"'Berlin'? The capital of Germany?" Elizabeth asked in confusion.

"It's not a place name." Reddington said, "This 'Berlin' is a person, Milos Pavel Kinsky, a former Soviet special commando who was trained in the 45th Division of the KGB. After leaving the government, he became famous for planning and carrying out organized crime."
