The Devil Comes to America

Chapter 223: Transaction

Chapter 223: Transaction

"What about sir?"

Xiong En grabbed Jonas and asked excitedly.

Jonas looked helpless: "Didn't I tell you? The boss is going to be in seclusion and won't be around for a few days."

"Retreat?" Xiong En couldn't quite understand the meaning of this word.

"Practice." Jonas explained, "You know what movie montage is? It's the kind where you practice something and then you become better."

"You should have said it earlier!" Xiong En said with dissatisfaction: "You have to come up with a new word."

"So what exactly do you want, Master Xiong En?" Jonas asked with a smile, "You specially called me over."

"I have prepared the method for passing the bill that the gentleman told me about last time, and I am about to ask him if it can be done."

"The boss gave instructions before he went into seclusion," Jonas said, "Just discuss this matter with Kofi."

"Kofi's thinking is too old-fashioned." Xiong En said somewhat dissatisfiedly: "He can only stop me."

Jonas looked at Coffey who was sitting on the couch.

The latter shrugged nonchalantly.

Jia Yu, on the other hand, pushed his glasses on the bridge of his nose and said, "I'll go and give you some advice, Xiong En. It just so happens that I have something to tell you about. Maybe I can help you recover some of your losses."

Xiong En immediately became excited: "Just your words are enough, let's go upstairs and talk."

Xiong En took Jia Yu away, and Jonas looked at Kofi: "You have a good temper now."

"What did you say?" Coffey took off the Bluetooth headphones from his ears.

"I didn't hear it!" Jonas' eyes widened. "Xiong En called us over to discuss something, what do you mean by wearing headphones?"

"I'm just responsible for execution." Coffey spread his hands: "After all, my thinking is too old-fashioned."

Jonas: “.”

"You heard it, why didn't you refute it?"

"Because I really don't know what's going on in that kid's head." Coffey said calmly, "You know what? I've been waiting for this kid to come up with an idea these past few days, but in the end, tsk, I'm so disappointed. Those stupid killers were actually caught by the LAPD."

Jonas sat down next to him and sneered, "Do you think the LAPD is capable of this?"

"What do you mean?"

"Think carefully about what the boss said before. With him here, nothing will happen to Xiong En."

Coffey was stunned.

He looked at Jonas, and the look in his eyes made Jonas feel uneasy.

"what are you doing?"

"You guys aren't really spies, are you?"

"Are you crazy Jonas?"

"Then I really don't understand how an Oriental could do this. If someone else dared to do this, even if the government couldn't find any loopholes in his behavior, he would have committed suicide long ago! How come this thing is completely useless to Xiong En?"

"So he's the boss, right?" Jonas pointed upwards. "Are you really not going to go up and take a look?"

Kofi shook his head: "No, haven't you noticed? Xiong En now has an unconditional trust in Oriental people. Without Xiu, he can only listen to Jia." "Oh, I know that." Jonas replied; "He became like this after he found out about what Jia Yu did. Last time I got that guy drunk in the bar, I asked him the reason. Do you know what he said?"

"What did you say?"

"He said that Jia Yu scared him a little bit. He thought that Dake would at most send him to Mexico to fend for himself. But if it was Jia Yu, he thought that Jia Yu would not only trick him into going to Mexico, but also make him sell his ass in Mexico and then willingly let him hand over the money he earned."

Kofi was stunned: "So outrageous? What did he do?"

"You don't need to know that, Coffey."

"What about Xiu? What did that brat say about Xiu?"

"Well, that's even simpler." Jonas spread his hands. "He said the boss could kill him at any time and then support Dak to take his place."

Coffey's eyes widened.

"He must have some problem with his brain!"

"I thought you knew."

"Of course I know!" Coffey said through gritted teeth, "But I didn't expect his mind to be so simple! I think I know how to deal with him in the future."

Jonas was stunned. "How to deal with him?"

Kofi said calmly: "Beat him! Or threaten him with a gun! Thanks to Xiong En! He taught me another way to deal with my employer."

Jonas was silent for a moment, then he said, "Don't tell that guy about our current conversation."

"Of course." Kofi glanced upwards: "But what do you think Jia Yu will say to Xiong En?"

"It's definitely not a good thing." Jonas took a deep breath and said, "Believe me, drug dealers will admire Jia Yu when they see him. Every time I can't believe that Jia Yu is really a student."

While the two were talking happily, Jia Yu and Xiong En had already walked out of the room.

The smile on Xiong En's face made the two old bastards feel a chill in their hearts.

Lucas looked at the boxes of U.S. dollars in front of him, then looked at the guy opposite him.

He thought for a moment and asked, "Seriously?"

Xiong En smiled and said, "I came here in person, didn't I? Agent Lucas, my people told me that there was no way to count how many contraband items those guys took when they rushed in. In the warehouse, there is less than one-tenth of the records left, right?"

Lucas narrowed his eyes: "I just want to know how you know my contact information."

"We have some business dealings with that guy." Xiong En said with a smile; "He showed up just in time this time, didn't he?"

Lucas was silent.

"With his help, you should still have a lot of goods, right?" Xiong En smiled and said, "My advice is not to keep them, because soon, the prices of these things will plummet, and you will only lose a lot of money if you keep them. When the LAPD came, they helped you hold back those drug addicts for almost an hour before they rushed into the warehouse because their number of people was increasing and they couldn't hold it, right?"

"what do you mean?"

"I want them all." Xiong En smiled. "This is what Los Angeles lacks the most right now, but this is also what Los Angeles should least have. You are the DEA and you know best that no one can consume them quietly except me."

Lucas was silent for a while, then said, "Leave the stuff here, come pick it up tonight, prepare the car, and don't let anyone see you."

"Of course." Xiong En stood up and stretched out his hand: "You should know what our family used to do. Please trust our professionalism in this regard."

Lucas didn't understand until Xiong En left.

Didn't this guy want to make it free? He's always been a complainer and paid for it. Why does he want these things now?
