Chapter 7409 Maneuvering

Chapter 7409 (Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Nine) Maneuvering
The brown-handed man said, "Continue? You mean continue talking about whether I'm shocked or not?"

The gray-handed man replied, "Haha! You actually thought of that. If you'd like, that's perfectly fine."

The brown-handed man laughed and said, "Then speak."

"How so?" the gray-handed man asked.

"You ask me if I'm shocked?" the brown-handed man laughed.

"Didn't we already ask?" the gray-handed man said with a smile.

"So what else do you want to ask?" the brown-handed man asked.

The gray-handed man replied, "Let me put it another way."

"Put what in a different way?" the brown-handed man asked.

“Let me rephrase what I just said to you,” the gray-handed man laughed.

"What did you say?" the brown-handed man asked.

“It’s that phrase, ‘Let’s continue,’ just phrased differently,” said the Gray-Handed Man.

The brown-handed man asked, "What's the new way to put it?"

"Change it to a way that won't cause any misunderstanding," said Grayhand.

"Which version of the statement is unlikely to cause a misunderstanding?" the brown-handed man asked.

The gray-handed man laughed and said, "I won't say 'continue,' lest you think I'm going to continue discussing whether you're shocked or not."

The brown-handed man said, "Okay, so what do you want to say now?"

The gray-handed man laughed and said, "I'll change it to 'Let's talk about something else,' and that will be fine."

“Let’s just say you’ve already fixed it,” said the brown-handed man.

"You didn't make things difficult for me this time," Grayhand laughed.

"Why would I make things difficult for you?" the brown-handed man asked.

“Delaying time,” the gray-handed man said with a laugh. “You really consider ‘delaying time’ our goal, don’t you?” the brown-handed man chuckled.

The gray-handed man said, "Not really, but at least making things difficult for me can buy me some time."

"There are so many ways to stall for time, why would I choose to 'make things difficult' for you?" the brown-handed man asked.

“Perhaps I can put it another way,” said the Gray-Handed Man.

"What new way of putting it is this time?" the brown-handed man asked.

The gray-handed man said, "Change 'make things difficult for me' to 'make things complicated for me'."

"What does 'rao rao' mean?" the brown-handed man asked.

“It’s just going in circles, going around in circles, not directly admitting that I’ve fixed it. For example, they’d say to me, ‘Is this considered fixed? I don’t think so. Why don’t you revise it again?’” Grayhand Man said.

"Haha! Is that what you think? But I do believe you've already 'corrected' yourself, so naturally I didn't expect you to change it again," said the brown-handed man.

The gray-handed man said, "I don't mean you really want me to change it again, but you have to keep maneuvering around me and going in circles."

"If I don't let you change it anymore, how am I supposed to deal with you?" the brown-handed man asked.

The gray-handed man said, "You can stop me from making changes, but you can't admit that I've made them better."

"What's the purpose? We're not letting you change it anymore, but no matter what you say, we won't admit that what you did was a good change," the brown-handed man asked with a smile.

"Purpose? The purpose is to play me in circles and outmaneuver me," the gray-handed man laughed.

The brown-handed man asked, "Why don't you just say your goal is to buy time?"

The gray-handed man laughed and said, "That works too."

The brown-handed man laughed and said, "Fine. I just want to admit that you've changed for the better. This time, I won't beat around the bush or try to reason with you."

The gray-handed man asked, "What are you going to say next?"

The brown-handed man replied, "It's up to you. It depends on what you want to say."

"Don't you have anything in particular to say?" the gray-handed man asked.
