Captain Jack of Azeroth

Chapter 279 Zhangyin Islands

Chapter 279 Echo Islands
After obtaining information about the Eye of Sargeras from Illidan, Rhonin finally felt relieved and told Jack that he could use the Eye of Sargeras.

Jack wanted to use the Eye of Sargeras to build an aerial fortress.

He chose the Echo Islands southeast of Durotar. Because Thrall had not encountered the Darkspear clan, the Echo Islands are still ownerless.

Ronin and Mars led the mages to carve a magic circle on the Echo Islands, and then pulled the entire archipelago out of the sea. A huge island appeared in the sky, seemingly blocking out the sun.

However, the wizards on the Black Pearl alone were not enough to complete the construction of this aerial fortress, so Jack needed help and he went to Eldre'Thalas first.

The Black Pearl headed straight for Eldre'Thalas, and when passing through the Barrens, they suddenly discovered a group of tauren fighting with centaurs.

Shotgun immediately walked over to Jack, "Jack, my people are in danger, I need to save them."

Jack laughed, "Of course I will help you! Veresa!"

Veresa immediately entered the cabin and ordered the rangers to send out the drones.

Although the Centaurs were very strong, they were completely vulnerable to the drones. As soon as the combat drones joined the battle, they immediately defeated the Centaurs.

They had never seen such a strange way of fighting, these little things flying in the sky were too deadly. It was difficult for their bows and arrows to shoot down the drones, but the bullets from the drones could easily kill them.

This was the first time they had fought such an unequal battle, and defeat was inevitable.

After the Centaurs retreated, Jack landed the Black Pearl. Chong Quan met with his people, and Jack learned that his people were actually the Bloodhoof Clan, and their chieftain was the famous Kane Bloodhoof.

Kane thanked Jack for saving his life and asked Jack to escort them to Mulgore. Jack agreed to Kane's request because it was on the way. A few days later, the Tauren arrived in Mulgore. Kane said that the Tauren would be the friends of the Silver Covenant in the future. As long as the Silver Covenant asked them for help, they would definitely not refuse.

Jack said that he might recruit some minotaurs to join the Silver Covenant in the future. Cain agreed with this and immediately said that he would send his son Bain to join the Silver Covenant and leave with Jack.

After taking Bane with him, Jack continued his journey and arrived at Eldre'Thalas.

The elven wizards gave them a warm welcome and held a grand welcome dinner with the ogres and tree people.

Although the three parties have been monitoring each other over the years, they have also helped each other. The ogres have settled down in Feralas and restored an orderly life. The elves have given birth to some children, and finally have successors. The tree people have taught some elves and ogre druids to help them maintain the ecological environment of Feralas.

This win-win-win situation satisfied everyone. When they heard that Jack needed manpower support, they all sent some people to help.

The elven wizard can help improve the magic circle of the aerial fortress, the tree man can stabilize the structure of the aerial fortress, and the ogre will act as the guardian force of the aerial fortress to prevent enemy invasion.

Jack accepted everyone and after loading everyone on board, he immediately returned to the Echo Islands.

Before he came back, Farondis had already brought a large number of mages to the Echo Islands. They were very interested in Jack's sky fortress plan and were very willing to help.

Talisa also sent hundreds of mages. Although she wanted to compete with Jack for the leadership of the alliance, Jack's achievements were beyond her reach, so she gave up her competitive spirit.

Only under the leadership of Jack can the Silver Covenant accomplish the great feat of saving the world. Although she is capable, she still needs to be responsible for the Nightborne and cannot devote herself wholeheartedly to the affairs of the Covenant. Azuregos of Desolace Mountain is also on the Echo Isles. This blue dragon missed the Battle of Mount Hyjal because he was recovering from his injuries. By the time he discovered the problem, the battle was over.

The immortal species are not very sensitive to time, so they will always lag behind others.

After learning that Jack was in the Echo Islands, He immediately came to meet him. After learning that Jack was not there, He helped Roning and others to perfect the magic circle.

After these events, he found that he was totally unfit to be a guardian, so he decisively joined the Silver Covenant.

Jack was very happy with the growth of the alliance.

He appointed Rhonin as the head of the Covenant in Kalimdor, coordinating the relationship between Theramore, elves, orcs and tauren to prevent war from happening again.

At the same time, Mars was appointed as chief engineer to assist Ronin in improving the Echo Islands.

Jack designed the blueprints for the Echo Islands and manufactured a large number of cannons and heavy machine guns as temporary defense weapons for the Echo Islands. He also manufactured hundreds of Centaurs to form an air defense force.

He left Chong Quan behind to serve as the garrison general of the Echo Islands to provide military support to Ronin.

Azuregos serves as an advisor, providing magical support to Rhonin and acting as a liaison to the guardian dragons.

After the Battle of Mount Hyjal, several forces were exhausted and in urgent need of rest and recuperation.

Jack didn't have to worry about them suddenly starting a war, so he returned to Lordaeron with peace of mind, where there was still a powerful enemy to be defeated.

However, not long after he left, a large fleet attacked Theramore. Admiral Daelin Proudmoore appeared before Jaina and sternly rebuked her for forgetting her brother's hatred.

The admiral then prepared to organize a fleet to launch a raid on Orgrimmar.

Jaina was helpless and could only tell Rhonin about this. Rhonin immediately went to Theramore with a heavy fist, raided the docks, and took control of all the ships.

In front of the air knights, the Kul Tiras fleet, which had no air defense capability, had no ability to resist. If Ronin had not instructed not to hurt anyone, the air knights would only need some magic bombs to deal with this seemingly powerful fleet.

Daelin was very angry and accused Ronin of betraying the Human Alliance.

Rhonin said in a cold voice: "Where were you when Lordaeron and Dalaran were destroyed? You didn't dare to fight the undead army, but instead attacked the orcs who had stopped fighting. You really are a coward."

The admiral was speechless, but stiffened his neck and said, "The hatred between Kul Tiras and the orcs will never end."

Ronin said calmly, "Before the orcs break the armistice agreement, they are protected by the Silver Covenant. If the Kul Tiras fleet still wants to continue the attack, I will sink all the warships and let you swim back to Kul Tiras."

Faced with such a threat, the admiral finally compromised. Although he hated the orcs, he could not watch his soldiers die in vain.
