Building a sect from scratch.

General Yin was a bear demon who cultivated himself and named himself Silver Night. He adopted this name because he disliked light.

Initially, as a rare polar bear, Silver Night's life as a wild beast was incredibly miserable, constantly bullied. On Earth, people would recognize it as albinism, but in the Realm of Return to Nothingness, he was discriminated against by other bears from a young age. Even his own mother, following her animal instincts, drove him out of the hunting territory.

For some reason, it seems that after getting used to cooked food, Gin no Yoru can no longer tolerate raw, cold, and fishy meat.

Perhaps due to his consistently good diet, Silver Night was well-fed and glossy, his snow-white fur shimmering with a silvery sheen under the sun. The hunter named him "Silver".

After an unknown amount of time, the hunter had a son and gradually grew too old to hunt with him. Silver Night then partnered with the hunter's son, just as she had with the hunter in the past.

Later, the hunter's son had a daughter, and the little girl had a wild idea: one day, she tried to teach Silver Night to speak.

Silver Night was already able to understand the language and actions of these humans quite well. He even felt that his mind was becoming clearer and smarter, but he still didn't think he could speak, until the little brat relentlessly followed him around, insisting on teaching him with snot and tears streaming down his face.

Left with no other choice, Gin no Yoru had to try pronouncing those few syllables.

When the first word was uttered, Silver Night felt as if the world had suddenly changed. An extremely refreshing and warm aura swirled and entered his body. Even the moonlight seemed to carry an indescribable aura, caressing him in the rhythm of his breathing.

Then, a silvery-white demon core suddenly condensed within his body.

Once his intelligence and spirit were awakened, he cultivated a demon core!

His senses were so acute that he was somewhat unaccustomed to them; he seemed to hear every sound from half the mountain, including the distant, loud hoofbeats.

He followed the example of how the hunter's son had buried the hunter, digging two pits and burying the father and daughter inside. He even found two stones, one with a large figure carrying a bow on its back and the other with a small figure with hair in tufts.

After doing all this, he understood that he was different from "humans" like hunters; he was a beast and could not be with humans.

So he ran into the mountains on all fours and never came back.

He was a beast, but he no longer seemed to be just a beast.

He preferred cooked meat, and without the hunters, he had to clumsily start a fire and roast the meat himself. At first, it was often undercooked or burnt, but over time, he mastered the perfect cooking time.

When the winter was too cold, he would imitate the hunters of old, skinning other animals and wearing their fur. At first, the untreated fur was always infested with insects or smelled bad. Later, he learned to clean and scrape off the fat layer on the inside of the fur, and he also learned to rub it with burnt grass ash. The fur gradually became more and more like the clothes the hunters used to wear.

Soon, he seemed to sense more and more of that strange aura, and the silver-white demon core in his body became more and more solid and robust.

It wasn't until much later, when he met General Huang, that he learned this aura was called "spiritual energy".
