I'll also work hard to conquer the dungeon today.

Chapter 554, Part 21: The Crown Prince

Chapter 554 2.1 The Crown Prince (Part 1)

In the middle of the large room was a huge oval table, which occupied four-fifths of the entire room.

Each seat is engraved with the totem of the crown prince, and a nameplate bearing the crown prince's title is placed in front of the table, implicitly telling everyone that it is a reserved seat and no one other than the owner is allowed to sit there.

Only one chair sits alone at the head of the table as the seat of honor. Moreover, the totem markings on that chair are a black mist, as if it forbids anyone from peeking in, or as if that is its very nature.

There were some cabinets placed against the walls around the room, seemingly for storing things. In the very center of the low cabinet was a large and deep treasure box. The red velvet surface was very soft to the touch and would not damage any treasures.

There are 36 recessed areas in total. What should be placed in those areas...?

The walls were covered with papers of various sizes and titles, which, judging by the names alone, seemed to be: [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Worst Interpersonal Relationships], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Most Popular Relationships], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Height of Their Crown Princes], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Heaviest Weight of Their Crown Princes], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Strongest Combat Skills], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Highest Intelligence], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Strongest Overall Strength (Updated in Real Time)], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Highest Wealth of Their Crown Princes], [Ranking of Crown Princes with the Best Luck]...

Each crown prince was meticulously listed, with detailed descriptions provided, and no private information was hidden.

It inexplicably gives people a sense of shame, like being publicly executed.

I still prefer the five piggy banks of different sizes, each with a label that says the following:
[Discussion: The Crown Prince's Various Little-Known Quirks (Please donate 5 gold coins to view; repetition rate not guaranteed)]

[Book: Detailed information on the item (to view, please insert 3 gold coins; duplicates are not guaranteed, but there is a chance of finding information on the Crown Prince's item)]

[Chat: Come on, let's chat! (For chatting, please donate coins, 1 coin/minute)]

[Luck: Various minor buffs (Please insert 3 gold coins to use; detailed effects may vary, and you may not have more than three buffs on you at once)]

[Secret: Information about various dungeons (To view, please donate 5 gold coins; information content is random.)]

The three piggy banks have a note in front of them: "All of the above were provided by the Information House and Philo for the convenience of the Crown Prince. Please use them responsibly (damage will be compensated, and I won't name any specific person here).

The creaking door was slowly pushed open, and the empty conference room attracted the first crown prince.

A head popped out from behind the door. "Nobody here?"

Her silver, tousled hair was neatly styled, with the strands on the right side held back by two simple black hair clips. The loose hair at the back of her head was casually tied into a neat little pigtail to prevent it from running around, making her look fashionable and cool.

His clear, pure, lake-blue eyes radiated youthful energy. He glanced around the room before pushing the door open and entering. His simple black short-sleeved sweatshirt exuded a unique, carefree beauty, and a white bracelet on his left wrist swayed gently with his movements.

"Hmm? Not a single person here? I thought someone had already arrived." Mingxi frowned, seemingly lost in thought.

"Because you remembered the time wrong." He said softly, in the same voice but with a gentler tone than before.

The boy who walked out from behind Mingxi was wearing a white hoodie. Although it was the same style, it gave him a gentle and handsome look. His silver bangs were gently clipped back with an invisible hair clip, and his handsome face was adorned with a pair of silver-rimmed round glasses, which added a touch of refined scholarly elegance to his appearance.

Two points of light, one white and one yellow, surrounded him, flying aimlessly and exuding a mysterious aura.

He chuckled and pushed up his glasses, the black bracelet on his right wrist swaying slightly.

"What does it matter? It's good to get familiar with the environment first anyway." Mingxi raised an eyebrow, walked around the huge round table, and finally stopped in front of two chairs side by side. He pointed and said in disbelief, "What is this? Two people sitting together? It's probably arranged like couple seats. Two seats close together is one thing, but these couple seats are disgusting!"

Ming Jin remained silent. He subconsciously took out a pink lollipop from his pocket, tore off the wrapper, and put it in his mouth.

After savoring the sweet taste melting in his mouth, he glanced at the two chairs side by side that Mingxi had pointed to, seemingly inseparable and deeply in love. He suddenly realized that Mingxi was right; those chairs side by side were indeed full of malice.

I want to smash it.

Two pairs of lake-blue eyes stared intently at the two chairs. Then, the two chairs moved silently to the sides at a speed visible to the naked eye, from being right next to each other to being about 5cm apart. But they didn't move again after that, obviously having moved to their limit.

"It's barely acceptable," Mingxi said reluctantly.

“This is the Crown Prince’s room.” Ming Jin took out two cards from a cabinet on the wall with a sun totem painted on it. The cards were proof of each half of the sun totem. When put together, they formed the whole totem, which was exactly the same as the totem on the back of the two people’s hands.

Mingxi shrugged and said helplessly, "It's a room as expected. I hope it has two beds instead of a double bed. Someone's sleeping posture is too bad."

"Don't cry wolf, I'm a very good sleeper," Ming Jin said, rolling her eyes at Ming Xi.

Mingxi sat down casually and picked up the nameplate on the table, playing with it casually.

“The environment here is nice; I’m even thinking of making this my base. It would be even better if there was a kitchen in the room, like a studio apartment,” Ming Jin said slowly, handing a card to Ming Xi.

"Who do you think will be next?" Mingxi asked, looking bored as she leaned on the table and stuffed the food into her shirt pocket.

“According to…” Ming Jin was interrupted by Ming Xi after only two words.

"You're not allowed to use your prophetic abilities!" Mingxi sat up abruptly, frowning in disapproval.

"I mean, based on everyone's personality, the next one should be Xin Bai. After all, this guy isn't one to wait, and he's just as prone to misremembering the time as you are."

Ming Jin took a few steps back to avoid the area affected by the door, and silently counted 'one, two, three' in his mind.

When the count reached three, there was a loud 'click' as the door was suddenly pushed open and slammed against the wall with a pitiful groan.

The boy who walked in had very healthy bronze skin, and his white, short hair was a little long. A three-strand braid was tied on the left side of his face and swayed gently with his movements.

A pair of fluffy cat ears on his head twitched slightly. His exquisite and handsome face wore a confident and proud smile, and his sandy gold cat eyes stared intently at Mingxi, who was sitting leisurely in the chair.

Its long white tail swayed slightly, then stood up like a bristling ruffle.

"You damned Mingxi, I'm going to fight you to the death today!!"
