The Queen of Scrolls never admits defeat

The first demon arrived much earlier than Moran had anticipated.

Before the demons' true names on the contract could be finalized, commotion broke out in the Flame Prison.

Lilith, Vasita, and Sylph, who were monitoring public opinion in Valen through the {Dawn Society Management Card}, all looked at the shimmering pointed tent in Moran's courtyard: "Is this... a demon coming?"

His skin was pale with a bluish tinge, his body was slender, his muscles were perfectly sculpted, and his silver hair moved like a living thing without wind, clinging to his angular face.

His entire body was tightly bound by a thick, red snake thorn, its blood-red barbs digging deep into his flesh, leaving him in a twisted position, unable to move.

His handsome face was pressed against the ground, scorched by the holy flame glazed bricks, emitting white smoke. His dark vertical pupils were already slightly unfocused. He looked at the fence with a wronged expression, his lips slightly parted, as if he wanted to say something, but his throat had been pierced by thorns, and he could only let out a muffled groan.

“It really is a Nightmare Demon!” Lilith said.

"It is truly the best of the best, much more exciting than the illustrations in the book," Vasita commented.

Sylph nodded in agreement: "As expected of Helena, her taste is superb! Even with such obvious inhuman features, she just looks pleasing to the eye."

Moran looked at the Nightmare Demon in the cell, a pitiful sight yet still radiating charm, and wholeheartedly agreed with her companions' assessment.
