I'll also work hard to conquer the dungeon today.

Chapter 648, Section 24: Malicious Intent

Chapter 648, Section 2.4: Malicious Intent
With a loud 'bang,' the beautiful fountain in the center of the town collapsed into ruins. A shattered angel fell, and a crystal-clear diamond rolled a few times on the ground. Clear water flowed on the clean ground, reflecting the dim sky.

His slightly disheveled, long, silver-purple hair framed a face that was both androgynous and stunningly beautiful, tinged with panic and a hint of embarrassment. He kept backing away, his iris-purple eyes gleaming with disbelief.

Even in his most disheveled state, he couldn't hide his inherent alluring charm.

When he appeared, the residents on the street couldn't help but look at him, their eyes filled with fervor and admiration.

The man glanced at the people around him with disgust, then glared at the man not far away again.

“Dionysus!” He clenched his fists tightly, his face showing a hint of humiliation.

A handsome young man dressed in a white divine robe slowly walked out, his steps like those of an angel descending to earth, exuding a holy aura. His tousled hair was casually scattered, letting the breeze lift the strands.

He slightly raised his eyes, revealing a pair of azure eyes, as clear as the sky, beneath curled platinum eyelashes. A hint of coldness lingered in his eyes as he looked at Adele with a light laugh, warning, "Mr. Adele, we are merely acting on His Majesty's orders to invite you to the Kingdom of the Unbelievable. Please do not make things difficult for us, okay?"

"Hospitalize? Visit? Who would believe that?! Where did you take my aide?" Adele glared angrily at the wine-red-haired man who hadn't uttered a word and demanded.

“Mr. Adele, haven’t you figured out the situation yet? You don’t have a choice here. You just have to obey.” The angelic boy frowned, then relaxed his brow and said softly.

Dionysus simply stood quietly at the head of the table, hands in his pockets, casually poised, showing no intention of speaking. His long, narrow, golden phoenix eyes slightly lifted, lazily glancing at the two before lowering again.

The white sacrificial robes swayed gently in the breeze, subtly revealing fair arms and a strong, flat chest and abdomen. Even in such revealing attire, they still exuded an unapproachable, aloof air, like the wine-drinking deities sung about by bards, a blend of absurdity and elegance.

Just as the angelic boy placed his hand to his lips, preparing to whistle and give a command, Dionysus slowly and lazily spoke up with a warning.

"Ficher." The deep voice, tinged with a lazy, husky intoxication, was like a fine red wine, leaving a lingering aftertaste.

Fischer stiffened slightly, frowned, reluctantly lowered his hand, took a few steps back, and hid behind Dionysus, peeking out to continue observing Adele. He almost forgot that he had come out with Dionysus this time.

“He has always been ruthless in dealing with traitors, so you need not worry about Tang Shuna.” With his long, narrow, golden phoenix eyes fixed on Adele, Dionysus waved his hand, signaling the priests behind him to step forward and grab Adele.

"Dionysus! You know perfectly well who the real traitor is!?" Adele drew her longsword and without hesitation killed the priest who stepped forward to grab her, her brows furrowed as she spoke with hatred.

Dionysus slightly lifted his eyelids and asked in a lazy, leisurely tone, "Yes, I know. But so what?"

"You!" Adele choked, completely unexpected that Dionysus would have such an attitude.

“I’m just following orders to take you away. What does that have to do with who you are or who the traitor is? I don’t need to worry about such things. Just treat yourself as a tool that can be used at will. Don’t you agree, Mr. Adele?”

Those long, narrow, gilded phoenix eyes were only cold and inscrutable, devoid of any superfluous personal emotions. Just as he said, he only regarded himself as a tool that could be used at will, so he had no need for personal feelings.

Adele moved her thin lips, suddenly feeling that something was very wrong. Dionysus's attitude was so strange that it felt very incongruous.

He took a deep breath and said a few words to the priests who were attacking him. The priests paused slightly, then turned around and attacked Dionysus instead.

Dionysus's eyes were empty and cold, his expression as calm as an ancient, unchanging sculpture. He slightly raised his hand and snapped his fingers. Several bolts of lightning descended from the sky, striking the priests who were attacking them directly on the head, and their bodies stiffened as they fell to the ground.

Fischer glanced at Dionysus in astonishment, then turned his gaze back to Adele. He was actually quite curious about this famous Ms. Adele, though it was a pity that such a person would soon…

With a creak, a door on a street corner not far away slowly opened at this crucial moment.

"Don't fight in front of my shop. No customers dare to come in." Qiong glanced at the group, then pointed to the frightened ordinary players not far away and said calmly.

"Hmm? Joan! Long time no see!" Fitcher turned his head and saw Joan, whose face was painted as white as a ghost. He chuckled and waved to her as a greeting.

"Could this be considered a spider's territorial instinct?" Dionysus looked up at Joan coldly and said indifferently.

"Interpret it however you like, Adele is the leader of our Fairy Tale Kingdom. There's no reason for her to be taken away by you guys from the Wonderful Kingdom. Aren't you taking yourselves too seriously?" Joan said slowly, ignoring Adele and looking at the white spider that had just hatched on her fingertip.

"Does Joan remember what he said?" Dionysus narrowed his eyes and warned.

“Sorry, I’m hard of hearing.” Joan’s laughter was slightly manic as he flicked his fingers, sending the white spider flying onto Fitcher.

"Ahhh, don't come any closer! Little Jiu, save me!" Fitcher was so frightened by the spider that he took several steps back and then turned and ran away. He sounded like he was about to cry.

Dionysus gave Joan a deep look, his expression somewhat enigmatic, before turning and walking in the direction Ficher had gone.

Adele breathed a sigh of relief and collapsed to the ground, panting heavily, after the group left.

"Thank you," Adele said softly.

"I'll only serve you one cup of tea," Joan said curtly, her face expressionless. Without waiting for Adele's reply, she turned and went back into the shop.

Adele paused for a moment, then struggled to her feet and limped toward the 'House of Silk'.

His violet eyes were filled with confusion. What important thing had he forgotten? Why was Lanlos becoming increasingly undisguised...?

Fitch is a new character, one of the Sloth Apostles.

Adele's fighting skills are among the worst; she's really bad. Having been imprisoned for so long and suffering from amnesia, she's basically no match for anyone.

Xiao Jiu's fighting skills are also among the top ten. Although he always says he is weak, he is actually very strong.

Therefore, it's fair to say that Adele didn't lose unjustly.
