Chapter 542: Granted the 3rd Level Qi

Chapter 542: Granted the Third Level Qi

The Taoist's "Three Hundred and Sixty-five Yuanlu of the Wonderful Dao of the Jade Emperor Hunyuan Shangling" is extremely mysterious. Its foundation is a treasure scroll called the Wonderful Dao of the Jade Emperor Hunyuan Shangling, and it takes this as the core to obtain the means to cooperate with and control the Taoist soldiers.

It should be noted that the Hunyuan Shangling Jade Emperor Miaodao Treasure Scroll itself is also a special method of practice. After visualizing the treasure scroll, one can feel many wonderful vital energies and condense unique true qi.

Chu Tai felt from it the method of condensing the third-grade true Qi of Hunyuan Shangling Miaodao, the fourth-grade true Qi of Shangyuan Qingzhen Feixian, the Zhongxuan Qingmiao Wuyang, the Xiajing Qingxu Shengling, and the Gaoshang Zhenwei Jianshen.

The 365 Yuan Lu following the scripture represent 365 kinds of changes in heaven and earth, and can also be regarded as methods of refining 365 kinds of Taoist weapons.

However, the contents were quite abstruse, and many involved the concepts of the third level. The Taoist spoke very quickly, so even if Chu Tai concentrated fully, he could only remember part of it.

He decisively gave up recording on his own, and instead combined the Dharma of [One] with that of the deity. On the one hand, he used the Miro Sky-covering Umbrella as a carrier to record everything in front of him, and on the other hand, his mind was focused on the Donghuang Bell, and with the help of the power of the precious bell, he tried his best to see more and more completely.

The meaning of the Dharma of "One" is also very active in Taoist scriptures.

After all, one of the concepts of this Taoist scripture is to use the wonderful Taoist talisman of the Jade Emperor Hunyuan to circulate the 365 changes of the Zhoutian, and finally reach the ultimate master of the heaven and earth, mediate the operation of all things; in the middle, it controls the three origins and controls the 365 changes of the four seasons; in the lower part, it saves all living beings in the three realms, leads the gods and humans to the bridge of happiness, saves the eight difficulties from the sea of suffering, and removes the three evil paths from the six paths.

In essence, it is also a system that operates around core talismans.

The more Chu Tai listened, the more excited he became. Many of his past doubts were resolved, and he was so happy that he wanted to dance with joy.

The secret demons in the Miro Sky-covering Umbrella were in a miserable state. As soon as Chu Tai imprinted the new scriptures, they were drawn in and followed the changes.

Among the 365 Yuanlu, there are 27 kinds of changes of the goddess: Huagai, Qingling, Ganyao, Caiqi, Sujing, Shouxie, Defending against disasters, Baoming, Protecting the body, and Eliminating filth.

There are thirty-two types of messenger transformations including Red Talisman, Sheyu, Zhanxie, Xuanji, Huben, Chajian, Tianyi, Xuandu, Qingmiao and Zigong.

There are also fifty-three kinds of transformations of immortals, sixty-one kinds of transformations of spiritual officials, seventy-four kinds of transformations of generals, and one hundred and six kinds of transformations of the wonderful gods in the heavens.

Including the twelve changes that Chu Tai failed to write down, which were only recorded on the Donghuang Bell, there are exactly three hundred and sixty-five changes.

Although the changes recorded on the Miro Sky-Covering Umbrella are incomplete, there are still 353 of them. Many of them are in harmony with the secret demons of the heavens, allowing them to change back and forth. Their essence is consumed and seems to be non-existent, transforming into the virtual images of the changes in the heavens, dancing in the Sky-Covering Umbrella.

The many Dao Fruit fragments bestowed by Chu Tai were also constantly crushed and reorganized in this process, and gradually combined with the concocted secret demons of the heavens, producing new changes, and began to counter-attack Chu Tai, allowing him to obtain many variants of the [Dao Soldiers] [Strongmen] Dao Fruit fragment system.

At the same time, the Miro Sky-covering Umbrella also underwent many new changes in this process.

Among them, the celestial phenomena and the earth, which originally tended to move passively, began to move slowly under the guidance of the secret demon, and were able to absorb and exhale vital energy independently, and developed some spirituality.

Chu Tai took it in his hand and sensed it silently, confirming that its power had increased slightly, and the slight third-grade characteristics within it had been enhanced.

