Sylph also took out a loose-leaf book with a cover cleverly woven from supple vines and shimmering leaves, and gently placed it on the table:
"This is my 'Otherworldly Plant Observation Notes' compiled over the years. It records information about some plants that I found interesting in terms of their morphology, habits, or effects. However, apart from the ones I recorded when I explored the 'Dream World' in my early years, most of the later additions were recorded after I cultivated and researched otherworldly {seed cards} that the witch explorers gradually put on the card shop."

At this point, she glanced at Moran, a hint of helplessness in her voice:
"Ever since you came back last time and created the Otherworld Invitation Collection Library, there have been more and more witch explorers going to various otherworlds to collect unique magical materials to make cards."

The number of otherworldly {seed cards} available in the card shop has skyrocketed. My schedule is already completely filled just researching and cultivating these seeds, recording their characteristics, and studying their variants..."

Sylph shrugged, a happy kind of trouble on her face: "The result is that I still haven't had time to set off to explore new other worlds in person..."

"It seems the business of the Otherworld Invitation Acquisition Center is doing quite well!"

As Moran carefully carried the books, the culmination of her three friends' hard work, to her side, she prepared to peruse them with great interest, and said with a smile:
"You don't even need to go to the other world yourself; you'll have an endless supply of otherworldly plant seeds to study!"

“Absolutely!” Sylph’s tone carried a hint of resignation, as if she were weighed down by the “sweet burden.”

"My cultivation and research speed simply can't keep up with the speed at which the witch explorers are putting all sorts of otherworldly {seed cards} into the card shop. To cultivate, observe, and record all these collected plant seeds, along with their variants, I don't know how many more years it would take..."

This led Ms. Amisa to frequently try to persuade me to take over as the headmistress of the Witch Academy, saying that this way I could utilize the headmistress's ability to create clones of herself and simultaneously handle academy affairs and research plants.

“I’m almost following in your footsteps now,” Lilith joined the conversation.

"The card shop has a lot of {blood cards} from different other worlds. Many of them are ones I'm interested in and plan to collect. This will save me the trouble of collecting them. I just don't know how much time it will take to thoroughly study these blood samples and develop valuable blood fusion magic!"

"Isn't the purpose of exploring other worlds to obtain the resources we each need?" Moran put down his book and looked at his two friends. "Isn't it a great thing to be able to obtain a continuous and abundant supply of research materials without having to risk traveling far and wide? I can tell from the way you two are enjoying it!"

She then changed the subject: "Moreover, have you forgotten one of the most practical functions of the Mirror Space—adjusting the flow of time?"

“Especially you, Lilith,” Moran said, looking at Lilith.

“You can easily set up a high-standard blood research lab in your mirror space and then drastically speed up the flow of time in that area. In this way, only a few days might have passed outside, but a sufficiently long research cycle could have already taken place in your lab. The one-time magic consumed in this way is negligible compared to your income.”

Then she looked at Sylph: "But you, Sylph, your research on plants requires large experimental fields and complex ecological environments. Adjusting the flow of time over a wide range and for a long time will consume a lot of resources."

Taking Ms. Amisa's advice to become the headmistress of the witch academy might actually be a good choice.

Using the Dean's Golden Cup's ability to create clones, you can completely multitask. One clone can handle academy affairs, while the other focuses on cultivating magical plants. It's definitely much faster than cultivating them slowly by yourself!

"I've been considering it, but I haven't made up my mind yet..."

Sylph lowered her head and spoke softly, her fingertips unconsciously fiddling with the little braid on her lap, a hint of barely perceptible unease in her eyes:

"I don't know if I can teach the little witches well... The witch academy is much larger now than when we were students. I asked Ms. Amisha, and now the academy enrolls five hundred to a thousand little witches every year. Most of them are second-generation witches nurtured by the Book of Witches. Although they don't have innate talent, their magical talent is limitless in all schools, just like the first-generation witches. I'm confident I can teach planting magic and wood magic, but I'm worried I won't be able to teach other schools of magic well..."

“Sylph, you underestimate yourself,” Lilith shook her head. “You’re a fifth-tier witch now, and even if you’re better at planting magic and wood magic, your other witch magic skills aren’t far behind. Teaching little witches should be more than enough for you.”

“Yes!” Moran agreed, “The witch academy is just a place for introductory magical education. More often than not, you need to teach them to master a particular type of magic, but rather to teach them the ability to survive independently and learn on their own!”

Vasita slurped up the spilled juice, nodding vigorously in agreement: "Exactly! Sylph, if you were the headmistress, I'd be the first to wholeheartedly support it! But—"

She suddenly drew out her words, a nostalgic smile spreading across her face, "You'd better hide your mutated plants well. Don't replace those breadfruit trees in the academy that are so hard they could be thrown as weapons, so sour they'd make your face contort, with your improved, soft, sweet mutated varieties! The academy's 'tradition' can't just be wasted like that! Think of the days we endured gnawing on sour breadfruit—those were precious 'experiences.' The hardships we went through, the little witches of today should taste them too!"

Thinking back to their early days at the witch academy, the group couldn't help but chuckle.

"Speaking of which, the little witches these days might be even more 'miserable' than we were back then!" Moran smiled, her eyes crinkling with a hint of mischief.
"Those {Food Cards} in the Card Shop are still restricted from purchase by little witches who haven't graduated, according to the agreement I made with Ms. Amisha! You can see them, but you can't eat them!"

Sylph couldn't help but chuckle, thinking of her two daughters: "Of course! When Flora and Tiana were still in school, they wrote me countless letters, 'complaining' that all they could see of those tempting {Food Cards} in the card shop were descriptions and pictures; the 'buy' button was just a decoration to them!"
