Chapter 474: Weak Twins

Chapter 474: Weak Twins
Although the twins were trying to comfort their mother, Mrs. Weasley's crying did not stop. Her wailing soon attracted the attention of everyone in the kitchen.

"What happened?"

Lupin was the first to run into the room, followed by Sirius, Tonks, and the children, with Moody trudging in last.

Once inside the room, Ron and Ginny immediately ran to Mrs. Weasley and joined their twin brother in comforting their mother, although Ron and Ginny had no idea what was going on.

"What's going on?" Lupin looked at Ada.

Only Ada could answer this question now. Mrs. Weasley was crying and the twins were comforting her.

"Boggart, Professor Lupin." said Ada.

As Ada spoke, she glanced at the Weasley children. Everyone immediately understood what had just happened in the living room. Although Mrs. Weasley didn't say anything during this holiday, everyone could see her worry.

"Molly, come on," said Lupin sadly, walking towards her. "It was just a stupid Boggart."

Mrs. Weasley leaned on Fred's shoulder and cried heartbrokenly. She sobbed and said, "I always see them die... die! Always see... see! Dream... dream about them..."

It is said that daughters are warm and caring little girls. At this time, we have to look to Ginny.

Seeing her mother so sad, her brothers' comfort was useless, and her father not coming back, the youngest Ginny threw herself into Mrs. Weasley's arms.

Feeling her little daughter's dependence on her, Mrs. Weasley cheered up a lot and forced a smile.

"I'm just too worried," she said, tears rolling down her eyes again. "Half of my family is in the Order of the Phoenix, and I'm just too worried... Percy won't talk to us, and if anything happens to Arthur and me, we won't even have a chance to reconcile with him... Ron and Ginny are so young, who will take care of them?"

"Molly, be strong." Lupin said, "This time is different. We have a good start and we are in a better situation. Even if something really happens to you and Arthur, do you think we will do it and let Ron and Ginny starve?"

Mrs. Weasley gave a trembling smile.

"The day I came here, I actually went to see Percy." Ada said suddenly, "Although he still hasn't figured it out and what he said was very annoying, he still cares about you in his heart."

Everyone in the room looked at Ada. No one knew that she had tried to persuade Percy, not even Fred and George.

"It'll be okay, Molly, your worry is foolish," said Sirius. "Percy will come back, he will change his mind. As for us, we just need to defeat the darkness."

Moody also said in a rough voice: "You haven't forgotten what Dumbledore said, have you? This time we also have Drizzt, you watched her grow up, you should know that she is a powerful little girl!"

Hearing this, Sirius also pointed to his shoulder and said exaggeratedly: "That's it, a foot-long scar, a foot long!"

"Pah!" Ida also laughed and said, "Fred, George and I have all changed your dressings, and the scar is only an inch long at most!"

The scar certainly couldn't be a foot long, but it wasn't only an inch either.

Mrs. Weasley finally stopped crying and laughed, amused by Sirius and Ada's singing and dancing.

"I'm so stupid." She whispered and wiped her eyes. "Don't tell Arthur. I don't want him to know that I'm so stupid."

Then, Mrs. Weasley told the children not to tell their father. Especially to the twins, Mrs. Weasley repeated it several times, almost pulling their ears.

Seeing that Mrs. Weasley had cheered up again, the people in the living room dispersed, some went back to drink, and some went back to their rooms to rest. Mrs. Weasley also wanted to go back to her room to rest, but her little cotton jacket Ginny was clamoring to sleep with her mother.

There was no choice but for Mrs. Weasley to take her little daughter with her.

The twins returned to their room upstairs in silence. Ada followed them. She could see that Fred and George were worried.

There was no light in the room, and the three of them sat quietly in the room, each in a corner. They couldn't see each other's movements or expressions. Ada's eyes kept flashing with the scene of the Boggart turning into the bodies of each member of the Weasley family. She had also experienced Mrs. Weasley's worries and concerns.

"It wasn't until today that I realized that I, who I always thought was grown up, was actually still a child." A voice was heard in the darkness, and it was hard to tell whether it was Fred or George. The twin brothers were so alike.

"Yeah, Fred. We get complacent when we make some money, and we think we're men when we can cast spells outside of school," George said. "We're still far from it!"

A few minutes ago, they were bargaining with Mundungus in the kitchen over a bag of poisonous tentacle seeds; a few minutes later, they saw their mother crying over her "corpse".

This sudden change of scene made the two brothers' hearts feel like they were stabbed by a sharp knife.

Although it was not a real corpse, a real death, Fred and George felt the heaviness of death.

"Fortunately, you finally realized this." Ada said softly, "Do you two know that the way you wave your wands around is like baboons waving sticks, and they are two not very smart baboons at that."

The somewhat heavy air in the room was suddenly filled with cheerful laughter, and there was the sound of one of the twins patting the bed.

"This is the funniest joke I've ever heard from you! Haha..."

"Next time someone tells me you have no sense of humor, I'll tell him about this! Haha..."

Fred and George were laughing, rolling on the ground and clapping their hands in laughter, but what Ada said was not funny, and the twins just wanted to laugh, to cheer themselves up again.

They are men, they have grown up, they need to use laughter to tell themselves to be strong and not to be weak, and to take good care of their mothers and younger brothers and sisters like men.

Sometimes, growth is an extremely slow process, full of waiting and suffering; sometimes, growth is also very fast, perhaps it only takes a few minutes, or perhaps it only requires an event happening right in front of you as an opportunity.

Fred and George thought they had grown up because they knew a lot and made a lot of money. But when they saw Mrs. Weasley crying helplessly tonight, they realized that they were just children who claimed to be sensible.

From the moment they realized this, they truly began to grow up.

This road may be long or short, the only thing in common is that this road is not easy to walk on, and is full of dangers and hardships.

Fred and George were certainly not the only ones who felt this way that night. Harry, who was tossing and turning in bed, felt the same way.

The twins stopped laughing after a few coughs. One of the two brothers said, "Ada, can we really make it? How many of these people tonight can make it to the end?"

The room was too dark, like a thick fog that could not be dispelled, like low-hanging dark clouds.

Ada snapped her fingers lightly, and a soft fluorescent light appeared on her fingertips. This weak light was far from enough to pierce the darkness, but it brought a hint of warmth and hope to people's hearts.

Through the little light, Ada saw a line of moisture on Fred and George's faces.

Maybe Ada saw it wrong, or maybe the twins really cried just now. It doesn't matter, it's nothing, everyone has weak moments. Those who have never cried through the night are not qualified to talk about life.

"No matter how long the night is, the day will eventually come." Ada whispered comfortingly.

"That does make some sense." George reached out and wiped his face. "Did you come up with that?"

"No," Ida said, and the light left her fingertips and flew to the center of the room. "Shakespeare's Macbeth."

Fred rubbed his cheeks vigorously and asked, "Shakespeare? Who is that?"

"A Muggle who's been dead for centuries."
