“I didn’t say it would definitely work.” The Gray Hand Man laughed.

"You do this again." said the man with brown hands.

"Is this the truth?" asked the Gray Hand Man.

"What's the reason?" asked the man with brown hands.

"Just because I said it doesn't mean it's useless, nor does it mean I think it will be useful." said the man with gray hands.

"Yes, your argument does make sense," said the brown-handed man, "but what do you want to achieve by saying this?"

The Gray Hand Man smiled and said, "I want to achieve your purpose of explaining 'don't worry about it'."

"Do you really want to hear my explanation?" asked the brown-handed man.

"So be it." said the man with gray hands.

"Even if that's the case, it doesn't mean you really want to hear my explanation, right?" asked the brown-handed man.

"It's up to you whether to explain it or not." The man with gray hands said with a smile.

The Brown Hand Man asked the Gray Hand Man, "What if my explanation is not what you thought it was?"

"Do you know what I imagined?" asked the Gray Hand Man.

"I don't know." said the brown-handed man. "Then how do you know if your explanation will be what I imagined?" asked the gray-handed man.

"I don't know." The brown-handed man said, "I don't know if it's what you imagined, so I asked. Let me ask you, if my explanation is not what you imagined at all, what will be your reaction?"

"Then I have to listen to your explanation before I can react, right?" asked the Gray Hand Man.

The brown-handed man smiled at the gray-handed man and said, "Then I'll explain it. Don't be too surprised."

"It seems like I should be very surprised?" asked the Gray Hand Man.

"That may not really surprise you," said the brown-handed man.

The Gray Hand Man asked the Brown Hand Man: "You still haven't started explaining. When will you start?"

The brown-handed man smiled and said, "Let's start now. The reason why I said 'never mind' is because I know you are using two sets of standards."

"What are the two sets of standards?" asked the Gray Hand Man.

"Have one standard for yourself and another for me," said the brown-handed man.

The Gray-Handed Man laughed again.

“Is this your explanation?” asked the Gray Hand Man.

"I guess so." said the man with brown hands.

The Gray Hand Man just said "Oh".

"Is that your reaction?" the brown-handed man asked, "Not surprised enough, or too surprised?"

The Gray Hand Man laughed and said, "Neither."

"What is that?" asked the Brown-Handed Man.

"Nothing." The Gray Hand said, "I just heard you say it counts, and said 'oh' to indicate that I heard it."

"You can do this?" The brown-handed man asked, "Is it considered perfunctory?"

"It's not perfunctory." The Gray Hand said, "I didn't say anything, how can it be considered perfunctory?"

The brown-handed man laughed and said, "Is this how you talk to the Lord?"
