The Queen of Scrolls never admits defeat

Early Sunday morning, as the sun was just climbing onto the rooftops of the dormitory area, the first, second, and third-year students, holding their student ID cards, sat or lay down in their respective grade-level group chats.

The fourth and fifth graders also found a safe place on their way to the inner and outer areas of the college and waited in the grade group chat.

At six o'clock on Monday morning, the college bell pierced through the thin mist and echoed in the dormitory area.

Sylvia opened her eyes almost the instant the bell rang. She deftly threw off the covers, jumped out of bed, changed into her pre-prepared school uniform, and ran down the stairs to wash up.

Although the timetable clearly stated that it was recommended to settle down properly when entering the "study space," preferably lying in bed, she still didn't want to meet her classmates on the first day of school with messy hair and a wrinkled nightgown.

After washing up, she grabbed the remaining half of a breadfruit on the table and quickly took a couple of bites to fill her stomach.

The sourness still hits me right in the head, and I'm still no better off than yesterday.

At 6:20, she lay back down on the bed, took a deep breath, opened the timetable on her student card, and hovered her finger over "Introduction to Alchemy".

Suddenly, everything went blurry before my eyes.

When her vision cleared again, she was already sitting in a spacious, bright, unfamiliar classroom.

Sunlight streamed through the high windows, falling on the neatly arranged wooden desks.

Sylvia paused, then instinctively turned to look to the side.

Evelyn was sitting next to her, wearing a fluffy nightgown and a floppy nightcap perched crookedly on her head.

Her eyes were glazed over, clearly she had just been forcibly awakened from a deep sleep, and she still looked somewhat dazed.

Looking over there, Tessa was in a similar situation, wearing a wrinkled nightgown and her hair was a mess as if she had just fought with her pillow, but her eyes were wide open, and she was excitedly looking around.

Only Dorella was dressed just as neatly as her, and even carefully pinned a freshly picked wildflower in her hair.

"Why aren't you changing your clothes?" Sylvia asked in a low voice.
