Chapter 13: Special Operations Team Takes Shape
With the establishment of the SER team, Elizabeth Keen's job was officially transferred to SER as a junior agent and profiler.

Richard Carey was seconded to SER while retaining his status as an IRS senior auditor and obtained law enforcement qualifications as an FBI senior agent, serving as a special liaison officer.

Perhaps it was due to deep-rooted mutual hostility, but Mira Marico, a CIA agent who was assigned by DOJ criminal division chief Diane Fowler, stayed this time but was only given the law enforcement qualifications of an ordinary FBI agent.
