Chapter 525, page 2.1-39: The Crown: The Treasure of a Lost Dynasty
"The language of God, as the name suggests, is the language of God. The emergence of the language of God originated from God's pride, so in general, in any sentence with 'I', 'Weins' [the language of God: I, my] always comes first. In any sentence with 'I' or 'you', it always begins with 'Weins of yer' for emphasis."

The king leaned back on his throne, resting his chin on his hand as he watched Mu Yegui sitting on the steps, writing on a clay tablet. His chest was still bandaged, and several women were gently massaging him. Golden chains secured Mu Yegui to the side of the throne, preventing her from escaping.

“Divine language has no embellishment; it is spoken very directly, because divine language is as arrogant and disdainful of others as the gods themselves,” Wang said slowly, narrowing his golden vertical pupils.

Mu Yegui held the clay tablet and a stone pencil, writing something on it while nodding as he wrote.

“What if it’s ‘he’, ‘she’, or ‘it’?” Mu Yegui paused slightly and asked.

“There is no third-person pronoun in the divine language,” Wang sneered.

After all, conversations with God can only take place face-to-face. It's impossible for God to address others in the third person; God is arrogant and disdains doing such things.

Just as Mu Yegui was pondering what to write on the clay tablet, he heard a roar from the throne, "Get out! Did I ask you to touch it?!" This was followed by a splash of crimson blood on the ground.

Actually, calling Wang cruel is not an exaggeration; after all, that's his nature. It's just that he sometimes gives people the impression that he's easy to talk to.

The woman beside him knelt on the ground, trembling, pleading for the king's forgiveness in fear, lest she suffer the same fate as the woman who had touched the king without permission.

Mu Yegui raised her eyes and glanced at the remains of bones, flesh, and blood on the ground, then asked softly, "Can I go out for a walk?"

"Hmm? Where to?" Wang asked, looking coldly at Mu Yegui.

"Your sense of smell is too good. The blood smells so bad it's almost pungent. Only you could remain unaffected by such an environment." Mu Yegui praised Wang without changing his expression, but he was actually implying that Wang's nose was not sensitive enough, or that his actions of polluting the environment were too unscrupulous.

"You're not going anywhere, you're staying right here." Wang waved for the woman beside him to leave and shouted, "Clean it up."

At that moment, Bertias slowly walked in and asked, "It seems someone has come from the temple. Should we see them?"

"I won't see him. Just give him a random room and leave him there until I want to see him again," the king said coldly.

With her cool, silver eyes watching Bertias slowly walk away, she turned to the king and asked, "Can only gods speak divine language?"

Wang casually picked up the clay tablet beside him and began to examine it, answering impatiently as he looked at it, "Generally speaking, it's possible that God might have given it to someone else on his own initiative."

"Then, if God were to record certain secrets, would He also write them in divine language?" She asked this because she had found a parchment in her room with divine language on it, but the contents were incomplete and even missing a part.

"Why are you asking so many questions?" Wang asked, glancing suspiciously at Mu Yegui with his golden, vertical pupils.

"Because I want to write a hymn of praise for the King, but I don't want to be discovered by others, so I want to pretend it was written by another god, is that not allowed?" Mu Yegui asked thoughtfully. "Hmph, is that so?" the King replied coldly, clearly not believing Mu Yegui's nonsense.

Mu Yegui sat silently on the steps, listening quietly as the king handled state affairs, while pondering what to do next.

A lot happened during the three months she was away.

The first one should be the dark creatures that suddenly became elusive. They only appear once or twice occasionally, but their actions are completely unpredictable, and so far it is impossible to guess what they want to do.

The second incident was the destruction of Dionysus's shrine, the timing of which always seemed too opportune. According to Dionysus, he suddenly felt his shrine shatter the day after he discovered the fruit that could temporarily strip the gods of their divinity.

Before that, they at most felt that their people were praying to him for salvation, but they weren't particularly emotionally agitated. At least before the shrine was destroyed, they had always held a devout attitude towards him, until that day when it turned into hatred, as if someone had deliberately stirred up their emotions.

The third thing was the king's change in attitude. He had seemed quite peaceful before, and hadn't even displayed much of his cruel nature, but three months later, he was just like the one depicted in the murals. However, she had asked the servants, and nothing had happened that caused the king's personality to change; it had just suddenly become like this.

However, since the king's cruelty was notorious, when such a thing actually happened, it did not cause any panic or commotion, but was instead taken for granted.

The fourth matter involves a theft at the royal palace. It was widely known at the time, but no matter how thoroughly the investigation was conducted, nothing was found missing. The only discrepancy was the footprints found at the entrance to the treasury; no matching footprints could be found. The matter was eventually dropped, but Mu Yegui felt it was more complex than it seemed, and that it might happen again.

The fifth thing is probably that Bertias and Noyce switched roles. Before she left, Noyce was more trusted by the king, but just three months later, Bertias became the king's confidant, while Noyce was constantly assigned to work outside, and even Lin Ya became a doorman.

Unfortunately, she didn't get a chance to ask, and even listening quietly, she couldn't glean any relevant clues.

Shui Qi has probably arrived here by now, and has likely infiltrated the Dark Faction. Her group is currently scattered, and she is even under the control of the King.

Bertheas's attitude was somewhat puzzling, but now was not the time to ask. Dolin was still trapped in the temple, unable to escape, while Jafar had been sent by her to disrupt the temple.

Actually, it wasn't so much that she was controlled by the king. If she had resisted from the beginning, she wouldn't have been arrested. The main reason was that she wanted to observe the king's actions up close.

The chains binding her require a specific key to open, but there's no sign of the key yet, meaning she's currently unable to break free.

Dionysus had taught her divine language, and her learning from the king here was merely an attempt to find a plausible excuse to use it.

Actually, I'm pretty good at making things up.
