Chapter 528: Battle at the Department of Mysteries (Part )

As the night deepened, the sky turned a soft dark purple, dotted with little silver stars.

The street lamps emitted a soft orange light, and Ada and her group met Hartman waiting near the Ministry of Magic.

As soon as they met, Hartman brought Ada a bad news that the Death Eaters were also in the Ministry of Magic. Tonight was indeed a trap, and the Death Eaters set an ambush in the Department of Mysteries, both to get the prophecy ball and to capture Harry Potter.

The Department of Mysteries is a secret place in the Ministry of Magic, hiding many secrets. The people who work here are called Unspeakables.

At the end of the corridor was a plain black door, behind which was a large round room. Ada and the others quickly dispersed, searching in pairs, with Laura accompanying Ada.

In the Department of Mysteries, the blue flames flickered with cold light, stretching people's shadows long and slanted, adding a bit of horror out of thin air.

Ada and Laura casually opened a door and went in. The room was extremely noisy. Clocks of all sizes and shapes fell to the ground, broke into pieces, and then automatically repaired themselves.

The terrible situation in the room increased Ada's worries. It was obvious that the Death Eaters had already attacked Harry and others.

After passing through several rooms of unknown use, Ada and Lola finally arrived at a dark room full of planets.

After wandering around in the maze-like Department of Mysteries for a while, Ada finally saw Harry in a rectangular room with a deep pit in the middle. The Death Eaters had surrounded him.

Neville, who was hit by Bellatrix's Cruciatus Curse, fell to the ground, twisting, kicking, and twitching desperately. Even in the torture, Neville still said, "Don't give it to them, Harry!"

Harry had no choice at this time. Neville could be tortured to death at any time, Hermione fell into a coma, and Ron, Ginny and Luna were missing. He could only give the prophecy to Lucius Malfoy.

At this critical moment, two doors high up in the room suddenly opened and five people rushed into the room: Sirius, Lupin, Moody, Tonks and Kingsley.

After a brief fight with Sergei and Hartmann, the Death Eaters then fought with members of the Order of the Phoenix.

The remaining Death Eaters were either hiding in the dark and attacking, or chasing Harry and Neville.