Chu Tai's own Dharma intention of [One] also took this opportunity to take a step further, and he was only one step away from achieving the initial form of Tao Fruit, saving a lot of hard work.

Chu Tai's mind was calm, and the Dharma meaning of [One] overlapped. He bowed to the Taoist to express his gratitude.

"From your looks, you've learned a lot. How many of the 365 Yuan Lu have you memorized?"

"Three hundred and fifty-three kinds, and although I don't understand the other twelve, I have used secret methods to imprint them on a treasure, so I can slowly comprehend them in the future." Chu Tai's answer made the Taoist smile even more. He looked at the chessboard beside him and said softly, "I originally thought that if you didn't remember it, I would imprint this scripture on it and let you study it day and night, but since you remembered it, I have to change it."

As he spoke, his palm gently slid across the chessboard. A cool light like water flowed, and the chessboard collapsed inward. The lines intertwined, forming new patterns. The black and white chess pieces intertwined, separating and combining, evolving into endless variables.

At the same time, black and white colors gradually invade the lines formed by the crisscrossing of nineteen straight lines, depicting an ink painting scroll containing scenes of the three realms of life, including the fairyland of the nine heavens, the mortal world, and the underworld.

Finally, as the chessboard disintegrated, the purple and green energies dissipated, and a point of spiritual light fell, incorporating the purple and green energies into the scroll, forming a prototype of a Tao fruit, and transforming into a green treasure scroll with a clear and shining light.

The Taoist figure gradually became illusory. He stretched out his hand and the treasure scroll flew up and landed in Chu Tai's hand. He said, "This is a gift to you."

Chu Tai's pupils trembled slightly, and he looked at the Taoist with some surprise. He could tell that this thing was the precious talisman of the Jade Emperor of Hunyuan Shangling Miaodao, and it was also a precious talisman that contained a complete set of Hunyuan Shangling Miaodao true qi.

If this thing is used as a disposable prop, it can burst out the power of a third-grade immortal in a short period of time.

If it is used as a suppressing object, for example, placed in the Miro Sky-covering Umbrella, Chu Tai's future sacrifices to the Taoist soldiers will be much faster and more powerful. If he can really reproduce the mystery of the Taoist soldiers, Chu Tai may be able to briefly compete with the third-grade immortal when he is at the fourth-grade realm.

He looked at the precious scroll, then looked at the Taoist who was gradually fading away, stretched out his hands, took it respectfully, and then bowed again to express his gratitude.

Only after the Taoist disappeared completely did Chu Tai put the item away.

He did not return to Jinhua Sect immediately, but went back to Baiyun Temple first. After communicating with Xiao Bin for a while, he arranged some formations on the spot and even prayed to Chu Tai to borrow some power from the Miro Sky-covering Umbrella to form layers of precious light to protect this place.

Afterwards, he sat in Baiyun Temple to practice, and asked Xiao Bin to help him find some information about Qingli Caixian and the mastermind behind him.

During this period, Chu Tai, as a split spirit, silently sensed the main body with the Dharma of [One]. Through the resonance of the two, Chu Tai continued to comprehend the abilities in the treasure scroll, and refined and mastered it bit by bit through the air.

But less than three days later, Qiao Ran'er, who had just been separated, hurried to the vicinity of Baiyun Temple. She tried to enter by secretly casting spells several times, but was blocked by the sky-covering umbrella.

It was Chu Tai who noticed something was wrong and brought him in.

"Why don't you just go through the main entrance? Is there something else in Baiyun Temple that you want to steal?"

Chu Tai was just joking, but Qiao Raner said solemnly: "I don't have the intention of stealing anything from here, but you have been targeted, and several seniors in my thief sect have been commissioned to steal something from you."

Hearing this, Chu Tai's expression changed slightly, and he whispered, "Did they tell you what you need to steal?"

Upon hearing this, Qiao Raner stepped forward a little and whispered, "I heard that it is a precious scroll, very mysterious, and if you get it, you will have the hope of ascending to heaven. Daoist friend, where did you get this treasure?"

As he spoke, a nearly invisible light appeared on Qiao Ran'er's fingers, and the invisible fingers stretched out and reached into Chu Tai's arms and cuffs.

Points of spiritual light rose, and a pillar of light rose up, protecting Chu Tai, but the finger ignored the obstacles, entered and exited the void, and pointed directly at the treasure.
