Chapter 238, page 1.17, 15: A Night of Madness
"So many playing cards." Mu Yegui looked at the various surprise boxes, top hats, and playing cards scattered on the floor in the room, his expression slightly puzzled.

In the very center of the table are Hearts [7], Clubs [3], Clubs [6], Hearts [A]. Pick up a card at random and you'll see a groove on the bottom and a '+' on top.

All the cards were removed, and the numbers represented addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Does the final answer have to be 21?
(6-3)×7×1=21
Ling Tong looked down at Mu Yegui as he laid out the playing cards, remaining silent.

Just as Mu Yegui placed the last card, there was a click, as if the door lock had been opened.

"So it really is 21, how easy." Mu Yegui turned and walked towards the opened door.

Ling Tong had only taken one step forward when she stopped and reached out to pick up an advertising flyer from the table.

[Surprise! Just 21 minutes until the show starts, and you could perform with a superstar magician! Don't miss it!]

21 to go?

Why the number 21?

Ling Tong walked out with doubts in her eyes, and what she saw was a long corridor.

Mu Yegui stood in the corridor and glanced around. He pointed to the door that Ling Tong had just closed and said, "The door we used to enter the room and this door are on the same wall. Why is it that when we come out, it's a corridor? And according to the length of the corridor, there should be two doors here. We were in another room before we entered the room."

Then she added, "Keya never caught up."

“The magician’s territory, so everything is an illusion.” Ling Tong took a few steps forward. At the end of the corridor was still a door with a golden cube on it.

"I'm opening the door," Ling Tong reminded him, turning around to open the guardhouse door.

It appears to be a bedroom, but it's upside down; the ceiling has become the floor. Surprisingly, the blankets and sheets haven't fallen down. Are they fixed in place?

There were many boxes on the ground, one of which was even half her height.

Mu Yegui stood before the large box, his expression filled with curiosity. He reached out and opened it, uttering only a flat "Ah," a completely emotionless exclamation, before falling silent.

"Don't open the box casually..." Ling Tong glanced around, then looked at where Mu Yegui was. The person who should have been standing in front of the box had disappeared, leaving only the wide-open box.

Ling Tong: "..." Your curiosity is always so strong.

Then, after a sound, the wardrobe on the ceiling suddenly opened, and a dark figure darted out.

Ling Tong took two steps to the side and reached out to catch the person who fell from the sky.

"Ah. It looks like an amusement park." Mu Yegui's mouth was slightly open, her delicate face as expressionless as ever, her tone flat and devoid of any emotion, yet it still gave people a sense of surprise and joy.

"One more time." Mu Yegui broke free from Ling Tong and tried to run to the large box, but Ling Tong grabbed him by the back of his collar.

"Are you a child?" Ling Tong asked with a helpless sigh.

"I'm already in my sixties." With her pink lips slightly pursed, Mu Yegui turned to look at Ling Tong and said in a serious tone.

Ling Tong stared intently into those emotionless, cold silver eyes with her long, narrow, golden-orange eyes, and asked in return, "So, you're trying to say you're an adult?"

Mu Yegui nodded very seriously and said, "Yes."

Ling Tong's expression softened, and she reached out to touch Mu Yegui's fluffy, soft hair with a hint of helplessness, saying softly, "He's still just a child." Even so, a faint smile appeared on her lips.

The next second, Mu Yegui grabbed Ling Tong's wrist, opened his mouth to reveal sharp little tiger teeth, and was about to bite Ling Tong's wrist, but Ling Tong decisively covered his mouth. Always being attacked suddenly, he had developed a conditioned reflex.

Mu Yegui pursed her pink lips and turned her head away, seemingly throwing a tantrum and not wanting to pay attention to Ling Tong.

In this respect, he has a childish temper.

The two remained silent, each looking through the various items in the room.

"It seems like Tong has never called me by my name even once." Mu Yegui held a small box to his ear and shook it, then suddenly looked at Ling Tong and asked.

Ling Tong was slightly taken aback, wondering why Mu Yegui had suddenly brought this up.

"I've been calling you Tong, but Tong has never called me by my name even once. I'm so sad." If it weren't for that expressionless face and emotionless tone, it would be more believable.

“You’ve never introduced yourself to me before,” Ling Tong said truthfully, putting down her top hat and picking up a Rubik’s Cube that had fallen to the ground.

Mu Yegui blinked, his expression seemingly extremely surprised but still maintaining a blank face, and said, "Didn't I introduce you?"

He glanced at Mu Yegui with his narrow, golden-orange eyes and said, "No."

"Then let me reintroduce myself." Mu Yegui walked to the locked door, turned back to look at Ling Tong, and said, "I am Mu Yegui, you can call me Momo, that's my nickname."

His cool, silver eyes were fixed on Ling Tong, like a deep, ancient pool that could not reflect any image, but Ling Tong felt that those eyes were shining, and she was eagerly anticipating him calling her name.

“Mu Ye Gui,” Ling Tong sighed softly.

"Don't call me that." Mu Yegui shook her head and said seriously.

“…Ye…Gui.” As soon as she finished speaking, Ling Tong touched her face, seemingly trying to hide her shyness.

"Call Momo." Mu Yegui's eyes remained fixed on Ling Tong's eyes, as if she wouldn't give up until Ling Tong called her.

Ling Tong lowered her head to look at the Rubik's Cube in her hand, and as if to change the subject, slowly said, "There's something wrong with this Rubik's Cube, let me solve it first..."

Before he could finish speaking, the Rubik's Cube in his hand was slapped away. Mu Yegui, who had been standing far away at the door, was now standing in front of him, one hand raised as if she were the one who had slapped the Rubik's Cube on the ground.

Her cool, silver eyes were fixed on him, and one could faintly sense her anger.

It seems she's angry.

"Stop fooling around, solve the Rubik's Cube first, or we won't be able to get out," Ling Tong said, frowning slightly.

"Call me by my name." Mu Yegui pursed her pink lips, her voice slightly lowered, carrying a hint of danger.

Ling Tong remained silent.

Mu Yegui reached out and took out a black book, opened it, and wrote something on the book with his other hand. Then, with a 'click', the door opened.

"Even if you can't solve it, I can still open the door." Mu Yegui casually put away the Nightmare Book, narrowed his eyes, and said coldly, "Shout."

He was completely enraged, and this Mu Yegui was even more dangerous and unapproachable than usual.
