"But this is just a hypothesis," said the Brown-Handed Man.

"How do you prove it's a hypothesis?" the man with gray hands asked deliberately.

The brown-handed man smiled and said, "When you said 'how to prove it', I thought of using the Lord again."

"Well, the Lord will let us prove it before we use it." said the man with gray hands.

"That's right." said the brown-handed man. The gray-handed man said to the brown-handed man, "Prove it is a hypothesis."

"My words just now are proof in themselves." The brown-handed man laughed, "Just now, after I said 'I'm telling the truth', I also said 'Will you believe it?' You won't deny it, right?"

"You did say that, and I won't deny it." said the Gray Hand Man.

"Having 'Will you believe it?' and not having 'Will you believe it?' are two different things." The brown-handed man laughed, "With the latter 'Will you believe it?', the former 'I say it is true' does not express the meaning independently, but expresses the meaning together with the latter part. It is a hypothesis."

The Gray Hand Man smiled and said, "But you did say 'I'm telling the truth'. These words did come from you, so you can't deny that you said it."

The brown-handed man smiled and said, "I did say those words. I won't deny that. But I deny that those words were taken out of context."

The brown-handed man said, "Yes. You put it so directly."

The Gray Hand said, "This is not the first time I have been so direct, right?"

"Yes." The brown-handed man smiled, "I need to continue explaining. Since there is the latter part, 'Will you believe it?', and the previous part, together with the previous part, 'I say it is true', it forms a hypothetical question. Then the latter part, 'I say it is true', cannot be regarded as meaning that I have already said it is true. Therefore, the premise I just mentioned does not exist. Without the premise, what you said about 'will believe it' is not a fact."

The Gray Hand Man smiled deliberately and said, "But you didn't say 'if'."
