professor for advice.

Professor McGonagall glanced at the letter and said, "It has started again. We finally stopped for a few years."

"Professor? This has happened before?"

"More than once, but your class had fewer."

The professor thought for a moment and said, "Don't worry about it for now. We'll deal with it after we sort him out. Put him in solitary confinement if necessary."

"Well, OK, I'll go and reply."

Andrew agreed readily.

"Also inform them that if the freshmen do not obey the arrangements of the prefects, they will not have to attend the sorting ceremony."

"Yes, Professor."

"Do you have any other ideas for scaring people? Taylor, fear and confusion are necessary for the Sorting Ceremony."

???

professor?

Isn't it a bad idea to talk about such confidential topics at this time?
Andrew's eyes widened in confusion.

"It's not something too confidential, but it must be kept secret from the novices. We usually give all students a serious warning when they graduate, not letting them reveal anything about the Sorting. Wizarding families also maintain this habit privately."

'Then wouldn't it be possible that a Muggle family had two children who went to Hogwarts to study? But that's overthinking. The probability is too low.'

"Need to be afraid?"

"Yes, it's an ancient ritual magic. Albus has made some changes to it, but it works very well. The necessary fear and confusion, as well as the Sorting Hat and onlookers, will transform some of the unstable magic in the freshmen into a permanent protective force."

"That's what I thought," Andrew figured it out. "I was wondering why I could easily control my magic power to cast spells before entering school, but after entering school and holding a wand, it was so much worse. I thought it was a problem of not being able to adapt to the wand."

"Not really, it's just an overflow of magic power," the professor shook his head. "Too much is hard to control. It will be much easier to cast spells with the wand after it is transformed into a guardian."

"In that case, why not spread a rumor that if you commit serious violations you will be put into Hufflepuff - I have no prejudice against the professor, but those Slytherins think so."

"Taylor, watch out for your Herbology grade."

It was obviously impossible for the professor to accept the spread of rumors in this way - Andrew wrote a reply letter as requested by the professor and then sent it to the people on the Hogwarts Express.

"Okay, that's it. Go and rest first. You will be in charge of maintaining discipline and arranging confinement for them at night."

?

Professor, my reputation!
The school year has just started! Putting freshmen in detention? No way!
"I understand, Professor."

"Well, that's it. Send the class schedule to the other deans' offices and distribute it tomorrow as usual."

"Yes, Professor."

"besides."

When Andrew was about to leave with the schedule in his arms, Professor McGonagall seemed to suddenly remember something.

"After the Sorting is over, go inform Granger and both of you come to my office together."

What is this for?
Transfiguration tutorial?
That's impossible. Andrew has seen all of Miss Granger's homework and exam papers - it's not the right time yet, and there's too much difference.

Never mind, I'll finish sending the stuff and go to the library to read...

"Okay, Professor."
