Chapter 264 The Reality of the Outside World (Part Two)

In a futuristic room filled with holographic screens, a boy who looks about nine years old, wearing round-framed glasses, stares intently at the holographic screens in front of him.

The screen was flashing with all sorts of incomprehensible characters, and several lines that looked like an electrocardiogram, pulsating in a wave-like pattern.

Suddenly, several lines began to pulsate violently.

Her curly hair made her short hair extremely fluffy, which made her pretty and delicate face even more beautiful. Even though her beautiful purple eyes were slightly covered by glasses, they still couldn't hide their clear and pure nature.

He rested his chin on his hand, glanced at the screen with utter boredom, took a sip of the orange juice beside him, and said calmly, "The fluctuations are getting bigger; it seems the time has come."

"Then we can begin the plan." Nalan Xu yawned, casually pressed a key, and said.

About an hour passed.

Accompanied by a loud, slightly hoarse boy's voice, the automatic door slowly opened.

"Dr. Nalanxu! I've heard the time has come! That means we can get in, right?!"

The boy who was speaking had a sexy bronze complexion, wore a loose brown hat, and dressed casually in a short-sleeved shirt and shorts. A long tail with fine white fur grew from his tailbone, swaying slightly as he spoke.

His eyes were sand-gold vertical pupils, constantly displaying the characteristics that he was not human, but an extremely rare, transformed white tiger beastman.

They are even descendants of a surviving orc race that was on the verge of extinction.

The two people sitting in their seats glanced up at him at the same time, then lowered their heads again to continue doing what they were doing.

"Don't ignore me!" Xin Bai's lips twitched slightly as he thought to himself.

"Could you please stop your loud voice? Even if I didn't have that sensory organ, I'd still feel a headache coming on," Napern said slowly, taking a small sip of his orange juice.

"Huh? How come there's an extra person? Did you give birth to Dr. Nalan Xu?" Xin Bai looked at Napern, who looked only nine years old, with a puzzled expression, then turned to look at Nalan Xu's flat stomach and asked.

"You silly boy, please use your little head before you speak. How can you give birth to yourself? Show me how you give birth to one. Although I do have to call her Mother, it doesn't mean she can give birth to me using human physiology alone."

Napern took off his round-framed glasses and placed them on the table. He glanced at them briefly, his eyes looking as if he were looking at an idiot.

"You ran way too fast, were you in a hurry to be reincarnated?" Two identical-looking boys slowly walked in. The one who spoke was wearing a black hoodie, but had a white bracelet on his left wrist.

"Hmm...that makes sense..." The boy, wearing a white hoodie and a black bracelet on his left wrist, mumbled with a lollipop in his mouth.

The two looked almost identical; if it weren't for the different colors of their clothes, it would be impossible to tell them apart.

"You're here, Jin and Xi." Nalan Xu reached out and gently swiped in the air, and a small holographic screen appeared in front of her, floating in front of her as she moved.

"The three of you should undergo a physical examination first. Once you're sure there are no problems, you can prepare to depart," the doctor said slowly, guiding the three to three egg-shaped pods side by side. The twins nodded and each chose one to lie down in. Xin Bai sniffed the egg-shaped pod first, but still obediently lay down in it.

In just a moment, all three people's physical stats appeared on the holographic screen in front of Nalan Xu.

"Just as I thought, three SSS-level beings. They might surpass Marshal Shen and achieve the highest honors in the future. I wonder if the Empire will hunt me down after they find out I took them away without permission." Nalan Xu chuckled gloatingly, a cold light flashing in his golden eyes.

“I don’t know if they will hunt you down, but Lieutenant General Mingxi will definitely hunt you down.” Napern adjusted the shuttle he was about to use, making sure it wouldn’t cause any damage when it encountered a black hole.

“Mingxi…” Nalan Xu seemed to have thought of something and frowned slightly. “I don’t have time to deal with these things. Saving Xiao Yegui on one hand and creating the ‘Second World’ on the other is already enough to annoy me.”

“Mu Ye Gui?” Napern’s expression turned thoughtful. He had heard this name from Nalan Xu more than once. It seemed that she was her 'sister' on the imperial household register. He was a little curious.

“I’m a little worried. I’m more worried about Ye Gui than Mu Yin. Ever since she appeared, I’ve had a very bad feeling, and it hasn’t stopped. Although I’ve gotten used to this feeling of having a sense of danger but never having it come true, I still feel uneasy. I don’t know when it will suddenly come true.”

"Your 'danger warning' ability, which is like a jinx? It never comes true for good things, but it's amazing how it always comes true for bad things. It's probably a miracle you're still alive," Naperne scoffed sarcastically.

“You’re right, but little brother, I have you now. If I accidentally die, then my little Ye Gui will have to be taken care of by you. Remember to keep my inheritance safe for little Ye Gui. I won’t give a single thing that belongs to me to anyone other than little Ye Gui.”

"..." Napern was silent for a moment, then suddenly woke up and said angrily, "Wait! I'm also that Mu Yegui??"

“Yes, aren’t you also my private property? So when I die, you will naturally belong to Xiao Ye Gui, isn’t that great!” Nalan Xu chuckled and said.

Napern's expression turned cold, and he muttered a few words through gritted teeth, "I don't want to run into an idiot."

The indicator light on the egg-shaped cabin turned green and the door slowly opened.

Their conversation came to an abrupt halt.

Nalan Xu glanced at the three men's medical check-up forms, then nodded and said, "They all meet the standards. Xin isn't very bright, but that can be compensated for by his martial prowess, so it's not a big problem. You should set off now."

"What do you mean I'm not very smart! I feel like my life as a tiger has been severely discriminated against by you two-legged creatures!!"

"Alright, big cat, it's time for you to go." Napern casually pressed a button on the table, then waved to the three of them, calmly saying, "Have a pleasant journey in advance~"

The ground beneath their feet vanished in an instant, and they suddenly lost their footing and plummeted to the ground.

"Aaaaaaahhhhh!" Xin Bai's energetic and spirited scream echoed through the air, lingering for a long time.

Nalan Xu shook his head helplessly and sighed, "It's so good to be healthy~ Next up is the 'Second World'..."

A cold, inorganic light flashed in her golden eyes, and the corners of her lips curled up slightly, as if she had made some interesting decision.
