Chapter 352 Going Home (Please subscribe, please collect, please vote)
The end of the year-end banquet marks the end of the school year and also means that everyone will be separated for a summer vacation.

Karkaroff still chose to escape. As a master who had survived Voldemort's pursuit for a year, Karkaroff had a very keen sense of smell when it came to his own safety. The various changes before had made him restless, and Dumbledore's speech yesterday was the last straw. After making up his mind, he escaped overnight.

However, his escape did not affect others. At least, except for a few careful people who observed his disappearance, most people did not even notice it. Ryan and his classmates at Hogwarts waited in the crowded hallway for the carriage to take them to Hogsmeade Station. It was another beautiful and pleasant summer day. From the hallway, you can see the lush lawn on the grounds and the vibrant forest in the distance.

At the other end of the field, Ryan could see Hagrid helping Madame Maxime put on the harnesses for the two horses. The Beauxbatons carriage was about to set off, and Hagrid said that after Madame Maxime escorted her students back to school, she would set off with him to complete the task left by Dumbledore.

"I wonder how the students from Durmstrang will get back," Ron's voice came from the side. "Do you think they can still operate the ship without Karkaroff?"

"Karkaroff is not at the helm," said a hoarse and dull voice. "He stays in the cabin, and we do all the work." Krum came from behind at this time.

"Nice to meet you." He said to Ryan. "Your strength has won my friendship. I hope we can keep in touch in the future." After that, he and Ryan exchanged each other's contact information.

"Have you found a new principal?" Ryan asked casually after leaving his contact information.

Krum shrugged. He reached out and shook hands with Harry, Hermione and Ron. Ron looked like he was going through some painful inner conflict. Krum was about to leave when Ron suddenly said, "Can you give me an autograph?"

Krum looked surprised and relieved, and signed a piece of parchment for Ron.

On their way back to King's Cross Station, the weather was completely different from when they came to Hogwarts last September. The sky was cloudless. Ryan and Hermione avoided the others and sat in the last compartment at the end of the train.

"You'd better make enough time for this holiday, because that man is back and the war could break out at any time. In this case, we must increase our combat experience through actual combat and improve our own strength as much as possible." Ryan opened the package of Bibi's every-flavor beans and ate one. "Damn, it's the devil pepper."

Hermione was a little confused. "Haven't we been doing these things before? Why do you want to emphasize the combat training again now?"

"No, it's not quite the same." After taking a few sips of iced pumpkin juice to suppress the spicy taste in his mouth, Ryan explained seriously. "Before, it was just training, but this time I'm talking about actual combat."

"Actual combat, how can it be - wait, could it be - but didn't you say that every time you travel, you are in danger of death? If you take me there again, it won't cause any harm to you, right?" Hermione thought of something and reacted, and asked, "That's what you told me when you met Belle."

"People grow up." Ryan said that the holes that were dug for temporary pleasure back then have to be filled now. "At least now if we take people to some safer worlds, we can guarantee their safety."

"That's good." Hermione nodded. "As long as it doesn't affect your safety, I don't have any objections. As long as I can effectively improve my own strength and provide you with assistance in the war, that's enough."

"Thank you so much for trusting me." Ryan said after taking another sip of pumpkin. "But I want to tell you that the real battlefield is much more cruel than you think. I hope you can be mentally prepared."

"I will. I'm ready to face the harsh truth." Hermione said seriously. After eating a cauldron cake, she suddenly said as if she had thought of something. "I think the next year may be very chaotic. The conflict between the Ministry of Magic and Dumbledore is now exposed. Under such circumstances, Harry, as Professor Dumbledore's chosen one, should have a hard time."

"Indeed, if Dumbledore chooses to be tolerant, Harry will definitely have a harder time. But Dumbledore's choice of tolerance is not out of weakness. He hopes to retain more energy to deal with that man and the Death Eaters, rather than consuming it in meaningless internal friction. It's a pity that Fudge can only see the little benefit under his feet, and never uses his brain to look a little further." Ryan made a helpless expression. Hermione nodded. She probably understood why Ryan was so eager to improve her strength. In this case, they can only choose to protect themselves. Although the probability of Professor Dumbledore being killed directly by Voldemort when he is still alive is very small, no one dares to bet on this. Because once failed, the price can be many lives.

"Hey, why haven't I seen Rita Skeeter when there's been so much commotion lately?" Ryan asked curiously after flipping through the Daily Prophet.

"Because that day when I habitually used your detection spell, I found someone next to me, but I couldn't find her with my naked eyes. Finally, I found that the magical reaction came from a beetle and caught the beetle. After careful observation, I confirmed that it was Rita Skeeter. After discovering this, I threatened her not to write anything for a year and then let her go. She is an Animagus who can transform into a beetle, no wonder she knows so much of other people's privacy." Hermione raised her eyebrows and said.

"You handled it very well. At least this way the Ministry of Magic will have one less major attacker in terms of publicity."

Suddenly the door of the compartment was opened and the twins walked in side by side.

"Ha, Ryan. I'm really happy that you two are hiding here and being affectionate with each other. We had to search from the front to the back of the car before we found you."

"What's up?" Ryan asked, looking at the twins.

"About opening a store," Fred said. "Risking my mother's spanking on both sides of my butt."

"It's also possible that both sides were hit equally high, and they were so swollen that I couldn't even put on my pants." George made a face behind him.

"Anyway, we will open the store within a week after the holidays start, no matter what." Fred clenched his left fist and waved it to show his determination.

"So," George said, standing side by side with his brother, "Have you thought of a name for the store? After all, you are the majority shareholder."

"Pfft." Hermione next to her covered her mouth and laughed. She still remembered how Ryan named those little dragons.

"Okay, stop laughing." Ryan looked helpless, then looked at the twins. "My naming skills are a bit bad, so why don't you guys come up with one? The only request is that you don't put my name on the store name."

"Why is it obviously--" George wanted to say something, but Fred pulled him back.

"I know, just as Professor Dumbledore hinted, the You-Know-Who is back. It's understandable that Ryan didn't allow his name to be written for security reasons," Fred explained to George.

"It seems that Dumbledore's current approach is indeed better than in the original novel. Those who can really listen to the advice can know the truth from it, and those who are unwilling to accept the news can find excuses to escape and not oppose Dumbledore so much. In this way, the internal friction should be smaller." Ryan thought as he listened to Fred's words.

Soon, the train returned to London. Ryan said goodbye to the twins and walked out of King's Cross Station with Hermione, pulling their suitcases. Their parents were busy today, so they could only take the subway home.
