Chapter 422: Encounter with Lupin
The famous Puddifu Tea House is a small space with a big fire in the room. So when Ryan pushed the door open and walked in, he found it a little misty. At the same time, the whole tea house is cute, and everything is decorated with ruffles or bows.

And because today is Valentine's Day, there are special Valentine's Day decorations in the teahouse: golden little angels are flying above each small round table, and from time to time they sprinkle pink confetti on the people below.

"The style here, um, seems to be a little different from what I thought." Hermione looked a little confused. It was true that this place might not be suitable for her style. It seemed that those seniors just recommended a place suitable for Valentine's Day to Hermione, but did not take her hobbies into consideration.

"Then let's go to the Three Broomsticks." Ryan suggested. After all, it's best to go to a place where everyone can relax when dating. So before Mrs. Puddifoot, who was fat and had a shiny black bun, squeezed in between two tables, they quickly opened the door and left the teahouse.

The rain was already heavy at the door, and the two men put their robes on their heads and rushed out quickly, and soon rushed to the door of the Three Broomsticks. After asking for two cups of hot butter beer, Ryan took the cups and sat down at a round table in the corner.

"Ah, I feel much better. That store just now really made me feel uncomfortable." Hermione said with satisfaction after taking a big sip of warm butterbeer. Suddenly she turned her head and looked at the door. "Why are they here?"

"Who?" Ryan turned his head and looked towards the door. He saw a young witch with bubblegum pink hair walking in with a middle-aged wizard.

"Professor Lupin, Tonks, here." Ryan and Hermione called out at the same time. Lupin and his friends who had just entered the room came over after seeing Ryan and his friends. When they got closer, Ryan realized that Tonks took the initiative to hold Lupin's hand. It seemed that their relationship started earlier than expected.

"Nice to meet you." Tonks waved enthusiastically. As one of the few young women in the Order of the Phoenix during the summer vacation, she had a good relationship with Ginny and Hermione. "Why are you two here? Why don't you go to Madam Puddifoot's Tea House?"

"We just went there, but the atmosphere there is not suitable for the two of us." Ryan shrugged with a helpless expression.

"Ah, it's the same feeling I had back then. The atmosphere there made me feel extremely awkward." Tonks laughed.

"Lupin, what are you doing lately?" Just as Hermione and Tonks were chatting about some girlish topics together, Ryan asked Lupin in a low voice.

"I've been contacting some werewolves recently." Lupin looked around and saw that no one was paying attention. "Thanks to your help and the Weasley twins, some of the gentler werewolves I know have found good jobs in your store. They are now working on the farm you bought in northern Norway a while ago, producing some of the raw materials you need. That place is really good, far away from the crowd, so we don't have to worry about hurting innocent people. It also provides us with a good opportunity to make a living."

"This is what I should do." Ryan said. "I think the most important way to stop werewolves from joining the You-Know-Who is the one is to provide them with a normal job so that they can support themselves. Otherwise, the hungry and cold werewolves will definitely follow the You-Know-Who who can make them live a normal life. Not to mention that the laws against werewolves in the magic world can hardly be called justice."

"You're right." Lupin nodded in agreement. "To be honest, not all werewolves are evil. It can even be said that most werewolves are just like ordinary people and just want to live a peaceful and ordinary life. It's a pity that the anti-werewolf law drafted by Umbridge two years ago forced them to take such a risk."

"I understand. It's for survival after all." Ryan nodded solemnly. "So I would rather reduce the profit and build that farm in northern Norway. As long as there is one more employee on the farm, there will be one less terrorist who will turn to the mysterious man."

This topic made the atmosphere between the two people depressed, but Lupin soon thought of a piece of news that could cheer them up. "You know, I found it much easier to work with those werewolves recently than during the last war." "Why is that?" Ryan asked curiously, because Voldemort obviously had more chips to offer, and most werewolves had a darker mentality due to long-term discrimination. How could it be easier to win them over under such circumstances?

"You know about the mysterious disappearance of the giants a while ago, right?" Seeing Ryan nod to indicate that he understood, Lupin continued. "This incident, plus the extermination of the entire Tepesh family in Tepesh Castle when you were kidnapped, had a huge impact on the dark creatures."

At this point, Lupin looked around again with caution, and then continued, "Now, both werewolves and vampires believe that Dumbledore has changed his ways in the past few decades. They have been saying that Dumbledore will not be as merciful as he was in the last war, but will purge all the dark creatures who have sided with Voldemort. So in this situation, not many dark creatures are willing to risk their lives and clearly side with Voldemort."

"Honestly, if I didn't know Dumbledore's character well, I would be scared too. The last time the European wizarding world killed dozens of people in one go was hundreds of years ago, not to mention the annihilation of an ancient vampire clan and almost all of the European giants. Now Dumbledore has become a more terrifying person than Voldemort in the eyes of those dark creatures."

"How can they be sure it was Dumbledore?" Ryan knew it was because of him, but for safety reasons he still asked the group of dark creatures why they were sure that Dumbledore did it.

"First, the vampires and giants that were killed clearly offended Dumbledore. For example, the vampires kidnapped the students of Hogwarts and cooperated with Voldemort. And the giants chose to side with Voldemort after driving away Dumbledore's messenger. Second, the only person in the world who has the ability to accomplish such a thing in a very short time is Dumbledore." Lupin also looked a little confused. "But the problem is that it really wasn't Dumbledore who did it. At least when the vampires were eliminated, Headmaster Dumbledore was still arranging to find someone in Hogwarts."

"But no matter what, at least the current situation is in our favor." Ryan interrupted Lupin, "No matter who did it, we should try to treat the other party as a friendly force. Because when facing the mysterious man, we are already at a disadvantage, and we really can't afford to risk creating another enemy."

"You're right." Lupin drank the butterbeer in front of him. "I think too much. It's not always better to think more about everything."

"By the way, what's going on with Tonks?" Ryan asked with a smile.

"Aren't I usually researching new products in the house behind your store? Tonks often comes to see me and sometimes has afternoon tea with me, and then we became familiar with each other." Lupin felt a little embarrassed when he said this.

"It's just cooked." Ryan asked with a smile.

"You know I'm a werewolf, there are some things I shouldn't ask for." Lupin smiled bitterly. "She should marry a young and handsome Auror, not an old werewolf like me."

Just when Lupin was feeling sorry for himself, he suddenly heard Ryan say this: "Professor Lupin, would you like to cooperate with me in an experiment? I want to study the issue of werewolves recently."
