Chapter 63, Section 1.5: Neighbors
"Good morning." Fish placed the fried eggs and sausages on the table and smiled as she watched the girl come down the stairs.

"You mean by 'cooperating' to take me to your temporary residence?" Mu Yegui tugged at her long black dress, turned to look at Fei Xiu, and asked seriously.

Fisch chuckled and pulled out a chair for Mu Yegui, then leaned down and whispered intimately in her ear, "We always have to create a false impression. That businessman is very suspicious, especially since we are now on the border of the Kingdom of Truth. The residents here are best at finding fault."

Mu Yegui looked down at the sumptuous breakfast and asked, "The clown is also so multi-talented?" Speaking of which, Ifa is also very good at cooking, but he is a butler and it's different. But the fact that Fish can cook also surprised her.

"Now I am Fish, not the clown of the Amazing Circus." His azure eyes looked at the glass of water in front of him, the surface of which reflected the extreme madness in his eyes, but his face was smiling and very charming.

[Attention! A second crown prince has been chosen!]

[Attention! A second crown prince has been chosen!]

[Attention! A second crown prince has been chosen!]

Mu Yegui was slightly taken aback. Had a second person appeared so quickly? He wondered what that person's title was...

"Will the tavern's newspaper register a second crown prince?" she asked, looking up at Fish.

"It's updated every March, so we'll have to wait until March to find out who the second crown prince is," Fish said frankly, without hiding anything.

In March, there should be three people on the list of crown princes. Of course, Mu Yegui's guess of three did not include herself. She thought that Daolin was so smart that he should become crown prince soon. As for the other person, it was the second crown prince who was just reported.

The reason she didn't connect the crown prince with Dao Lin was entirely because Dao Lin's storyline wouldn't end so quickly. Moreover, the Sinful Kingdom's storyline was unpredictable; even Dao Lin himself had mentioned a civil war to come. Mu Yegui was willing to leave with Fei Xiu because of the ever-changing rules; she didn't want Mu Yin to get involved, as Mu Yin was far too easily swayed.

It's not fair to say Mu Yin is stupid; it's just that he's easily influenced by external factors, which could trigger his innate madness, and in that case, everyone would likely suffer.

The Samuro race is inherently bloodthirsty; they are born to fight and possess unparalleled strength. Mu Yegui, as the alternate personality, is also influenced by her race, being the same person. However, she is naturally cold and not easily swayed by external influences, allowing her to suppress her true nature through sheer willpower.

"I exist because of Xiaoyin. Sometimes I wonder what I would do if Xiaoyin were gone? Am I being selfish by thinking like this?" Mu Yegui sat at the dining table, looking down at the sumptuous breakfast in front of her. Her expression was calm, but a hint of struggle appeared in her clear, cold silver eyes.

“You can be a little more selfish.” Fishu gently placed his hand on Mu Yegui’s head and patted it softly.

"No, Xiaoyin is Xiaoyin. I shouldn't think like that." Without Xiaoyin, she wouldn't be herself anymore...

Fei Xiu listened casually, a shadow of gloom flashing in his azure eyes, clearly dissatisfied with Mu Yegui's words. A strange smile curled at the corner of his mouth. Why not let him help out?

The doorbell rang softly, and Fei Xiuwei straightened her shirt and slowly opened the door.

"Hello, Tianma Express, you have a package to sign for." The courier was a man whose face was obscured by a hat and mask, but his voice revealed him to be a young man.

Fish picked up a pen, signed his name, and then took the package. The door behind him slowly closed, and he walked to the coffee table and placed the package on it.

Mu Yegui glanced at the rather large-looking delivery box, but turned back to continue enjoying his breakfast. "I had the police send me the information on that phantom thief before, and I didn't expect they would actually prepare it. It saved me a lot of trouble." Fei Xiu opened the delivery box and saw many photos and documents inside, and chuckled.

"Isn't it forbidden for the police to leak secrets?" At least in interstellar police it's very strict, but it doesn't seem to be the case here.

“I borrowed Detective Flavro’s name and told the police I was willing to help, and that’s how they lent me the information.” Fisch looked down at the photos and found nothing particularly noteworthy.

"Detective Flaro?" Mu Yegui was not from the Kingdom of Truth, so he naturally did not know how respected Detective Flaro was in the Kingdom of Truth.

Fish pointed to the wall on the left and said slowly, "An old smoker, but very smart. He's a well-known detective in the Kingdom of Truth. His house is right next to ours."

Mu Yegui: "..." You dare to impersonate Detective Flaro like this? Aren't you afraid he'll expose you?

A 'thump-thump' sound came from the left wall, which seemed to be the sound of a blunt object violently hitting the wall.

Mu Yegui stood up, picked up the plate, and took a few steps back. The next second, the wall broke open, and the crimson liquid flowed into the white carpet, staining it red.

A kind-looking, handsome middle-aged man lay in a pool of blood, gesturing in the air with a pipe in his hand. Another masked man, upon seeing Fishu and Mu Yegui on the other side of the wall, dropped his hammer in fright and turned to run away.

Mu Yegui picked up a small sausage with a fork and put it in his mouth to chew. His face was calm and unaffected by the cruel scene in front of him. He even continued to enjoy his breakfast.

Fei Xiu flung open the door and said to Mu Yegui before leaving, "Go call the police. The number is posted on the phone."

Mu Yegui moved her little head and stuffed all the food on the plate into her mouth in one go, her cheeks puffing out slightly like a cute little hamster. As she chewed, she walked over to the man lying in a pool of blood and reached out to feel the pulse on his neck.

His body temperature was relatively normal, but his pulse was somewhat irregular.

She moved the man's head; the back of his head had been struck with a blunt object, but the wound was not fatal. Nevertheless, he might suffer a concussion, which could lead to more serious consequences.

After thinking it over, Mu Yegui put him down, slowly washed her hands, and then obediently called the police.

I really didn't want to help if I hadn't been forced into it.

She didn't move anything; she just checked to make sure the person wasn't dead, since it would be troublesome if they were. She had promised to go to the exhibition with Fisch, but…

Since no game rules have been introduced yet, it means that this is not a dungeon, but rather an attempted murder incident. It's best to leave it to the professionals to handle.

This is indeed a dungeon, but it's not the dungeon that Mu Yegui participated in.
