Chapter 8 Receiving Supplies
Duanmu Meiqing was absolutely furious. Li Jinzhen grabbed his teacher's wife's hand and turned to look at Lu Yu calmly.

"Since Elder Lu likes the Wuyue Sword Polishing Stone, we may give it to Elder Lu Yu as a token of our gratitude for the Autumn Frost Sword Sect's trip."

Lu Yu's smile froze as Li Jinzhen tossed out a purplish-black whetstone, which landed in front of him.

Since the gifts had already been given, Duanmu Meiqing couldn't say anything more and coldly flicked her sleeve, saying, "Show the guest out!"

“I left when Senior Sister Jinzhen appeared,” Ning Fusang replied. She knew that once Senior Sister Jinzhen appeared, Wei Shaoqing’s matter would be settled.

Therefore, there was no need for her to stay on Dudao Peak any longer. She should go back and pack her things as soon as possible, and come here to wait to collect her monthly allowance as an outer disciple.

Gu Pingsheng twitched the corner of his mouth. She was quite clever. After watching the excitement, she was able to take advantage of the break to pack her things and come here to wait for the rabbit to come to her.

Upon entering the inner hall, the light dimmed considerably, and the two disciples on duty were dozing off.

The group split into two groups to collect the supplies.
