Chapter 180 Don’t Let Others Influence Your Thoughts
The match between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff was over, and the PK in the stands also came to an end. The students who had had enough of the excitement pulled Ron and Neville up. Malfoy, lying on the ground, was still stubbornly clamoring to tell his father.
It is so enviable to have parents who are both rich and powerful in the family! But such a family is both Draco Malfoy's luck and his misfortune.
Although the Malfoy family is rich, if Ada and Draco were asked to swap their origins, Ada would never agree. Malfoy's father only taught Draco to bully others, to insult his classmates for fun, and to be arrogant. Anyway, he didn't teach him any good things.
If such rude and stupid behavior is typical of a pure-blood family, then Ida would understand why Voldemort failed. In addition to Voldemort's own madness and arrogance, his bad teammates also played a big role.
Even with such a bunch of idiot teammates holding him back, Voldemort was still able to accomplish such a great feat. You can imagine how capable Voldemort must be! If he had been replaced by a group of guys with better brains, maybe Voldemort wouldn't have ended up like this.
This is why Dumbledore attached so much importance to Voldemort. Even though outsiders said that he was defeated, Dumbledore still made a lot of preparations to prevent the Dark Lord from making a comeback one day.
Ada shook her hands. Although she used magic to heal the two fat boys and also used magic to protect her hands from slapping people, she still felt pain. It seemed that she would need to apply some anti-swelling agent when she returned.
As for the two pigs on the ground and the still-shouting Malfoy, Ada couldn't care less. How could you not only kill but also bury someone? Besides, she just gently touched the two fat boys. How could it be so serious?
The celebrating crowd rushed down the stands early, and even Dumbledore stood next to Harry. No one paid attention to Ada who was standing, let alone the three people lying on the ground, who could not be seen at all.
Without Ron and Neville's suppression, Draco Malfoy also sat up. He just glanced at Ada with disdain and turned his attention to Harry Potter on the court. Compared with Harry Potter, this mudblood was nothing.
Looking at Harry, who was regarded as a hero by Gryffindor, Malfoy pounded the stands angrily. One was carried on the shoulders to celebrate, while the other was beaten black and blue. This was simply the biggest irony for him.
Malfoy stood up, ignored Crabbe and Goyle who were still lying on the ground, left the stadium directly, and returned to the castle alone.
Although Draco Malfoy always speaks rudely to the Weasley family, Ada has no prejudice against him. In Ada's eyes, Malfoy is just an ignorant kid, and his views and practices are all influenced by his parents. If he still behaves like this when he grows up, Ada will let him know how to spell the word regret.
But there was one thing that Ada could never understand. Malfoy originally wanted to make friends with Harry Potter, but his behavior did not look like making friends at all. It was more like recruiting a younger brother.
After that, Malfoy kept looking for trouble with Harry, even if he was repeatedly frustrated, he still did it every time. Ada just wanted to know, what was the motivation that supported him to do this?
More than an hour after the game ended, Ada and the twins appeared in the Hogwarts kitchen. A group of house-elves kept circling around them, preparing a lot of cakes and drinks for them. The elves only stopped when the three of them really couldn't take any more.
Every time they came to the kitchen, the house elves were very enthusiastic, which made Ada and the other two feel embarrassed while eating and taking food. If it weren't for celebrating the hard-won victory today, the three of them would not have come to the kitchen. This enthusiasm was really a bit overwhelming.
The three of them returned to the common room with a lot of food and drinks. The host hadn't come back yet, but the atmosphere in the common room had already reached a climax. A group of little lions were singing loudly and unreliably. They were obviously not drinking, but they looked like they were drunk.
After winning this game, Gryffindor only needs to beat Slytherin in the next game to win the Quidditch Cup. The last time Gryffindor won the Quidditch Cup was when Charlie was there, and Charlie was not even the captain at that time.
After so many years, and possibly winning the championship by stepping on their arch-rivals, it's no wonder the little lions celebrated like this. If they really win the game, the celebration will be even bigger.
Harry returned with Ron and Hermione when the celebration was halfway through. The students immediately surrounded them and once again carried the hero of victory on their shoulders.
Harry was still very young now, and Ada could easily see through his forced smile.
Harry was not like this when the game just ended. Obviously, something must have happened during the time he was away that made him look so worried.
Ada looked at Ron and Hermione again. They also had worried expressions on their faces. Only the Philosopher's Stone and Snape could make the three people who were laughing heartily an hour ago look worried an hour later.
Seeing the three people like this, Ada thought they had discovered something big, but who would have thought that what these three people did a few days later made Ada laugh and cry.
Ada felt that her English was still not good enough and she embarrassed Snape because she really couldn't imagine any words to describe what Harry and the others did.
In the weeks after the game, Harry and his friends always persuaded others not to laugh at and bully Quirrell. In their eyes, although Quirrell stuttered and was timid, he was a brave man because he was resisting the great devil Snape and stopping Snape from stealing the Philosopher's Stone.
Quirrell, who stuttered when he spoke, was pitiful enough. The young trio could not let the hero bleed and cry, and they could not sit idly by and watch everyone insult and laugh at Quirrell.
But Harry and the other two didn't know how funny their kind gesture was in Quirrell's eyes.
Harry, Ron and Hermione's actions were of no use at all. Everyone was still bullying Quirrell, and they could do nothing to help him except give him an encouraging smile.
They felt that they needed help from someone with weight of authority, so the three of them found Ada and the twins, hoping to persuade them to resist the unjust act of bullying Professor Quirrell.
"Ada, can you help Professor Quirrell with us?" Harry said straight to the point, "He is so pitiful!"
Ada and the twins were trying hard to control their facial expressions. Harry and the others came so seriously to seek help, but the three of them were laughing so hard that their bellies hurt. This was not good.
Ada had tried to persuade Harry, but he was still stubborn and firmly believed that he was right. Later, after talking with Dumbledore and Snape, Ada had no need to tell the truth. Since these two professors wanted Harry to stay in the dark for the time being and focus on Snape, why should she say anything?
This is both a test and a training for Harry.
"Harry, how do you want us to help Quirrell?" Fred said in a trembling voice. God knows how much effort it took for him to say this without smiling.
Ada, who didn't want to talk, lowered her head and fiddled with her fingers, immersed in her own world.
Harry, Ron and Hermione started a large-scale pity show, they described Quirrell as very pitiful and Snape as an unforgivable evil. They believed that Quirrell, who was in a weak position, needed help and support, and he should not bear those insults.
Things had come to this point, and the twins had no choice but to agree. They both nodded repeatedly, indicating that they would definitely persuade their classmates.
After getting the twins' promise, Harry looked at Ada again with satisfaction, hoping to get Ada's approval.
But Ida either stared at her fingers in a trance or raised her eyes to look at Hermione, anyway, she didn't look at him. If George hadn't pushed Ida, she wouldn't have known that the conversation was over.
The fact that Ada can sit here instead of just leaving is already her greatest respect for Harry, so don't ask for too much.
"Hermione, do you know what a smart witch looks like?"
This question made Hermione look at Ada in confusion. Just now, Hermione found that she always looked at her with disappointment. Now she asked such a question again. Hermione really didn't know what she wanted to express.
"A smart witch shouldn't let people around her influence her thoughts. She should be able to think independently."
After leaving these words, Ada left directly. Harry had wasted too much of her time. It would be better for Ada to play with the puppets. Since accepting Dumbledore's guidance, she has found a way to defeat the puppets.
Gryffindor's last Quidditch opponent was supposed to be Ravenclaw, but I changed it to Slytherin
