Chapter 609 Prelude
At 11 o'clock the next morning, Ryan put down a newly made fireball ring and heard a commotion downstairs. Through the glass, they saw Harry, Ron and Ginny dressed up and lined up in the sunny courtyard, ready to welcome guests.

"Fortunately, we have important things to do, so Mrs. Weasley didn't assign us anything. Harry and the others have been very busy these two days." Hermione said with some relief as she looked at Harry and the others standing in the yard.

This morning, the yard of the Burrow appeared in front of everyone in a tidier manner than ever before: the rusty crucibles and old wellies that were usually scattered on the back steps were gone, replaced by two newly planted fluttering shrubs in large pots, one on each side of the door. Although there was no wind, the leaves danced lazily, forming a charming, rippled effect. The chickens were locked up, the yard was swept, and the nearby garden was trimmed and dressed up. All of this was full of the labor of Mrs. Weasley and Harry.

For safety reasons, the Order of the Phoenix and the Ministry of Magic cast a lot of safety spells on the Burrow to ensure that no one could come here directly with magic. So it was not until several minutes later that Ryan and the others saw Mr. Weasley smiling and carrying heavy luggage with two people into the yard. After that, Fleur rushed up and hugged the female guest. It seems that the guests today should be Fleur's parents.

Fleur's mother was a beautiful blonde woman in a leaf-green robe, at least in terms of charm, she was a half-Veela. Fleur's father was indeed not as charming as his wife. He was a head shorter than his wife, chubby, and had a pointy black mustache. However, he seemed to have a good temper. After entering the yard, he politely kissed Mrs. Weasley on the face.

After that, there was a series of greetings. But I don't know what happened. After Fleur's mother said something, Mr. Weasley laughed nervously, so that Ryan could hear it upstairs. But after Mrs. Weasley glanced at him, he immediately fell silent, with an expression on his face as if he was sitting by the bedside of a good friend.

Soon everyone walked into the Burrow, and Ryan withdrew his gaze and continued to busy himself. In addition to making a batch of necessities for the war that might break out at any time, he also had to write a letter to Professor Dumbledore to ask for his help.

After everything was done, it was time for lunch. After going downstairs, Ryan met the Delacour family for the first time today. The atmosphere at the table became more lively after Ryan and his family joined, because Ryan and Hermione spoke French as fluently as their mother tongue, and they helped to translate to facilitate communication. Especially since it was Mr. Luo Zhen who communicated with Ryan and his family in French before, the two people's French had a Parisian accent, which made the Delacour family feel very cordial.

Because Fleur helped Bill block the curse during the last operation to evacuate Harry, the Weasleys' attitude towards her has changed a lot. For example, now they have accepted Fleur as their family. This also made the meeting between the two families today seem very harmonious.

"Thank you very much for the wedding gift." After lunch, Furong and Bill thanked them solemnly. Ryan gave them a pair of palm-sized porcelain dolls as wedding gifts, but these porcelain dolls were not decorations, but alchemical puppets. As long as magic power is input, the puppet will turn into a person who looks exactly like the user, helping the user to divert the enemy or do something else.

Although this function can only be used once a day, and each time the puppet changes into human form, it can only last for five minutes. But for Bill, who had seen countless treasures when he worked at Gringotts before, he knew very well how valuable such alchemical products were. This was also the reason why he came here to express his gratitude.

After lunch, Ryan soon found that the Delacour family were pleasant guests and were very helpful. They were very satisfied with everything and actively helped to prepare for the wedding. From the seating arrangement to the bridesmaids' shoes, Mr. Delacour always said in French, "So cute!
Mrs. Delacour was also good at housework spells, and she cleaned the oven in the blink of an eye. Hermione followed her and Mrs. Weasley and tried to learn from them. Gabrielle followed her sister like a little tail, trying to help as much as possible while chattering in French, making the atmosphere in the room seem a lot more lively.

However, after everyone was crowded in the room, the house seemed much smaller. In order to avoid running into other people, Ryan had to move his alchemy table to the shed. As a result, within a few minutes, Mr. Weasley, who was considered to be a troublemaker, was also driven out of the house and came to the shed.

"Ryan, you are here too." Mr. Weasley, who was planning to hide in the shed, opened the door and looked at Ryan in surprise as he was dividing a ball of liquid the size of a football suspended in the alchemy array into several metal-reinforced crystal bottles.

"To be honest, I think you should take a good rest. It won't be a big deal if you take a break from some work for a few days. Now should be the time to relax, but I've seen you busy all the time since you came to The Burrow." Mr. Weasley advised after watching Ryan fill the potions. He hardly saw Ryan take a rest in the past few days.

"Nothing, Mr. Weasley," Ryan said after he put the stoppers on the crystal bottles one by one. "In fact, these don't cause me much pressure. Besides, I will definitely stop working tomorrow because I still need to rehearse a little as Professor Lupin's best man."

The main reason Ryan was busy these two days was that after Snape's defection, the lack of a potion master caused some problems in the Order of the Phoenix's potion supply. Ryan could only lend a hand to make up for these deficiencies. "Let me help you." Mr. Weasley took the initiative to walk to Ryan's side, "Although I only got an A in potions in the NEWT exam that year, it is no problem for me to help you handle the raw materials when making these common potions."

That night, Ryan and his group of young people once again set up tents and slept in the living room. Charlie also came back from Romania in the afternoon. This wedding was the most complete Weasley family in the past few years.

"I heard that Miraman's magic tent will be used on the wedding day. I've seen that tent, it's absolutely beautiful." After all the young people gathered in the tent, Ginny said in a slightly excited tone. "Of course, I have to thank you Ryan. The set of gold and silver tableware you lent us, which is enough for everyone at the wedding, is also great. Bill told me that those gold and silver utensils are more exquisite than those made by goblins."

"Glad to be of help to you." Ryan smiled. All these tablewares were brought from the world of The Lord of the Rings. The craftsmanship of those dwarves is much better than that of the goblins in this world.

The next day was Harry's birthday. Ryan took Hermione into the kitchen and put their gift on top of the pile of gifts. "Sorry, Harry, time is a bit tight so I was a bit hasty in preparing your gift. I hope you like it."

"This, isn't it too precious?" Harry opened the small box and found that it contained a thumb-sized embossed gold lion brooch with a lot of rubies inlaid on it.

"This is not the jewelry you imagine." Ryan said. "I made it to match the headband I gave you two days ago. It can protect your brain and soul to the greatest extent."

"Thank you very much." Harry said sincerely, and solemnly put the brooch in his chest pocket. "After wearing the headband you gave me for the past two days, I feel that my brain doesn't feel as empty as before when I fall asleep, and I don't have nightmares anymore."

"It's good as long as it's useful." Ryan said, "But I suggest you wear it on a regular basis. The headband is woven with several kinds of magical metals, so it won't get damaged easily even if you wear it every day."

Harry's birthday party started on time in the evening. Because there were too many people, several tables were put together in the garden. Fred and George used magic to conjure a large number of purple lanterns and hung them above the guests' heads. The lanterns flashed a dazzling number: "17". Ryan and Hermione stood back to back, spraying purple and gold banners from the top of their wands, which were hung artistically on the trees and bushes.

Mrs. Weasley prepared a huge birthday cake in the shape of the Golden Snitch for the birthday party. In addition, some guests also came specially, such as Hagrid, Lupin and Tonks.

"Don't worry, I've tried on clothes this afternoon. I guarantee they'll suit your style when I serve as your best man tomorrow." Ryan said to Lupin who was sitting next to him.

"That's good. I hope I can give Tonks a perfect wedding this time. I owe her too much before." Lupin said.
