Jack nodded in response, then walked straight to Jubal and Alice, who were busy at work. "How's the tracking of the Ford Explorer with the stolen ATF going?"

Alice, without looking up from the screen, replied, "GPS was manually turned off. The last known location of this car, based on its license plate, is the Holland Tunnel."

"You mean they left the city?" Jack frowned. The Holland Tunnel is a river tunnel connecting Manhattan and Jersey City, New Jersey. Jubal shook his head, his chin resting on a pencil. "Quite the opposite. They changed the license plates. They put the ATF agent's license plates on another Ford Explorer of the same model, and the owner didn't even notice the plates had been switched when he was pulled over in Jersey City."

"So they are buying time; their destination should still be on the island."

Jack walked behind Alice and looked at the computer screen in front of her. Countless surveillance images were flashing by at a speed that was too fast for the naked eye to see, comparing them to the license plate of a certain unfortunate car owner.

"Twenty minutes ago, at the intersection of Moser Street and West 11th Street." Alice typed on the keyboard, directly pulling up the surveillance video.

The intersection surveillance camera had a great angle, clearly showing the two people sitting in the car. Although their faces were obscured by baseball caps, people could still recognize them as Reese and Mark Snow at a glance, and they were wearing jackets with the ATF logo.

Alice frowned as she looked at the screen and pulled up the details. "It's a commercial office building. It doesn't look special. The main tenants are financial and corporate clients."

Her eyes scanned the information rapidly, her brows furrowing deeper and deeper. "Something's not right."

“One layer of tenant information is missing.” Jack’s browsing speed was even faster than hers, and he tapped the screen with his finger. “The 21st floor does not show any vacancy, but there is also no company information.”

"It's not vacant. The company that rented this floor is called 'Jingshui Import Trading,' and I think I vaguely remember that name."

Alice quickly opened a database entry, entered the authorization code, and Jack noticed that it was a database belonging to "DOD" (Department of Defense).
