The Queen of Scrolls never admits defeat

Chapter 252 Two People Besieged

Chapter 252 One Person Surrounds All

"Treasure Persimmon? What a great name!" Moran exclaimed. "When will the Treasure Persimmon seed cards be available? I'll definitely be the first to buy them! The gems they produce will be perfect for practicing spatial magic!"

"Once I've collected more mutated fruits and mastered the magic for planting them, I'll sell these fruit seed cards!" Sylph said.

"Keep it up!" Vasita exclaimed with encouragement and anticipation. "You've even grown gems in your fruit! I think it's not impossible for it to grow anything else in the future. Like a tree that grows into a house! Or a tree full of magical gems with spatial attributes..."

"What?! What kind of tree could mutate into a tree full of magical gems?! That's too exaggerated!" Sylph laughed helplessly.

"There are still so many fruits I haven't tried yet; maybe there are magic gems inside!" Vasita chuckled as she picked out another fruit, ready to dig in.

……

Mutant apples, mutant persimmons... every mutant fruit has its own unique characteristics.

The tasting process was fraught with unexpected situations, and of course, no magic gems were found.

The most unique one is the Treasure Persimmon.

The rest are mostly variations in quantity, taste, and yield.

After trying them all, I was full.

“Who said everyone’s full! I’m not full yet!” Vasida protested.

The bulging stomach in her hand also dented back into its original shape.

It's true that the object perfectly reflects its owner. Moran found it amusing and couldn't help but say something to her:

"You! If you want to eat your fill, even this whole orchard that Sylph just planted won't be enough! Go mess with the bread orchard instead!"

"Fine! Moran! You're mocking my big appetite! Watch out, or I'll eat you up in one bite!" Vasita angrily pounced on Moran, opening her mouth to bite.

"You dare!" Moran pushed her head away with a look of disgust.

As everyone knows, Vasida has always only grown stronger, not taller.

While Moran may not be as strong as Vasida, he is certainly tall enough.

Moran was forced to retreat step by step by Vasida's strong force, but Vasida's hand could never grab Moran.

Seeing the two of them, Sylph couldn't hold back her laughter any longer and burst out laughing.

As soon as she smiled, two pairs of eyes turned to her.

Sylph's laughter faltered, and she took off running, using her supersonic speed to the fullest extent.

However, she was no match for Moran in terms of speed.

She was quickly caught, and Moran pinched her cheeks hard before letting her go.

Vasita didn't gain the upper hand either; her hair was a mess, more disheveled than a bird's nest.

"I told you two to learn more magic to improve your combat abilities!" Moran said, waving his wand.

Sylph and Vasita: "..."

This grudge will be avenged tomorrow!

The following afternoon, after the magic Q&A session, the little witches' second combat training session, organized by themselves, officially began.

It's still the same training ground.

This time, however, after putting down their wands and brooms, the little witches did not scatter; instead, they quietly gathered together.

Meanwhile, Moran, who was at the center of their gathering, immediately sensed something was wrong: "What, are you planning a siege today?"

"What do you mean by 'surrounding' us? This is a combat training session. Running around is pointless. Let's just wait until the time is up and then start fighting!"

"Yes! We won't be breaking up today!"

……

The little witches chattered amongst themselves, speaking with self-righteous indignation.

As he spoke, he quietly approached Moran, blocking her path.

Moran: "..."

I have no idea how long they've been plotting this; they're actually quite convincing! Being this close, it's a bit difficult for her to wield the knife.

He simply put the butcher knife away and used his fists instead.

"Time's up! Let's do it!"

The little witches were excited; they had waited a week, and the time for revenge had finally arrived!
Vasita and Sylph, with their old and new grudges combined, were extremely agitated.

Moran acted faster, grabbing their wrists where they were holding weapons, twisting them, and then pushing them away.

They suddenly broke through the encirclement and carved out a path.

Then retreat while continuing to fight.

Before long, a group of little witches lay on the ground.

“This is not what I expected, really!” Sylph lay on the ground, staring blankly at the sky.

"Moran is exaggerating. Even orc warriors aren't this bad!" Ais clutched her stomach. "I think I need to go to the infirmary. I feel like my internal organs are bleeding from being kicked."

Cheryl was filled with regret: "How could we forget that she could face forty water spheres all by herself before? There are only twenty-seven of us! This wasn't us ganging up on her, it was clearly her ganging up on us all by herself!"

Alba's focus was different from theirs; she changed to a more comfortable viewing position: "Washida's really tough!"

The little witches all looked over.

Vasita was repeatedly knocked down by Moran, only to get up again. Every time it seemed she couldn't get up, she would rise again.

"How awful! They're getting beaten up all by themselves!" Sylph couldn't bear to watch any longer.

“I’m fine! I’m perfectly alright!” Vasita got up from the ground again.

Moran also became curious: "I want to see how long you can hold out."

Another punch, followed by an over-the-shoulder throw.

Vasita was powerless to fight back and fell heavily to the ground, face down, raising a cloud of dust.

The little witches watching from the sidelines felt pained seeing their child rendered defenseless.

But after a short while, Vasita stood up again, covering her face: "Can you please stop hitting my face? It doesn't look good!"

"Alright, alright!" Moran changed her position so she could take a beating.

"Can anyone check the time? How long have we been fighting?" asked the little witch next to Ais, whose watch had been broken in the earlier fight.

“Forty-eight minutes! A full forty-eight minutes!” Alba replied.

"Wow! I'm starting to admire Vasida. Being able to withstand a beating is a skill in itself!" Ais said.

Honestly, Moran's hands were sore from hitting her.

Curiosity drove her to keep hitting him, wanting to see Vasita's limits.

Vasida is the same.

She is in pain all over her body, but every time she feels like she is about to reach her limit, her body seems to recover a little and she regains some strength.

During previous water polo training, we always drank water polo balls mixed with various magic potions, and everyone was equally resilient.

She only realized today that she could withstand attacks even without those magic potion balls.

"An hour has passed! Training time is up!" Sylph said.

Moran rubbed her wrist and asked Vasita, "How are you feeling? Do you want to continue?"

"Keep going!" Vasida felt she could still manage.

Moran took a deep breath and kicked her away again.

After a while, she stood up again.

This cycle repeated itself for another half hour. When Moran threw a punch, Vasida suddenly collapsed to the ground.

Moran hasn't even met her yet!
